I bought a HD and the Itunes Stores say that the movie (Pretty Women) has Itunes Extras. Why I can not find it? It is a mistake from Apple? What happen if I buy the movie because the Extras and now I can not watch it? I have an Ipad last generation.
What version of iOS do you have on your iPad (Settings > General > About > Version), and is it connected to wifi ?

If you can't find it on any of your homescreens or app folders, and you can't find it via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first home screen to the right), then is it hidden by Settings > General > Restrictions > iTunes being set 'off' ?

Ok. So my iTunes started acting up a few months ago. ALL of the songs I purchased from the iTunes store stop in the middle of the song and then go back to the begining (I keep it on repeat one song by the way). Please help!!! (Windows 7) I would really like to hear my songs all the way through, but I can't . I tried the "Convert Protected ACC files to Purchased ACC files fix" but it DIDN'T work. I don't know what to do. It does it when I transfer the music onto my Classic too.

I had the same issue this morning downloading a pre-order of Alanis, Flavors of Entanglement . I noticed that the only thing that had changed fro me was that I had some song credits for purchasing ticketmaster tickets over the past few weeks. When I went ahead and spent my remaining credits... it downloaded with no prompting or trouble. Maybe the credits issues hangs it up?

How does it show in the Music app on your phone ? If it has the cloud icon against it then it is only in the cloud - you can turn off all cloud music via Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Music (under 'show all' heading) 'off, or you can hide that album via your computer's iTunes so that it doesn't show in the cloud (hiding and unhiding), or you can use the link in my above reply to remove it from your account.
If you've downloaded it onto your phone (i.e. it doesn't have the cloud icon against it) then swipe/drag across tracks (from right-to-left if the phone is on iOS 7 or 8) in the Music app, or you can delete entire albums in iOS 8 by swiping/dragging from right-to-left across them -

can I purchase from two different stores ie store in New Zealand and Store in Australia and how do I sync updates on applications purchased from either store? Do I have to switch ID's in my settings each time or is there an easier way. The trouble is I set up my appleid in new Zealand and so all icloud and itunes and app stores are under New Zealand Apple ID I have since moved to Australia. Unfortunately this all seems a little rough around the edges -- for example, I have found updates for AppStore apps on the support.apple.com updates download site, but then when I install them via ARD they don't actually update the software. (The AppStore icons still show as needing the updates, and the version info reports the old version.) The documentation is also vague about which AppleID to use in which circumstance. I think they just haven't finished thinking through the implications of the various procedures and policies upon the various kinds of customers. When we deployed Mountain Lion on the school lab, we made an install usb and went around and installed it on each computer -- and it appears that you are on the honor system as far as paying for all of the licenses that you install. We did! But they appear to have no way to enforce it.
So far, I have only deployed 9 Lion macs in my day job, and our "solution" to the AppStore showing updates problem has been to drag the AppStore icon off of the users' docks so they don't see them! -
How to De-authorize an older PC running Windows 2000 PC with iTunes 7? My itunes will not connect with the iTunes store to all the deauth request.
The "Deauthorize All" command is only available if iTunes thinks you are currently using 5 authorizations.
Otherwise, you can only deauthorize the old computer by using "Deauthorize this computer" from the computer itself.
If the old computer is no longer operable, you can't deauthorize it, but that is not a problem. -

My podcast artwork is not showing in the iTunes store or in the Podcasts app
My podcast, the Legal Seagull, was recently posted to iTunes. The problem is that the artwork is not showing in the iTunes store or on the iPhone's Podcasts app. Once you actually download the episodes, the image does appear.
I verified that my image is 1400 X 1400; however, it does appear to be around 700kb. I have seen some posts about how you should try to keep it under 500kb, but I haven't seen anything official from Apple to that effect.
I note that there is a man out there called Roger Wilmut, who is extremely knowledgable about this issue and has responded to many similar questions. Mr. Wilmut, if you are out there, could you please advise whether my feed is set up correctly? If it is just a waiting process, I'm fine with that- I just want to make sure that I've set everything correctly on my end.
