Help with PowerShell to delete a date range of Calendar meetings

I'm trying to delete all Calendar items within a date range, from a mailbox. But first I'd like to just make sure my date filter is actually working.
Here is what i HAVE working:
Search-Mailbox ME -SearchQuery "Received:01/01/2010..03/18/2010" -EstimateResultOnly
This works, it gives me a count of all things in my mailbox
Search-Mailbox ME -SearchQuery kind:meetings -EstimateResultOnly
This works, it gives me a count of all Meetings in my Calendar.
I reallly need now to get the date range to work in conjunction with the kind:meetings.
How can I do that?

The results include the deleted meetings. I test it in my lab.
So the command to delete Calendar meetings with a date range is this:
Search-Mailbox "username" -SearchQuery "Received:01/01/2010..3/18/2015 kind:meetings" –EstimateResultOnly -DeleteContent

Help with replicating/updating vendor master data

Hi,
Currently, we run the bbp_vendor_sync program to do the replication. It does the job of both bbpgetvd (new vendor creation) and bbpupdvd (update existing vendor).
But the problem is, we have two number ranges for vendors. One is Numeric and other one is Alpha.
Group -->AB From 0010000000 to 0699999999
Group -->AZ From A to ZZZZZZZZZZ
The vendor synchronization program can consider only one number range at a time i.e.
either Numeric or Alpha. So, we have to switch the active number range
and run the program twice., first for numeric and then for alpha.
In order to avoid this, I'm looking at implementing bbp_transdata_prep which I was told would take care of this issue.
I looked around for documentation/sample code for bbp_transdata badi and couldnt find any on SAP help site or SDN.
Wondering if someone can help with the documentation/sample code and difficuly level of implementing this BADI.
Any help would be highly appreciated and suitable points would be awarded for your help.
Also, if there is another way to solve this issue without implementing transdata badi, pls. let me know.

Help with new hard drive and data recovery

I have a macbook pro 13" from early 2011...last week the hard drive crashed and after a few hours at the genius bar had to got tekserv to recover my data and get a new hard drive and update to 8GB of Ram. When I got my macbook back I was given an external hard drive that had everything from my old hard drive saved by the users on the old hard drive. I was hoping I could just transfer the user over to the new hard drive but since I had to restart the computer as a new computer I am not able to just reassign my old profile as the new one on this laptop. Maybe I've done something wrong but at this point I transferred all my documents over, moved my music and pictures over but I have a few things I can't figure out that I'm hoping someone can help with.
1. Do emails that were in my mail program from both gmail and my verizon.net program get saved somewhere or do I have to just assume those were lost?
2. my iTunes library is now there but none of my playlists are there. Should those have been saved somewhere in my iTunes folder that I should see them? I'm concerned about syncing my iPhone or iPads to iTunes without those there.

Need help on How to delete duplicate data

Hi All
I need your help in finding the best way to delete duplicate data from a table.
Table is like
create table table1 (col1 varchar2(10), col2 varchar2(20), col3 varchar2(30));
Insert into table1 ('ABC', 'DEF','FGH');
Insert into table1 ('ABC', 'DEF','FGH');
Insert into table1 ('ABC', 'DEF','FGH');
Insert into table1 ('ABC', 'DEF','FGH');
Now I want a sql statement which will delete the duplicate rows and leaves 1 row of that data in the table. ie.in the above example delete 3 rows of duplicate data and leave a row of that data in the table. My oracle version is 8i.
Appreciate your help in advance.

Either of these will work, the best approach will depend on how big the table is, and how many duplicates there are.

Help with texts being deleted?

My options were set that texts should be saved for 15 days. This morning all of my texts were deleted except saved texts. I figured maybe it just deleted all texts after 15 days maybe instead of deleting texts over 15 days old, so I set it on the "forever" setting, that they would never be deleted. I've gotten more texts today and they all disappeared again. I haven't changed any other options that should be at all related to my text options, and I don't know what to do? One of the texts actually deleted itself as soon as it came so I couldn't even read it. I have no idea what's going on. Phone is very new, only had it about two weeks.

This is happening due to memory constraints on your device. In BlackBerry when the device couldn't find enough free space for its work it clear out your text messages and call logs. You can check the amount of free space on your handheld from options -> Status -> free space (given in bytes).
For viewing details database sizes check the following - options -> Status -> click Menu button and select Database size. It’s recommended that you move your picture from device memory to Media card. Keep calendar items for pas 15 days and also keep messages for lower date range.

