WSDL connection with svc?

Hi all,
I have a question regarding to a svc webservice connection.
We have a webservice available. This webservice ends at .svc.
In SAP BO Dashboarding 4.0 I tried to establish a webservice connection (WSDL URL). However, when i insert this .svc link, it does not work.
I think this is because you can not load a .svc URL into SAP BO Dashboarding 4.0.
However, I have a local WSDL file available, but i am not able to load it and our software engineers can not bring it online as an URL.
So, does anyone know how to connect to a SVC URL or how to load a locally saved WSDL file?

OK, I did this.
But there's something wrong and I don't know what I need to do.
Look at my code:

Is there anything wrong??
Everything is liking the manual of driver SQLServer. So what can I do??
