How do I put music on new MP3 player please

hello, received my new creative zen nano plus MP3 GB player today, looked forward to getting it before my holiday, it arri'ved, thought I would have Music on it by now but NO.
For the life of me - I can't do it. I have spent all afternoon doing it and driving me nuts now.
PLEASE help...... I looked at the intructions, but still no.
I have them ripped from CD, in WMA and also in MP3. Then moved them to Library. Then dragged them to F: creative zen folder. I viewed the folder and saw them, removed the MP3 player from USB port and when I looked at music symbol using scroll it said no recording.
Fed up with it already. Need advice......also is if I get there, is WMA better then MP3

Ultimately it's important to try some different bit-rates with both WMA and MP3 for yourself, and see if you can tell the difference. The only caveat is that over time it becomes easier to hear artifacts that low bit-rate compression uses.

I Have had my new ipod nano now since christmas and i still havnt figuered out how to put music on it.
When i try to download the new Itunes of apple, it says that it cannt complete downloading because i do not have the priviliges even though i am on the administrators account. If i go on my old itunes my new ipod does not apear on the left for me to put music on, Any Suggestions ?? Please!:)

Try using a USB2 port. If you are already using a USB2 port disconnect any USB1 devices on that port (i.e. if it's got a hub on it).

You can only put MP3 songs onto an MP3 player; formats other than protected AAC can be converted to MP3. Most of the iTunes Store content is protected AAC.

You need to copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.
The iphone is not a storage/backup device.
The music sync is one way - computer to iphone.
You can transfer itunes purchases. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases

Recently I had to replace my computer with a new one. The old hard drive died and there was no way of retrieving any of my data from the dead computer. When I downloaded iTunes onto my new computer there were several songs missing in my iTunes library. I was able to retrieve most through purchased music, however there was some music that I had downloaded from other sources and that music is still on my iPod touch. How do I put music into my iTunes library that is on my iPod touch but not in the iTunes library? I do not want to loose the music on my iPod when I sync to iTunes library.

You must import your audio file and then drag and drop it in the Audio section in the Menu Inspector. For detailed info look in the USer Manual for the topic Adding Audio to a Menu in the Creating Menus Using the Standard Method chapter.

You must convert the mp3 audio to AIFF or Dolby 2 (AC3) before importing. Allways try to use AC3 audio encoded with Compressor.

Does your husband have his own computer/iTunes account? If so, the easiest way is to turn on Home Sharing, transfer whatever you want from your library to his library & then sync it to his phone on his computer:
