XL Reporter Install - Can't delete [ServerName]/IXMetaSBOOEM

Buisness One 2005A SP01 Patch 45
I'm attempting to install the latest version of xl reporter after upgrading to patch level 45.
After putting in server and sa login information I get the following error
Can't delete [ServerName]\IXMetaSBOOEM
Hitting retry causes the same error to occur.  Hitting Cancel produces a second screen with the following
Error Preparing Metadata Repository:
Logon to [ServerName] IXMetaSBOOEM
   Correct login info is shown here
Reconnceting to [ServerName] IXMetaSBOOEM
BackupIXMFunctions called
mFunctionsTableExist = True
Backing up IXMFunctions completed successfully
Deleting  [ServerName] IXMetaSBOOEM
   Can't delete [ServerName]/IXMetaSBOOEM

Hi
Please try the following steps:
1) Un-assign the all SAP Business One AddOn's. Un-assign an add-on at SAP Business One > Administration > AddOns > AddOn Administration                                                                               
2a) Steps to delete a corrupted AddOn registration.                                                                               
- close B1                                                               
- Check Task Manager. If SBO AddOn.exe runing close it
(Remove an Addon from Control Panel->Add/Remove Program if it's still existing. Normally do not use control panel to removing Addons).                                                                               
2b) Delete a following files from:                                        
-> From \...\SAP \SAP Business One                                           
*AddOnsInstall.sbo                                                        
*AddOnsLocalRegistration.sbo                                               Please note if you have another add-ons you'll have to install those again, later on.
-> Delete folder 
3)                                                                      
a) From Windows 'Start' button select the run option
b) type %temp%                                                          
-> Remove SM_OBS_DLL folder from Temp                                   
-> Delete from temp folder all that are related with Addons.                                                                               
c) Open Regedit                                                                
Delete ILytix folder from HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software Delete AddOn folder from HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> SAP ->        
-> SAP Business One -> Addon                                                                               
Delete AddOn folder from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> SAP          
-> SAP Business One -> Addon                                                                               
Delete the database IXMetaSBOOEM (if exists) from SQL Enterprise manager.                                           
Also delete the tables:ixtDBVersion, ixtRepObjects, ixtReprelations,  ixtRepXls and ixtRepXml 1 by one if they are still present in the       
company database. ( Delete all the tables and views that are related to XLR (starts with ixt and ixv)).
