Zoned with a plus sign zero

I am clueless here and if someone can help me to accomplish this conversion.
I have a 6 digit number and need to add three zeros in the start to make a psuedo number. Adding three zeros is very simple as I can just concatenate three zeros. But the tricky part is The first zero in this type of conversion must always be zoned with a plus sign. The hexadecimal representaion for a plus zoned zero is "C0".
Does anyone knows about Zoned plus zero and how it can be done in oracle. Thanks.

What is S here. Will you please explain this or refer some document to read. ThanksS=SIGN (plus or minus depending on the number input)
You should be aware that the result is a string, not a number anymore, so the usual number rules do not apply to this string. If you want to output this to some textfile then it is fine. If you want it for further calculation purposes then there's no need for such an operation.

I am ready to print my document, I used a template to create a great document...the only problem is that right in the middle is a tiny white square box with a plus sign in it, and I can't figure out how to make it go away! Please help me!!!

  • What happened to the little tab with the Plus sign to create an empty tab?

I recently upgraded from v3.6 through several versions to v8.01 of Firefox. There used to be a small tab with a plus sign at the end of the tab bar that allowed me to create a new empty tab. It seems to have disappeared somewhere beyond v4.0
What happened to it and how do I get it back? Yes I know I can turn on the toolbar button for a new tab, but having it at the end of the tab bar is more natural to use.

You can find the New Tab button showing as a '+' on the Tab bar.<br />
You can open the Customize window and drag the New Tab button that shows as a plus sign (+) from the Tab bar on another toolbar and it will become a regular toolbar button like the New Tab button that you have in Firefox 3 versions.<br />
If you can't find the New Tab button then click the "Restore Default Set" button in the Customize window.<br />
If you want the New Tab button at the far right end of the Tab bar then place a flexible space to the left of it.<br />

  • Why can't I open a new Tab with the "Plus" sign or "Command-T"?

If I want to open a New Tab, I either press "Command T" or select "New Tab" from the File menu, or click the little "plus" sign in my Tabs bar - - - right? None of them work. What am I missing?

This problem in is Firefox on your Mac?
May users have discovered this problem is caused by Conduit add-ons, such as a Conduit plugin and/or a "Community Toolbar" extension.
You can check for and disable extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
    * Command+Shift+a
    * "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then, if in doubt, disable.
Often a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
Does that help with the "+" button? If so, could you name the specific extension that caused the problem?
You might also check the Plugins section of the Add-ons page. You can use "Never Activate" to disable plugins that you don't ordinarily use.

  • Duplicate exs instruments marked with a plus sign?

    Hello,
I recently upgraded to Logic Pro x and performed a full-content install from the App Store.  Afterwards, when looking through the exs instruments, I noticed that there were a fair amount of what looked like duplicate instruments installed, with one of the two including a "+" at the end of the file name to distinguish the one from the other.  After auditioning several of the pairs, I feel as if they are the same exact instrument, though I am confused as to why two similar exs instruments  would be installed . . .
Are they really dupes and why would they be a part of the installation package in the first place?  Thank you!

I'm pretty sure the ones with + signs utilize articulation IDs.  If you open the event list, in the view menu, you will see an option to show this column. It is how you switch between articulations (legato, pizzicato, etc. on strings for example).  That used to be done with the mod wheel when applicable.  Sometimes, but not always, there will also be a smart control mapped to this.  Not all the + sign ones have an equivilant without the + sign (at least on my install).

  • Trying to type on a path (CS5) and get small circle with plus sign???

I am trying for the first time to type on a path that I have made. I go to the type tool, type one letter which never appears...but the small circle with a plus sign inside it appears right at that spot on the path. Would love to know what is happening...and how I resolve it. Have googled and searched my books to no avail!

I had been doing what you suggested...but in going back this morning to try it again, I discovered that the box for centered text was selected from an earlier project...and obviously that doesn't work on a path!
    Thank you.

If this is true, its a bug in Ovi Suite. To answer your question: No, you can't use the numbers!
If you don't want for Nokia fixing this bug, you can replace the plus (+) with two zeros (00).

