WS-Management service MaxEnvelopeSize quota

Question

Hi there!
We ran this command ni powershell on exchange 2010 SP3:
Get-Mailbox | Set-Mailbox –ArchiveQuota 10GB -ArchiveWarningQuota 9GB
We recieve error:
Sending data to a remote command failed with the following error message: The WinRM client sent a request to the remote
 WS-Management service and was notified that the request size exceeded the configured MaxEnvelopeSize quota. For more i

Invoke-Command : Cannot write input as there are no more running pipelines

Then we have opened command prompt as administrator and ran:
winrm set winrm/config @{MaxEnvelopeSizekb="5000"}
and rerun the powershell command, but the error is the same...

Hi,
Usually, we configure archive quotas for a personal (On-Premises) Archive.
