YOUR HELP IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED... IM DEAD UHHH

Question

I have a flash file but the problem is the scripts are object-oriented or (entered in some frames)
My professor prohibit that kind of method and I should create an AS file(package or class for those)... to be able to execute.
Meaning it could be in seperated AS files in one folder and frame codes must be clean.
Im a bit confused putting these codes in a package. I just copied these from net and as I try to pack them, the flash file is not workin.
Can someone help me pls regarding this. this is just easy for you coz Im just a newbie . I am willing to send you my FLA and AS files and check them..
