    Hi gurus,
    My client wants to use a stationery where in i have payment advice in the top part of the page and the check in the lower part of the page.
    This is to be used in the automatic payment proposal
    T code F110
    Is a standard script for cheque/payment advice printing avaliable?

    Hi,
    We have continuous stationery which is of A4 size
    the top half is payment advice and the bottom half is for check
    ie the payment advice is printed in the top half and the check in the bottom half.
    I want the standard SAP scrip which i can use for such a scenerio.
    does this clarify the situation?

    A. PAYING COMPANY CODES-
    Payment advise form
    B.Payment Methods in Commpany codes-
    form for the payment  transfer medium.
    above two steps , you maintain the same for
    F110_PRENUM_CHCK.
    then give functional spec to ABAP team .

    Is there any t.code to see the payment advice note and Cheque format in APP Configuration . Other than OBVU from where actually the forms are selected in APP Config. For Payment method for Company Code Transaction.
    Becoz Abaper is asking where exactly in which T.code he can see the Format of the forms.

    Hi Jagan,
    In order to see the format of the forms we can use the T.Code OBVU. click on the payment method you want to select pertaining to a company code. As in your case will be check payment (C) for your company code.
    Now click on details (Ctrl + Shift + F2) .
    Click on form data.
    This will display the form for the check payment.
    Position the cursor on form name and click on display. This will give you the form for check payment.
    When you click on payment method in country you will get the name of Payment program.

  • Payment advices in F110 to be sent by email (PDF format) - step by step

    Hi SDN,
    We have a requirement to automatically send payment advices in F110 via email. The requirement is to send the file in PDF format. I've done a lot of browsing through in the forums, as well as check SAP notes, but none has really detailed a step by step process on how to go about it.
    I've also checked SAP NOTE 836169, but it is also not that detailed.
    Assuming that SCOT has been already set up by BASIS, I've done the following steps to test if the auto-email works, and here are the steps I did.
    1. Vendor Master Data -Define u2018Std communication methodu2019 as SMTP (Internet mail) and maintain an email address in the vendor master data.
    3. T-Code BERP u2013 Code to find the relevant BTE. Use the Selection Attribute to browse for your business area. In my case, it is AP-Payment Transactions hence FI-AP-AP-PT.
    00002040 is the relevant process. This is a Function called SAMPLE_PROCESS_00002040. In this case, the FM only checks for an email address in the Vendor Master. If more logic is required a Z-version would need to be created.
    4. Use t-code FIBF to create the enhancement.
    a) Create a product.
    A product groups together customer enhancements to BTEu2019s developed in the customer's namespace. All customer enhancements assigned to a certain customer product can be released with the Activate Customer Product indicator. The OPEN_FI function module for a certain customer enhancement cannot find the corresponding customer function modules, until this has been done.
    Create the product name (for example ZMAIL) and make it active.
    FIBF->Settings->Products->u2026of a Customer
    b) Assign the BTE to the FM:
    Settings->Process Modules->u2026of a customer
    Assign the 00002040 process to the FM and Product.
    5. Run the autopayment program F110.
    After I run the following steps, no email is being generated by the system. Is there anything that I still need to do? Or could anybody please kindly provide a step-by-step process? I'm a functional person, so I won't be able to do ABAP programming for this. Thanks and regards to all

    Check SCOT and SOST transactions.
    At a previous client using 4.6C we did a program and allocated it in F110.  The program reviewed the payment tables and sent the payment advice (basic list) to the employee vendors.

  • Cheque and payment advice through different printers

    Hi ,
    We need to print cheques and payment advice through different printers ,
    for both the above documents we are using z programs ....
    Both get printed at the same time ,whenever a cheque is printed a payment
    advice is also printed .
    any idea how to achieve this .

    In F110 under Printout/ Data Medium , select variant and then maintain variant.
    In print Control, Tick the following:
    1)Print Check                      Print Immidiately
    2)Print Payment Advice             Print Immidiately

  • Cheque and Payment Advice print

    Hello All,
    We have a requirement on Cheque printing and Payment advice printing functionality.
    We are converting both the standard Sap scripts of Cheque print RFFOUS_C and Payment advice to a Z program.
    It's like we have a cheque format which is priniting the Cheque and payment advice in the different pages.
    Is it possible to print both on the same pages?
    If yes what are the pre-requisites-
    one thing i think is the dimensions of the cheque to invoke the customizations.
    Pls. let me know anymore information is required to proceed futher?

    Hello.
    I have the same issue. My client requirement is to print the cheque on top and payment advice at the bottom, they have a pre-printed stationary with this format.
    They use the f-58 transaction to clear the vendor line items and print the cheque straight from there. Currently cheque is getting printed but they want to the payment advice to be printed below the cheque at the same time.
    I did some research but could not find a solution. If you have found a asnwer please let me know, Will let you know the solution if I find first

    I had a look at their page http://www.authorize.net/support/merchant/Transaction_Response/Response_Reason_Codes_and_R esponse_Reason_Text.htm and that code matches this error "This error code applies only to merchants on FDC Omaha. The merchant is not on file.".
    It seems like and issue between auth.net and merchant account. Please approach their support with this info and get them to look into this for you.

