A canceled iphone 5 order

Hi,I did order an iphone 2 weeks ago by credit card and it got canceled and they haven`t returned the money yet,what I do plz help

I have got my order cancelled too. I wonder what is going on with Apple?
No email or SMS or contact from Apple. I tried to call the hotline but it just replied with "Due to high volume call, we will not entertain you...or something like that". Bad User Experience.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    Recently, I was ordered the iphone 4 (8G) in HK and got the status of receiving the iphone on date 26-Nov or before. However, I haven't receive any iphone on that day so i was contact the apple hotline on monday morning (office hr, mon-fir, 9-6). They said i can cancel the order and wavie the cancel order charge. At this moment, i believed that this is settled.
    However, afternoon in same day, Apple's customer service told me that i can't wavie the cancel order charge and suggest me to accept the order. If i can't accept the order, they will charge me 15% order fee. So i confirmed them to receive the order on next day again.
    On next day (tuesday), i waited the order, but the order was not delivery to me (result dhl was delivery it to apple store). I was angry to contact your customer service, they replied me to say "I don't know why" and convinced me to "accept it devliery on the next day". At this moment, they made me very disappointed. So, I tried to apply the cancel order again, they said if you cancel order, you will need to pay 15% cancel order fee.
    Up to now, the order was delayed two working days. I suspected the delivery date was incredible. How do i trust your product delivery on time?
    And I am so argry that why your order cannot delivery to me on time and why if your order cannot delivery to me on time, can i waive the cancel order charge?

        @Dougnvic, no need to worry because I'm here to help! The vibrate function is very important especially when you're in a situation where you cannot have the ringer turned on.
    If we replace your phone through the warranty you are only charged for the equipment if there is any damage on the phone. The normal wear and tare is expected and you will not be billed for the phone because of these scratches.
    Once the phone is received it is inspected for any physical or liquid damage. If damage is found you are then billed for the phone and the charge will appear on your bill. You will also receive a text message advising you of the charge. Once you are billed the charge cannot be removed even if you return the replacement.
    If you change your mind and do not want to have the phone replaced you can just return the replacement once you receive it and keep your current phone. Just use the prepaid return label that will be inside the box of the replacement.
    If you are sure there hasn't been any damage then there is nothing to worry about. You will not be charged. You can also take the phone into a store and have a store representative take a look at the phone before you return it, if that makes you feel better.

  • Cancelled iphone 4s order in 5 hours, when will money be refunded?

    I basically bought the iPhone 4s around 6pm on wednesday , but then at 9 I was able to reserve one and buy it the next day (yay I HAVE THE IPHONE 4S) ANYWHOOO... so I cancelled my order when I reserved it. They said they will refund my money in 5-7 working days.
    What I wanted to know waaaas... when do you think that'll be? Are they including the weekend in it, or just the Saturday or none at all??
    Any help would be appriciated. I spent like £1000 in the space of two days on apple lol I neeed my other £500 baack. (paid by debit card)

    Usually 5 to 7 working days means Monday to Friday "days" as those are when most businesses "work". So, if you did this on Wednesday, it may until Friday of next week which would be 7 working days from Wednesday.

    I placed an order for an iphone 4s that has been "dispatched" for a time now. I would like to cancel my order, and buy it elsewhere. The problem is that I didn´t use my apple-id when I ordered it, so now it seems like I can´t cancel my order. Anyone who knows how I can cancel my order?

    I am pretty sure you cannot cancel an order after it's been despatched. It's now in the hands of the companies delivering it.
    However, you should be able to return it within the first 14 days. Don't disturb the packaging just to have a look!

  • Cannot cancel delayed iPhone order

    On the scheduled arrival date if my order, I was informed by email that the iPhone I had ordered overnight shipped would not arrive for another 10-21 days. The email stated that "If that's okay with you, and you accept the delay and new delivery date, you don't have to do anything prior to shipping. Once your order has shipped, we'll send you the tracking information"
    Of course it did not tell me that if this delay was not okay with me, or that I do not accept the delay that there was absolutely nothing I could do. I have spent over an hour on hold waiting for customer service representatives to inform me that my best course of action is to allow Best Buy to hold onto my $800, wait three weeks for my phone to arrive, and just deal with it.
    I placed a purchase on your website based on the promise of overnight delivery of in stock inventory. Since you are unable to fulfill the promise that you made via your website, I expected a means to be able to cancel my order. Holding my funds without delivering the product is theft.
    Please let me know if there is any possibility that I can actually get my money back, or if you will simply keep it without fulfilling your end of the transaction.