  • Plus sign

I am having difficulties with the "+" (plus sign) in my URL variables. These are page titles that can sometimes contain various characters. I do have the URLENCODED in there...
    <a href="page.cfm?page=#URLEncodedFormat(rstitle.pagetitle)#">.....
and using the.... value="#URLDecode(URL.page)#" on the recieving pages querry...
How can I get around the issue of the user using a plus sign in ther page title?
I am guessing its pretty easy...but I havent been able to find anything on it yet
    Thanks

You could always use Replace("+","","all") to remove the plus sign.  Or replace it with the ASCII equivalent.

  • Plus sign not working anymore for distribution group

Without our Outlook client it was possible to make a New E-mail, enter a part of the distribution group, pressing control-k to force lookup the group and it was resolved. With the plus sign you can expand the requested ditribution group. Now this is not
working anymore. Does anyone know that there is maybe an option why this do not work anymore?
Within the image you can see that this worked. This is not working anymore.

    Hi,
What does "Now this is not working anymore" mean? Does it mean you didn't get the Expand List warning or it didn't expand the distribution group when clicking plus sign?
Does this issue happen to all users and all distribution groups?
If you mean you didn't the Expand List warning, we can try this to get it back:
Open your Registry Editor and browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\xx.0\Outlook\Options\General (where xx is the version of your Office.)
Look for and open the PONT_STRING value, you'll see a list of numbers in the Value box. Remove number
13 from the list and test again.
If you mean that clicking the plus sign didn't expand the group, we may try to open Outlook in safe mode and test again. To do this, press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type
    outlook /safe and press Enter.
If I've misunderstood something, please feel free to let me know.

  • Plus sign normalization rule

    Hi all,
I am new to Lync so pardon in advance.
I have a set of normalization rules that allow a user to dial a number starting with a plus sign. this works fine for me (North America) while dialing international numbers. what I have today removes the + , adds +011. But more often than not there
are north american numbers that have plus sign. this would translate a +17162223333 to +0111716222333 which is not correct.
Can someone help me as to how create a rule that would leave out north american numbers?
    cheers

I agree with Michael, Ken Lasko is the kind of Lync dial plans, definitely read that article, it should clear a lot up.  Ken also has tools for automatically creating Dial Plans with proper normalization.
The + is the 011, they're the same prefix, just in different formats. You should never have +011 as a result, even on international numbers, because it's redundant.
So, a US phone number dialed as  17162223333 should normalize to +17162223333 and a South African phone number dialed as 01127315551212 should normalize to +27315551212.  As it leaves Lync, you may need to modify that so your Telco
understands it, so at the gateway you might strip the +, or +1, and you may need to add the 011 at your gateway or as a translation rule on your trunk.

  • Plus sign not showing up next to tabs (to enable opening of new tab).

Plus sign not showing up next to tabs (to enable opening of new tab).
    Can I toggle a setting in about:config?
Have turned off all add-ons, and re-started but plus sign did not show up. I am using FF4.0.1.

    Hi.
    I have fixed the problem.
I was asked to "Restore Defualt Set" originally.
After doing that, I wanted to "customize" the sidebar as there were a few toolbar items I wanted displayed.
I found that the "Plus sign" is a "toolbar item".
So I simply dragged it next to the right of the tab/s (up top) and dropped it. Now everything is back to normal, and I can open new tabs with the "Plus sign".
    Thankyou for all your help.
I hope this answer can also help others at some time.

  • How to display positive value with a trailing plus sign

I want to display positive value with a trailing plus sign and negative value with a trailing minus sign. How can I do it? Is there any character in custom format for this? I don't want to convert number to text and use case statement because I need two decimal places and thousands separator.

    Okay, try this...
You will need to do a "UNION ALL" of three queries, one for positive values, one for zero values, and one for negative values.
In the "negative values" query, do the following:
    1) Add a filter on the measure for values "less than 0"
(This will ensure all values are negative.)
    2) In the Data Format tab, select "Custom" and type in #,##0.00-
(This will add the trailing negative sign.)
    3) In the Edit Formula tab, add the absolute value function, ABS(insert measure here)
(This will take get rid of the default leading negative sign.)
For the "positive values" query, modify the above as follows:
    1) Change the filter to "greater than 0"
    2) In the Data format, change the custom format to #,##0.00+
Step 3 is not needed since all values are positive.
For the "zero values" query, just add a filter "equal to zero."