Problem with customer exit variable on date range

Hi All,
I have customer exit variable on date range. In the selection screen it has to give the week range as a default (05/21/2009 to 05/27/2009).
Earlier its working fine and from yesterday onwards it is not working properly. yesday onwards default date range was not displaying in selection screen.
Wht would be the problem.

And another thing is
I have routine in infopackage level. Since day before yesterday it was working fine and yesterday onwards it was not working.
Eg: budat will take the data based on routine for the week. But yesterday onwards it is not picking up the data.however I have the data in datasource for the week.
Wht would be the problem. I debuged the code and its working fine.

exp. The value is always in line 1

shuld be after script run: 20140114

Split date range without Calendar table

Hi guys!
Is there any way to split date ranges (to days / hours / minutes) in one table without using Calendar table (without joining 2 tables)?
Reason I'm asking this is because we have a huge Fact table (500+ million records) and joining small Calendar table and this huge Fact table takes considerable amount of time.
So far we tried:
Join 2 tables (Fact and Calendar)
Cross Applying Calendar and table-valued function (that returns necessary measures from Fact table)
and both approaches took few minutes for 1 day to complete.
Most successful test we had so far was using CLR and executing table-valued functions in parallel for different 15 minute periods. This way we were able to get the results in 3-4 seconds.
Anyway, is there any effective pure T-SQL way to accomplish this?

Try using a temporary table rather than table variable.. You can have a CI on the date column.

Show date range in Calendar

Hello,
I have created a calendar using the calendar widget available in APEX 4.1
This is SQL based and also has a input form to create a new event by clicking on a particular date.
select id,activity,code,location,date_from from cal_activity a,cal_activity_type t where a.type_id = t.type_id order by code,activity
The calendar works fine when I try to create/update an event.
However the date range is not visible for events that last longer than one day.
The event end_date is being captured.Then why is it that the calendar shows only sysdate events and not the ones before and after?

Help with Powershell - moving files to folders based on date

I have spent about a week on this task, and I know I am nowhere near an expert on Powershell, I am running into a wall.
Here is what I want to accomplish - I have a folder with 1000's of files going back three years. I want to write a PS script that will move all the files older than three months into archive folders based on the file creation date. I need two levels, Year
and inside the year, month.
Here is what I have so far
$location = "C:\scripts\Test1"
cd $location

I know its basic, but it is working so far, except the folder month is in numeral format, 3 not 03. This is a requirement from our development team.

JVR- thank you as well, I keep getting strange results. It looks like it makes the folders for 2014 but then starts erroring - it should be looking in the scripts/pdf folder, not the scripts folder.

Icloud help with restoring to an earlier date

I plugged my Iphone 4S into my computer and it said i could update to the new IOS 7 so i did.
When i completed the download my phone had completely lost all pictures, videos ect along with all text message history and so on.
All i had was my contacts.
I therefore tried to restore back to an earlier date but that didnt seem to work.
So i decided to restore my phone as i read that may work, then once done that sign into icloud and get it back that way.
Well once i restored my phone all my itunes was wiped and it now says i have 12.8gb of space when before (when all my stuff was there) i only had 7 or 8.
Therefore i am worried now that EVERYTHING has been truly deleted, even from my itunes and icloud.
Is there any way i can get this back?

It sounds as if you either didn't backup to iTunes before updating, or you clicked "Restore iPhone" instead of Update. Either way, you can try to restore again from iCloud (https://support.apple.com/kb/ph12521), and if nessecary choose to Show the older backups available from iCloud. Or learn more about how to keep a backup of your device so this doesn't happen again.

im given a period for the sake of this example lets say period 1 i get nothing else. I have to find the greates grant year grab the amount for period 14(which is the total from the previous year) and add it to the amount of the current period. in this case period 1 grnt_year 11
so the expected outcome should be $700

the current period +(current period - greatest year 00)
hope that makes sense so in other words with the new data above. if i was querying period two of grant year 11. i would end up with $800
because the greatest year is 11 it contains a period 0 with amount of $400 so my total should be
period 2 amount $ 600
period 0 amount $ 400 - period 2 amount of $600 = 200
600+200 = $800
if i query period 1 of grant 360055 i would just end up with 800 of grnt year 10.
i have tried to modify that query you supplied to me with no luck. I have tried for several day but im embarrased to say i just can get it to do what im trying to do .
