Http to Abap Proxy communication with multiple queues generation in Recevr

Dear SDNs,
I need some help in the following scenario, appreciate your suggestions and help .
I am receiving the messages from sender to PI on http posting, from PI  I am sending the message to SAP system using receiver xi communication channel ( receiver is abap proxy).
Sender will send the messages in QOS=EOIO, QUEueID=XXXt_100 etc  parameters, when large volumes cases, it is getting delayed to process it using a single queue.
We are thinking to dynamically  generate multiple queues in PI and send the same queue ids to receiver SAP system to process all the messages quickly in SAP System also.
Help /Clarifications needed:
1. XI receiver communication channel in  pi  does not provide any options to generate dynamic queue id based on payload content (using dynamic configuration) and sent it to SAP.
2. Module Tab in receiver communication channel also got disabled to add  custom adapter modules, can we add custome adapter module on xi receiver channel to generate dynamic queue id ?
Really appreciate your immediate help and suggestions.
Thanks.
Suraj.

Dear Praveen,
Thanks lot for the immediate reply, we need to use EOIO, as the messages need to be processed in the same order we send and receive, there is no flexibility in QOS=EOIO, Appreciate if there is any other thoughts?
Thanks In Advance.

  • HTTP to ABAP Proxy - Problem with "Current User" parameter

    Hi experts,
    We have a HTTP to ABAP proxy sceario, where I used an HTTP Destination to connect to the proxy.
    We're trying to use the option "Current User" in that destination in order to login to ECC with the same user that in PI adapter plain.
    The user exists i both systems, PI and ECC, with the same password.
    Checking that parameter we get the following error:
    <SAP:Error><SAP:Category>XIServer</SAP:Category><SAP:Code>INTERNAL.UNAUTHORIZED</SAP:Code><SAP:P1>401 </SAP:P1><SAP:P2>Unauthorized</SAP:P2><SAP:P3>(See attachment HTMLError for details)</SAP:P3></SAP:Error>
    We think that PI is not getting the password.
    Does aybody know how to do this?
    Thanks and regards,
    LUIS B.

    Hi Chirumamilla,
    If we put user and password in SM59 (unchecking "Current User") the commuication works without problems.
    We don't want to leave a user set there, beacuse we are looking to access to PI with different users and login to ECC with the same user.
    Thanks,

  • File to ABAP Proxy (problem with inbound queues in R3)

    Hi,
    In File-XI-ABAP proxy scenario, XI is successfully picking up file and sending it to R3.
    But in R3, an inbound queue is created in SMQ2 transaction code and I solved the same to automatically process the Queue by registering that in SMQR transaction code. But even though the inbound queue doesn't appear in SMQ2 (which means that it is processed successfully) it doesn't call the method EXECUTE_ASYNCHRONOUS. Can anyone help me whether I need to do any settings to run that method?
    Also can anyone help me, after the inbound queue is successfully processed in SMQ2 transaction, what would be the next step to watch what exactly that queue has done?

    Hi,
    Please check the program code for Server ABAP proxy.
    This will show you the trigerring of Proxy on inbound side.

    For Queues, you can go to SMQR and check for the register queue. Select and double click on it. If anything is stuck up then you can see in it. Even same with SMQ2

  • Error in proxy communication with BI (special characters in fieldnames)

    Hi experts,
    We are on our way to create some interfaces between PI 7.1 and BI 7.0.
    These interfaces will communicate each system by means of ABAP proxies.
    In BI side, in order to operate with the most up-to-date information,
    we are using APD (Analysis Process Designer). It consists of a query
    execution that at last inserts data into a DSO. This DSO is a table the
    system creates, its fields are named with the prefix /bic/ and that is
    the problem. BI team tried not to use it but with no success, this
    prefix seems to be mandatory when working this way. Currently, RFC
    communication is used, that is Outbound RFCs come along with DSO tables
    and thus, data acquisition and assigning is done inmediately. Problem
    is that we want to move to proxies without losing this benefit. That is
    the clue.
    So, back again in PI, once we try to create all the necessary stuff for
    ABAP proxies, the system prevents us from creating the Data Type for
    fieldnames starting with '/' so we cannot create the Service Interface
    and so the proxy.
    Error message looks like:
    Value "/" is not allowed for the attribute "name" of type "NCName" in
    element
    Besides, we have tried to use the RFC metadata as a service interface
    but it didnt work out, because '/' characters in BI were represented
    by '-_' once we imported this metadata.
    Basically, this is the problem we are facing right now. We know that
    ABAP proxy is one of the best practises in terms of communication
    between WAS servers and due to this, we think we might be missing
    something in between.
    Is there a way to work with ABAP proxies and this BI internal
    fieldnames without having to reassign fields before calling the Proxy
    methods and classes in BI?
    Could you please help us on this issue?
    Thanks a lot in advance and best regards,
    David

    Your request is described in this how-to guide:
    http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/40574601-ec97-2910-3cba-a0fdc10f4dce
    / in interface and data types names are represented as -_ inside PI, it will be translated to / in application system automatically.

  • Undesrtanding Proxy communication with the Integration Engine

    I want to understand all the process in a client proxy communication. I know that the Local integration engine sends a PI-SOAP to the Central Integration Engine, and the local integration engine makes the communication with the ICM in the SAP PI side. My question are the next:
    1. SAP documentation mentions that the XI Adapter is necessary. Where is it located?, after or before of the ICM in the SAP PI side. What is it function?, because the message is already in PI-SOAP format.
    2. How does the local integration engine send the PI-SOAP message? Does it need an XI-Adapter ?.
    Thanks in advance.

