    I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC (together with the Apps) doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)
    I quote: ... helps resolve installation problems for Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Creative Suite (CS3-CS6) applications. The tool removes installation records for prerelease installations of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications. It does not affect existing installations of previous versions of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications.

  • I am getting the Download Error on the Creative Cloud Apps Panel. No Apps Showing

    I have tried all the various methods to resolve this issue with the Creative Cloud App.
    1. Deleteing the Files in the Library Folder
    2. Installing Adobe Application Manager 8 (Not Installing at all)
    3. Reinstall Everything
    Nothing is resolving the error on the App.
    I can do everything else with the app but not installing products.
    Running:

    MacBook Pro 15" Mid 2012

    It's not launched from the CC app.
    If you have Windows, look under Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CC
    If you have a Mac, look in the Application Folder > Photoshop CC

  • Have downloaded the creative cloud app but cannot find the single-app Premiere Pro CC

    After recieving confirmation email of payment for single- app membership Premiere Pro , followed instructions for getting started and now have downloaded the creative cloud app and when I come to download Premiere Pro it is not shown in the apps section.  What might be the problem for it not showing up ?

    Well, you're not gonna like it, but it doesn't show up because your system doesn't meet the requirements. Check them.

    Hey.
    I'm trying to download Photoshop and Illustrator from the creative cloud app. I can't seem  to get either of them to download after purchasing the monthly student package. Photoshop seems to download fine until it stops at either 42/51/52% and will never finish downloading. Illustrator never even begins the download process and just sits at waiting. I'm running Windows 8.1 and have never had this problem with any other program. As for troubleshooting it I'm not sure what I could do so I simply deleted all creative cloud data off my computer and tried again from scratch, no use. Also did a system update and restart, again to no avail.

    I couldn't find the edit button on my original post so I am posting an update here.
    I have gone through more apps and have had good luck on all but one more.  And it's not that the app doesn't work, I am talking about the Yahoo Weather app, It works fine, but when you swipe between cities the screen lags a bit and it sometimes doesn't move between pages the way it should.  On iOS 7.1.2 it was smooth as butter but on iOS 8.0, not so much.  I will post a note in the app store to let them know.  I really like the Yahoo app better than the new stock app.
    I have been going through my games and they all work fine. Angry Birds (Original and Stella), Canabalt, Minecraft, Bejeweled 2, Silly Walks, PopWords, Doodle Jump, Deep Green all seem to work just fine. 
    Starbucks app works as it should. 
    I will stop back again next week after I have had the weekend to play with it in detail and post my thoughts again.

    Also, when im viewing websites and i find something i wish to print, same again, if i simply click on the print option at the top right of the screen nothing happens... the only way I can print is if i copy the weblink of the site page then click on my HP eprint app and paste the web link, then select print, it prints off fine.. but its it such a pain to keep copying and pasting links or screen dumping emails just to print...

    Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app.  I am certain other applications also need this information.  Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information.  Feel free to post additional information, faulty information, or other related topics below as this is simply a collection of data and it would be practically impossible to test all of them.     If you can't access the App Store from the Apple menu, Dock, or Applications folder installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo will reinstall the App Store for you.
    It's ok to do this even you are already running v10.6.8.

    FYI:  Some third party software can cause issues with the App Store >   Mac App Store: Sign in sheet does not appear, or does not accept typed text
    Apple is not responsible for incompatibility isssues with third party software.

    Do you have a subscription that you purchased and still pay into?  If so, contact Adobe support thru chat and see if they can assist you with your subscription.

    Did the school provide your access for free?  If so, check with the school to see if they still provide free access to the software for students.
    If neither of the above situations match yours, please provide more detail regarding what gave you access to the software.

    No; but then, I've not had occasion to use TDM. I've been using firerwire drives for over 10 years, both FW400 and FW800, with no issues except a bit of instability using a B&W G3 machine.

    Try below steps once
    click Gear icon on the top Right corner and Quit Creative Cloud App
    Click on Finder and then hold Command + Shift + G keys on your keypad
    It will open Go to folder window, type  exactly ~/Library and click on Go
    Make sure to open ~/Library not /Library (  there will be two Library folders )
    Then open Application Support > Adobe folders
    Trash AAMUpdater and OOBE folders.
    Then launch Creative Could and check.

    I don't really care to have the Creative Cloud app on my Mac running all the time.  I don't use any of the features for it other than to update apps.
    If I UNcheck "Launch at login"....will I still get notified of updates?

    I certainly didn't have the Application Manager running all the time in CS6.  Adobe must have had a background process checking for updates because in CS6 where there was an update, I would get the update icon in my menubar.
    What I'm wondering now is.....does CC have a similar process that will notify me of updates?  I don't want to have to manually launch the Creative Coud app just to check.

    This has nothing to do with your pictures. As long as LR works, nothing happens. The CC app merely has lost an entry in the installer database. Would a reinstall fix it? Sure. Is it necessary? Not really (until the next version or update). So unless you have too much time to spend or something isn't working, I'm sure you can find more interesting things to do with your tiem. Otherwise use the cleaner tool and get to it:
