I downloaded an album and one single that I purchased just fine and then purchases another single and I keep getting an error message that says, You don't have enough access priviledges. What can I do to get this song? I am just going to have to ask for a refund and forget it?
What version of iPhoto do you have installed? Is if one of the versions shown as not compatible in this screenshot?
If it is then go to the App Store and download iPhoto 9.5. It will be free if you have an iPhoto 9 or later verson currently.

You do not have enough access priviledges for this operation
When I try to purchase music from itunes i get the following message, "You do not have enough access priviledges for this operation and I'm not able to download song enough though itunes deducted money from my redemption."
I don't know how much this will help you, I'm no tech, I went into my USER ACCOUNT and it said I had multiple Apple Ids so I deleted one on both my and my wifes desktop. Also, in Mac HD I highlighted library and users individually and "got Info" and made sure that all was turned to read and write and I also did that on the Mac HD icon. Then I took my music off my phone and re synced
My Mac was updated to Lion and I installed iCloud and was syncing my IPHONE 4S. We had no problem syncing my wife's iPad2 with the mac at all.
After I resynced with no warnings I used my utility to fix all my permissions. -

when I go into my Itunes now it tells me that " You don't have enough access privileges for this eperation" which is causing me other issues with buying my music too. " Could't download purchase........" something like media file and stuff. Does anyone have a solution to this problem. This is my mom's old macbook pro and have never had a problem before. Just down loaded the new updated Itunes today but that didn't help anything. Please help. Thank you
Hey veo1,
I found the following information about that error message:
These messages occur if permissions are incorrect on your designated music folder or on a folder inside your designated music folder. Permissions are settings that determine who can read, write to, or execute a file or folder on your computer. Every file and folder on your hard disk has an associated set of permissions.

How do I sync my iphone when keep getting a "you don't have enough access priviliges" message?
I don't know all the details but will ask some basic questions:
Did you download iTunes on your computer? You sync your phone to your computer by starting iTunes on your computer and connecting your phone.
Another tip is to use the View menu in iTunes on your computer to View Sidebar. Your phone should show up in the left sidebar of iTunes on your computer when connected to your computer. You select it there and then use the tabs to the right to select items to sync to your iPhone.
Sorry if these suggestions are too obvious. -

You don't have enough access priveleges for this operation error message
I've just downloaded Itunes 10 on my rebuilt laptop (windows vista) and when I'm trying to sync my ipod touch it gives the error message - "You don't have enough access priveleges for this operation". I'm connected my ipod touch to another laptop (running Windows 7) and it syncs fine. Any ideas on how to overcome this issue?