    HI,
    -->XI Adapter is necessary only at the receiver side not at the sender side, by using proxy pre-configuration steps and proxy framework message from the sender system(Client proxy) will reach PI system. So, in this case XI adapter is not necessary(adapterless communication).
    Proxy Framework which consists of Proxy Generator and Proxy Runtime:
    Proxy Generator- Converts ABAP corresponding elements to WSDL corresponding elements and viceversa and by using Proxy Runtime, local Integration will be connected to Central Integration.
    When a request is sent form client proxy-->ABAP corresponding elements will be converted to WSDL elements and local integration engine will be connected to central integration engine and whole process will be done.
    If the receiver system is SAP, and since there can be many SAP systems connected to PI, to send data from PI to that particular receiver SAP system, PI needs the receiver system details like business system name etc. So, XI adapter is manadatory only at the receiver side.

  • Consume WSDL in ABAP proxy : Issue with name space

    Hi,
    I was trying to consume a WSDL in ABAP and I have created ABAP proxy using wizard in SE80 and also did the LPCONFIG.
    While calling the proxy methods it is throughing the "authrization failed" error because of the following issue.I have successfully executed same WSDL from some third party tools with out error.only difference I have observed in SOAP request is, Third party tools passing all name spaces at envelope level but in ABAP proxy it is not passing all name spaces at envelope level.
    1. SOAP genarated from WSDL in  third party tool.
    <<b>soap:Envelope</b> xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:tns="<b>http://schemas.xxxxx.com</b> ">

          </tns:request>
        </tns:GetKMContent>
      </soap:Body>
    </soap:Envelope>
    SOAP genarated from WSDL in  ABAP proxy.
    <<b>soap-env:Envelope</b> xmlns:soap-env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
    <soap-env:Header>
    <n0:Trace xmlns:n0="http://www.sap.com/webas/630/soap/features/runtime/tracing/">

      </soap-env:Body>
    </soap-env:Envelope>
    I was trying to use the SOAP genarated in ABAP proxy in thrid party tool and end up with same "authrization failed " error. If I move the name space  <b>nr1</b> from <<u>nr1:GetKMContent xmlns:nr1="http://schemas.xxxxx.com "></u>  <b>GetKMContent</b> node to <b>soap-env:Envelope</b> <soap-env:Envelope xmlns:soap-env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:nr1="http://schemas.xxxxx.com "> then it is working fine.
    Question :Is there any way in ABAP proxy to pass name space at soap-env:Envelope level or is there any way to change the SOAP request once it is genarated from ABAP Proxy?. Is there any API to change SOAP information?
    Thanks,

    Hi Kavitha,
    I am also facing the same issue.
    Could you please share the solution if you have solved this.

    I am new to sap xi .
    i need a http cleint also,
    Thnx

    Hi
    Here in this case it is a http client to abap proxy. For http client (sender CC) u wud not req sender agreement. Follow the below link for http client config:
    https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/66dadc6e-0a01-0010-9ea9-bb6d8ca48cc8
    And u shud have the DT,MT, MI, Mapping in place. U wud do the req confir in ID and recv agreement will be for proxy. For that follow this link.
    /people/prateek.shah/blog/2005/06/14/file-to-r3-via-abap-proxy
    Combine these two and u will get ur thread anwsered for sure. In this post the file will be replaced by http client. remeber no need to sender agreement.

  • XI 3.0 SP14 Synchronous SOAP- XI- ABAP Proxy - fails with "System Error"

    Hi All,
    The synchronous response message fails at the stage "Receiver Identification".
    It seems that the synchronous response XML has no "sender" attribute, so obviously the receiver determination fails.
    In the message monitor I can see the correct payload coming from the ABAP proxy, so that part looks OK.
    I have the same scenario working perfectly on another system landscape, so there might be a configuration side to it.
    Thanks is advance,

  • Mail Sender to Abap Proxy Receiver with Attachements

    Hi All,
    Scenario: I need to create a ticket in Solman from a mail. I intend to do the scenario as Mail sender to Abap Proxy receiver asynchronous.
    I have configured my sender mail adapter and am able to get the mails in XI. The attachements also appear in Inbound payload as MailAttachement-1, MailAttachement-2 etc. I have checked use mail packege and keep attachements in sender adapter.
    Transport Protocol: IMAP4

    After importing each queue, I had a few things to do in SPDD and SPAU.  I created a new SPDD or SPAU transport request for each queue.  My question is now what is the recommended procedure to handle these SPAU/SPDD transport requests when you have multiple queues?  I plan to define the same queues when doing QA and PRD.  Do I mark all of the requests and then when I do each queue, I only specify that particular request?  Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi Russ,
    when did you export the different SPAU requests or didn't you export them at all?
    If the export happens only after all queues are already imported, this final system state (component version + SP level) is stored in the requests.You are then not able to include e.g. the request for the SAP_BASIS SPs into the SAP_BASIS queue, because the other components are still on the old version, while according to the request they should be on the newer state.
    So, the right procedure would be; import the SP queue, do the modification adjustment for this queue, mark the workbench request as modification adjustment transport request and export this request. Then you can import the next SP queue.