    As someone who is considering purchasing a new cell phone, I can imagine your excitement to purchase a new iPhone! It would truly disappointing to place the order, only to find that your order would not arrive for a few weeks.

    You don't want the app?  Simply delete it.  This is covered in the manual.
    If you do not explain what you are talking about, then it is very difficult to help

    How many are you trying to buy?  I just tried the USA online store, and if you try to order anything more than 2 iPhone 5s  a banner with red type comes up clearly saying that the purchase limit at this time is no more than 2 iPhones per customer.
    I do not get the same warning with an iPhone 5c in my cart, but I'm sure there will be a limit of some sort on individual orders to stop people from buying and then reselling in foreign countries for profit.
    Why not just call Apple and ask them how many phones you would be able to purchase as an individual consumer order?

  • Verizon admits error in cancelling my order and offers no restitution

    I ordered an iPhone 5 and Verizon admits that my order was automatically cancelled by mistake.  I asked a Verizon representative, "who cancelled the order and why?"  The Representative claimed no explanation was given for the Cancellation.  According to the Representative, my order was simply cancelled by the Verizon ordering system and not directly by a person.  
    Instead of offering to reactivate my cancelled order, the Representative offered to create a new order and have me wait another month for iPhone 5 delivery.  I explained to the Representative that reordering will be extremely inconvenient because I will out of the country.  The Representative will contact her manager, but she already knows from past experience that her manager will not do anything to help me.  
    Verizon is now charging me for an iPhone 5 plan except without an iPhone 5.  Verizon profits from their mistakes and offers no restitution, except to say they are "sorry for the inconvenience."  If I thought other cell-phone carriers treat their customer with more respect than Verizon, I would switch to another carrier, but I have my doubts about other carriers. 
    I am considering just living without the expense and inconvenience of an iPhone plan.  I am disgusted with the way Verizon treats their customers.  Their attitude is their problem is your responsibility so just live with it.

    What do you mean by an 'iPhone 5 plan"?  When you placed your order, were you upgrading from a basic phone?

  • Officially cancelled my order

    I ordered my phone at 12:40 am EDT July 15 and got confirmation at that time.  I was so excitied to be on of the first to order and was really looking forward to receiving my phone today....
    Unfortunately, my order has not ever moved.  I kept checking the order site and calling to try and find out why it wasn't moving and no one knew....all they could tell me was that it was still pending.  The closest thing I got to an answer was that my order was going to have to be entered manually and that I was 'in line' and that it would take 2-5 days to process. 
    I guess since I am already a customer and I was only adding a new line, I'm not worth trying to keep...when I said I wanted to cancel the order, all I got was a 'sorry, our system was just really overloaded, we'll cancel your order when it is not longer pending.'
    I am extremely dissappointed.

    Anything less than giving away bumpers to everyone who bought the iPhone4 is a fail for Apple.     For Apple to first blame users on how they hold it, then to blame it on a 'miscalculation' of the bar indicator is pure crap. I lost a lot of respect for Apple for these ** explanations.

  • Verizon cancelled my order still haven't refunded my money!

    So ordered the iPhone 5s back in september. Long story short they ended up canceling my order but look payment on october 6. Verizon cancelled the order on October 22. Never told me until I called to see what was going on and I was told it was cancelled and asked if I want to reorder it. I said no just refund my payment and Ill buy it when it is available in store.. It is now November 18 and still haven't refunded my money! Just thought you people should know how horrible Verizon has been during this iPhone 5s ridiculousness.

    Just call the credit card company and do a charge back for the amount verizon owes you.
    Just that simple.

    So I'm another victim of the cancelled iPhone 6 scam.....ordered back on 29 September with a ship by 31 October....called on 31 October to try to get a tracking number and was told someone cancelled my order a few hours earlier. Again same excuse they don't know who. Told I will have to reorder. Total scam. When I preorded back in Sept I received a free upgrade to my data plan for two years and a $200 trade in on my old iPhone ..... None of these promotion will be in affect for my new order. Getting ready to take my 3 iPhones, TV and Internet to someone who know how to treat a loyal customer.