  • Line items not printed in check printing payment advice

    Hi, this is the first time i am implementing check printing module so need some help.
    I have used standard print program RFFOUS_C and sapscript form F110_PRENUM_CHEK
    when I create an invoice from FB60 and make payments through F-58, on printing it prints the check properly but no line items are displayed.
    Please tell me a step by step procedure on how to print the payment advice,i.e, the line items. Is it already in the standard program or do i need to code it. I am interested in the learning also, if anyone can give me details it would be helpful fr me to implement it easily understanding what I am actually doing...
    Any help soon is appreciated .

    Already everything(line items) exists in the program, if you want to add additional fileds to be displayed that are not existing in your program then you need to sub-routines instead of modifying the standard print program.
    Now, you say that your line items are not displayed in your output. For check printing there is some configurations and settings to be done by your functional consultant.. I guess some configuration is missing in your case, that lack the display of line items...check with your functional team on this....(they have to set the lines)
    Note: For more info on config check FBZP where form config will be done basing on company code.

    I am using tcode F110
    But when I do automatic payment transactions as following
    Job started                        
    Step 001 started (program SAPF110S,
    Log for proposal run for payment on
    End of log                         
    Step 002 started (program SAPFPAYM_S
    Step 003 started (program ZFIP001, v
    Program ZFIP001: No records selected
    Job finished                       
    But when i send it to Spool and take a print out
    Cheque print out comes twice always and Payment Advice comes once.
    Pls help

    It looks like you will have to look in F110S where you schedule all the related dependent parameters like print and list output.
    Check the Variant in F110S and you are likley to find an ansewer.
    Provide points if found usefull.

  • Multiple copies for Payment advice using standard program RFFOAVIS_FPAYM

    Hi Experts,
    I have one requirement, need to print the payment advice form twice (one for account section and other for vedor). According to the existing process it uses standard SAP print program RFFOAVIS_FPAYM OR RFFOUS_C (for cheque payment) to print the output.
    When I tried to print the output by giving number of copies, it prints test pages but not the actual output. The actual payment advice note with proper values getting printed only once. I actually need to print this actual payment advice note twice.
    Do you experts know how to achive this? is there any configuration available to get this requirement? OR how can i do this without chaning Standard SAP program?

    Hi,
    2 times printing can be done using Sap script.however, it would call for changes to your driver prog...
    in function call CALL FUNCTION 'OPEN_FORM'....u need to add  g_ITCPO-TDCOPIES = '2' and pass g_itcpo to OPTIONS structure of the FM.With this you can ahve 2 copied of ur output. I just test printed it.
    So in your case as yours is a standard program, you could probably create a copy of the Standard program and  add the above logic in your program.

  • Payment advice sent by e-mail, payment media file to be created before

    dear all
    We have implemented e-mail as a way of sending out the payment advices automatically to suppliers.
    Currently we execute the payment run, generate the payment media (which at the same time creates the payment advices and sends them out by e-mail) and then we import the file into our bank system, where payments have to be approved by a finance manager.
    We occasionally have the problem that the payments are not approved on the banking system on time - however the payment advices have already be sent by e-mail because the printout program does it at the same time as the payment file is created. Previously, because the payment notes were sent by post, we only sent them out after confirming that the payments had been actually executed in the banking system.
    What the finance department is asking for is whether the payment advices can be sent by e-mail only after the payments have been approved at the bank (and for this to happen the payment file has to be generated in a previous step) - Is there any way of achieving this?

    Hi Rafael,
    For this you will have to do the following.
    Frist check with the ABAPer that whether there is any std. Program or function module in the system that can sends mail.
    1) With the help of ABAPer create a SAP Script form as per the requirements of Client as Payment Advice.
    2) Do the Configuration required for the Correspondence.
    3) You will have to develope a Z program or functionmodule to shoot mail as soon as the APP is completed. This you will have to do with the help of ABAper.
    4) Last but not the least you wil haveto maintain the email addresses of the vendors in their master record.

    2.If not - configuration for correcpondence in OB77. OB78 .Create report variants.
    Then in F-53 , after process open items, generate the payment advise .
    Then in F.61, give the document nos and spool for the printout will be generated.
    3. You can payment & print directly trough F-58 also

    Hi experts,
    I'm developing a cheque on a preprinted stationary and the payment voucher/advice.I know for cheque,the standard SAP Script is F110_PRENUM_CHCK and it's print program is FFOUS_C.I need the cheque and the payment advice on two pages only.The former on page1 and the latter page2.Willl the above SAP standard  objects work for the two,or the payment advice has different standard form and print program.Currently I get 4 pages for every printout,and I need only two pages.Kindly help on the wayforward.

    I'm developing a cheque on a preprinted stationary
    Cheque printing is always a preprinted stationary case of Form printing.
    In FBZP you can check the Configuration for both Cheque printing and Payment Advice.
    As you already mentioned F110_PRENUM_CHCK is the standard Script available for Cheque printing and similarly for Payment Advice the standard script is F110_IN_AVIS , while the driver program is same for both i.e RFFOUS_C .
    Go through FBZP it will give you some idea.
    For your requirement you combine both the forms for Cheque printing and Payment advice in a single script and attach the same with Cheque printing Output Procedure ( Settings in FBZP ).
