I am using Adobe Creative Cloud. I have just downloaded Photoshop CC and found it installed two versions. I beleive the 32 bit version and the 64 bit version. Is there a reason it has installed two versions? Can I remove one version as I am running a Windows 8.1 64 bit machine?

I don't know if my issue is the same or not...
I updated Photoshop CC last week, and now have Photoshop CC and Photoshop CC 2014 in my applications folder. When I open a file created in Photoshop, it opens Photoshop. However, if I open another Photoshop file (by double-clicking on it), it opens up in a second Photoshop app (not the app that's already open)... so I have two Photoshops open at the same time. And both are CC versions.

I have never used these products before so this is all new to me. I open the creative cloud icon it saved on my computer when I downloaded it. When I click on photoshop though it just keeps taking me to the download page. Thinking I did it wrong I clicked download and it still does this. How do I open the program?

In Windows click on start/ All Programs and launch Photoshop.
You may even navigate to C/Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop CC/ run Photoshop.exe
Mac: Go to Applications and look for Photoshop and launch it from there.

I was able to get part way through cs4, it showed up in my downloads but never got as far in the process as to ask for serial numbers. I tried with cs2 and I got an error message that some bit of information was incorrect. I currently have both downloaded on two other lap tops I own. One is operational and one is dead. I cannot access the dead one to remove the program. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Crap. That's what I was afraid of...Well, since I'm away from home and not near my pc, it sounds like I'm out of luck. The problem is that I need my phone to be at least functional for making and receiving calls. There's an apple store nearby. Perhaps I can go there and have them restore it and at least I'll be able to make and receive calls until I get home and restore from my backup. Does that sound feasible, or am I missing something?

Have you tried deleting it from the iBooks app and redownloading it via the Purchased link in the ibookstore in the iBooks app ? Re-downloading.
If you have the same problem after re-downloading it then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that book and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

Yes you can. However, it is better to use one person's account most of the time for purchases in the Mac App Store and iTunes since you can share purchases, such as songs, among various devices using the SAME account. You Cannot share purchases among different accounts, though. So make one of your accounts the main "purchasing" account so you can share purchases.

Here is a screenshot guide, if you need it. First open the CC Panel and from the cog choose Preferences.
Select your language and Photoshop should now have an install button which will be your desired language.
Go ahead and install.
When that step is completed, go into Photoshop Preferences > Interface and choose your newly installed language.
Restart Photoshop for it to take effect.

No. That's not what I said. You can get an out of warranty replacement, which will be exactly the same model, color, and will be locked in exactly the same way the original is. If you want an iPhone 5, get the 4S replaced, sell it, and use the money to put toward a new phone.

Are you talking about changing the Apple ID used for purchases in iTunes? If so go to 'Settings->iTunes & App Store-> then 'tap' on the Apple ID that appears and click Sign Out on menu that appears. You can now login with a different Apple ID.
