Have I been spied on at work?

I have used my personal computer at work and believe that my IT admin is remotely accessing (spying on) my laptop via my Airport connection. This is not just a paranoid thought. When I went to log-in to my facebook the other day, the admin's email address populated into the log-in window. I have never emailed her from my computer....
Looking at the log does any of the following confirm my concerns?
Sep 4 11:03:45 d-w-macbook-pro com.apple.SecurityServer[21]: uid 501 succeeded authenticating as user dw(uid 501) for right system.privilege.admin.
Sep 3 15:13:17 d-w-macbook-pro com.apple.SecurityServer[21]: Succeeded authorizing right system.login.console by client /System/Library/CoreServices/loginwindow.app for authorization created by /System/Library/CoreServices/loginwindow.app.

Thanks for any help you can give me!

Do you have permission to use your company's network for personal business during working hours?
Perhaps it's a 2-way street? You get paid for the time you are facebooking on company time and network so maybe they have the right to do what they are doing.
Why not ask your admin if they were spying on you?
