WSDL download fails from CE 7.3 SR To NWDS

Hi,
I've developed an application and published various Web Services to the CE AS Java 7.30 SP04.
Normally it was possible to reimport a WSDL file again into NWDS after something had been deployed to the server (e.g. CAF WS that is used in BPM).
But now I get the following error message when I select one line in the list of all WS in the SR (both in our Dev/Qual system):

But when I put the address "http://<host>:<port>/example.com_approvalproduct.bl.caf_AccountService?location=META-INF/wsdl/pt_tmpl_approvalproduct_bl_caf_modeled_AccountService.wsdl&wsdl&mode=ws_policy" into the browser address bar, it shows me the WSDL.
It even gives me the above quoted error for standard WS (e.g. AdobeDocumentServicesVi)!
Before everything worked without any problems.
Could it be caused due the upgrade to SP04?

You may either use the e-mail facility over HERE or use the support link at the Nokia store site.. (refer Attachment) . Provide all purchase details including the Transaction ID and you should receive a fresh download link...

Purchased app - Download failed from app store due to content protection enabled

Hi,
I purchased an app from the blackberry appworld web site. However, it did not get synced to my 9800 as content protection is enabled (by my company).
How do I download a .cod file so that I can manually add it? I am not sure I can get content protection disabled.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
Content Protection may be enabled by your corporate BES environment, and if you cannot turn it off on your BB, then your company is enforcing it. Doing anything that violates that setting would be doing something in contradiction to your company policies. You would need to talk to your company about changing that policy.
Normally, COD files can't be installed for 3rd party apps...you need the ALX files to perform the install:
KB04670 Install a third-party application with the Application Loader
Where to get the ALX files is a bit trickier...to my knowledge, no ALX files are available via AppWorld. Rather, you'd have to talk to the app developer to see if they'd be willing to provide you the ALX files. But, it may not work anyway...you may be prevented from installing even via this method due to Content Protection.
You really need to talk to your company admins to see what you should be allowed to do. They control, well, everything.

There are some recovery programs out there if you google them - many with free trials. I haven't tried them so I have no opinion.Read any professional tech and user reviews you can find before you try one. I have read here in the past that some have worked for people who have posted here.
To help in the future, have you considered using Jump Desktop - Remote Desktop? I know it won't solve the problem you're dealing with now (unless notes were taken on your computer.) It's in the app store. It's the #1 paid app in the business category and the reviews are great. It allows you to see anything that's on your computer on your ipad. If you take your notes on your ipad then you might want to email them to yourself, put them on Word in your computer, for example, and then if you need them in class, you remotely connect your ipad to your computer and you will see your notes. This way you won't have to rely so much on the cloud. The explanation would be too long here, but you might want to take a look at it. You can use the free trial on jumpdesk.com and then if it works for you, buy it in the app store.
Meanwhile, it's hours since you sent this post. Hopefully others who can help solve your problem who are on this forum now can help you. I hope you get your notes back. Don't give up too quickly.

AP Downloader-"Failed to load plugins to get media from devices"

I'm using Photoshop Elements 6.0/ Premiere 4.0, the problem comes up if I try to load to either program. I have it set to automatically download my pics when I insert a media card into my computer; the following dialog box comes up when I insert a card; Adobe Photo downloader- “Failed to load plugins to get media from devices”. I tried to fix the problem by using the Adobe CD, but the program asks for “Disk 1”, the original disk is in & I have no other disks. What needs to be done to correct this problem?

Dave,
Please close Organizer and delete the folder Organizer inside your user folder @ path: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\6.0\Organizer.
This would delete your APD preferences. If relaunch doesnot fix the problem, remove your card and restart your system and try again. Let me know if this works.

Everytime my daughter send me an MMS that includes a pic or calendar request I get a 'Download Failed' message. The text then shows 2 buttons - 1 that says download, the other says decline. No matter how many times I try to download the attachment it fails.
Can anyone offer any help? I have rebooted my phone, removed battery, & she has done the same on her end.
This is SO frustrating!

I understand your frustration. A few things may be causing this error. Downloads tend to fail when file is too big. Please have your daughter lower the resolution of the files she is trying to send you and try again.
Are you receiving picture files from other contacts?
Have you ever blocked picture messaging on your wireless phone? If so, your picture messaging feature may need to be re-provisioned on your account, and this can only be done by a customer service representative.

Could be many things, we should start with this...
"Try Disk Utility
1. Insert the Mac OS X Install disc, then restart the computer while holding the C key.
2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu at top of the screen. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
*Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.*
3. Click the First Aid tab.
4. Select your Mac OS X volume.
5. Click Repair Disk, (not Repair Permissions). Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
If perchance you can't find your install Disc, at least try it from the Safe Boot part onward.

Where are you trying to download? My App Store app is working just fine.
First thing to try is a reboot of your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

I would have thought a major upgrade like itunes had lately would have solved this problem already.
podcast that was stopped due to error or was paused voluntarily -
when trying to re-start the download, all that was downloaded already is lost!!!!!
even if it reached 80% or more, the download starts from scratch!!!!
