Hi Experts,
     Good day!
        Can you please suggest me for receiver file adapter. I would like to send a file as zip format. This is first time I am doing the zip file scenario using file adapter. While sending I am getting following error.

  • Pdf take minutes to open inside of an extracted zip file

    I received a zip file in an email. I extracted it and there were 3 pdfs inside.  I cliked on one and the hour glass would just appear and at the top of the pdf it would say "not responding".  It finally will open but it takes minutes. Same issue for the other 2.
    What is preventing this from opening?  I have checked Control Panel and deleted all other pdf applications.  Ran Registry Cleaner and cleared Temporary internet and Windows Files from my Norton Security Suite
    I do not have any problem opening individual pdfs that I receive or create from insurance company pdf creators inside of their software.
    I am running Adobe Reader 10.1.1 on Windows Vista.  I have a friend who also seems to have the same problem who is also running Windows Vista.
    I have a new laptop running Windows 7 64 bit but there is no issue opening the pdf in that same zip file received.
    Thank you.

    Hi Michael.
    I went back to the zip folder, right cliked on it and cliked on extract all. Then tried opening each one and it just hangs.  It still hasn't opened and it is now at least 5 minutes.

    Application Loader, unless there's another one I'm not familiar with, is part of the iOS SDK. That have usurped the .zip, or you may have removed that application but your Mac is still holding onto the mapping of Zip files to that application. Select a .zip file in Finder, Get Info, and go to the Open with section. Select Archive Utility and click Change All. That should fix the problem.

  • Name zip file and zipped file in File Receiver

    Dear experts,
    I have a "RFC to File"-scenario. So I have a File Receiver and the received XML needs to be zipped. I have a XSLT mapping that hands over a dynamic file name to the File Receiver. Now when I use the PayloadZipBean my resulting ZIP-file gets the dynamic name. But the zipped XML gets the name "untitled.xml". But I also want the zipped file to get the dynamic name!
    I had a look at Stefan Grube's blog /people/stefan.grube/blog/2007/02/20/working-with-the-payloadzipbean-module-of-the-xi-adapter-framework
    and also at the WIKI http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/XI/Adapter%20Module%20PI%207.0%20Set%20Attachment%20Name?bc=true
    Do you know if there is any way I can avoid writing my own adapter module? I would like to stay with SAP standard modules!
    If not, will the module described in that WIKI also work with a File Receiver instead of a Mail Receiver? (I think it should)
    Thank you for any ideas and best regards,
    Peter

    Hello Amit, Hello Abhishek Salvi,
    Thank you again for your advice and the links to the NWDS. I downloaded it and everything went well until the deployment.
    I followed How-to-Guide: http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/c0b39e65-981e-2b10-1c9c-fc3f8e6747fa?quicklink=index&overridelayout=true

    I looked at thread: The DOCTYPE declaration in the ejb-jar.xml deployment descriptor is missing
    I am using PI 7.0, JDK version 1.4.12.
    My local JDK Version 1.5.0_22, NWDS 7.1.
    Could the JDK version on the server be a problem? Or NWDS 7.1 and PI 7.0?
    I used all the libraries mentioned on this page under PI 7.0:
    http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/XI/Where%20to%20get%20the%20libraries%20for%20XI%20development
    When I create the Enterprise Bean I have to specify "Component and Local Interfaces", e.g. "com.sap.aii.af.lib.mp....."
    But in my PI system I cannot find JAR files with the name "aii.af.lib.mp..."
    Could that be the problem?
    Do I have to specify different "Component and Local Interfaces" when creating the Enterprise Bean?
    Thank you again for any help!

  • How do I read a zipped file I have received in my mail?

    Hi
    I have received a zipped word file in the mail but cannot open it. Can I fix this?

    You need an app that's capable of reading zipped files to open the attachment in and then unzip it e.g. GoodReader (not sure whether it deals with password protected zip files)

  • XI File Adapter sending/receiving zip files

    Can the XI File Adapter create a zip file to send outbound from XI and/or can it also translate a zip file inbound into XI?

    Hi Kirk.
    What you can do is use the OS command option on the adapter in order to unzip the file after the File\FTP adapter completes its file transfer to the specified path.One of my colleagues used a freeware zip app. that excepts an os command actions.
    I know it works for file receiver but not sure about the sender. check SAP Note 801926 for more sender adapter parameters.

  • I am receiving an error message that my Adobe Captivate zip file is not a valid SCORM, AICC or IMS Content Package. What am I doing wrong?

    I am receiving an error message that my Adobe Captivate zip file is not a valid SCORM, AICC or IMS Content Package. This zip file has been published identically to my previous zip files. What am I doing wrong?

    First, go back into the CPTX source file and check that LMS reporting is indeed turned on and that it is set to SCORM etc.
    If that is OK.  Republish and use the Zip option in the Captivate Publish dialog settings to zip the file.  Don't zip it yourself.
    If your LMS still rejects this zip file, upload to SCORM Cloud and see if it rejects it too.

  • Rename the zip file and send it using the Receiver Mail Adapter

    Hi,
    We have a custom module that will create multiple attachments. The result is then passed to the PayloadZipBean, which zips as per required.
    When we output this to a file adapter, we provide the file name as say "zippedfile.zip" the result is as expected.
    For example, if the custom module created 3 attachments with the names as file1.txt, file2.txt and file3.txt, the zip file zippedfile.zip, will contain 3 files as file1.txt, file2.txt and file3.txt.
    The issue that we are facing is when we use the mail adapter, the zip file is getting renamed to file1.txt.zip i.e to say that it takes the name of the main payload from the custom module (file1.txt)
    TextPayload txtpayload = message.getDocument();
    txtpayload.setContentType("text/plain");
    txtpayload.setName("file1.txt");
    moduleData.setPrincipalData(message);
    We tried using the MessageTransformbean but it doesn't seem to change the name of the file.
    Not sure where we are going wrong. Is it that the output of the payloadzipbean cannot be used and altered by MessageTransformbean?
    Is there any alternative as to rename the name of zipfiles and use it in the mail adapter?
    Appreciate any help on this regard.
    Regards,
    Shabz

    Solved.
    use Transform.ContentDisposition - attachment;filename="youfilename"
    Do read the mail adapter FAQ.
    The parameter can vary for different mail client.

  • I cannot open mp3 files I received from a purchased download. They are in a .zip file but no matter what I do, they cannot be opened. Please help.

    I have right clicked and selected open, and the loading ring shows but nothing happens. I have also extracted the files, opened them in itunes and windows media player. (cannot be accesed in itunes or wmp)

    With ZIP files, extract was your best bet. Do the players report that the file is corrupted, or zero length?? You may need to check with the seller on whether the ZIPs downloaded correctly or see whether you can get another format.
    You also could try downloading again using Internet Explorer, if they allow that.

  • Windows User Says She is Not Receiving All Zipped Files I Send on Mac

    Hi,
    I am using a MPB running Snow Leopard, Version 10.6.8, and I send a weekly batch of seven Word documents in a zip file to a client using Archive Utility. However, lately she has told me she has gotten six files, then a folder that is called "Mac OSX", and within that folder are the same six files, and she never sees the seventh one. When I send the same zip file that I send her to myself in Gmail, and I get the seven Word docs as expected. Does anyone know what might be going on? I am perplexed, especially because I cannot reproduce it on my end. Oddly enough, she says she got all seven files last week, but not this week, or two weeks ago, so it doesn't happen consistently, but I told her I'd try and sort it out.
    Thanks!
