I have synced my new iPhone 4S with my old iphone 3S and i can't invite any contacts with my calendar?
is there something I have not done properly to do this or do I need to update calendar software or is this an App thing?
Please help!
Go to iTunes Settings, on the Devices tab you will see a list of all available backups. If you don't see the one you're looking for there it doesn't exist to restore your phone to it. Also, if you want to prevent iTunes from syncing automatically you can check "Prevent...from syncing automatically" on the Devices preferences screen.
If you do see the backup you are trying to restore to listed here, you should be able to right-click on the name of your phone and select it to restore from. When you right-click on your phone you should see these choices, where "iPhone" is the name of your phone:

You can't have content in iCloud without having it on your phone, you will need to look at deleting items from your device that you don't need. Movies and TV shows from iTunes are possibly a good start because they tend to be large and can be redownloaded at a later date.

I have Calendar v 7.0 and Entourage 12.3.6 2008 on OS X 10.9.2. I cannot import Entourage events into Calendar - this was never an issue with iCal. Whats happened and how can I import details into Calendar or do I need iCal back?

My iphone 5 gets hot while using it and while charging too.... Please help me what should i do?? Should i replace the battery....?? Because it gets hot even within 5 minutes also.... And it is happening from 2 weeks daily.

Well, your first mistake was making a new Apple ID. You only needed to go into Manage your Apple ID and change the Apple ID from the Yahoo email to your new email. Then, all the purchases you made with that old Apple ID would still be tied to your updated Apple ID.
As it is, you now have a totally new Apple ID, but the purchases you made with that old Apple ID are still (and will forever be) tied to it.
Your best bet is to log into Manage your Apple ID with the old ID (regardless of what Yahoo did with it, it is still a functional Apple ID, unless you had that disable for security reasons). Once you have logged into it, change the password on it to match the password on your new ID. Then when you are asked for a password to update an app, it won't matter which of the two Apple IDs is displaying. You will just type in the same password and your app will be updated.

With disk it tells me to select a destination volume but it's blank. Without disk it gives me a ? in a folder.
Please help getting really frustrated.OK, what version of OS X came with the computer and what version do you want to install? The first thing you need to do is format the new HD. If your computer came with Leopard (10.5.x) and you currently have Snow Leopard (10.6.x) you will need to insert the Snow Leopard upgrade DVD into your drive. Then restart the computer while holding down the Option Key, if you only have a wireless keyboard you will probably need to get your hands on a wired one. When it starts while holding the Option Button the computer should give you the option of booting from the Install Disc. Choose that option and let it continue, it will next ask which language you want choose the language then next choose Utilities menu - Disk Utility - Highlight the internal HD - Select the Erase tab - Set formate to Mac OS Extended (Journaled) - Click Erase - Exit Disk Utility when format is complete and continue installing the OS. If you had a backup of your old system (Time Machine or a Bootable Clone) this is very good! Towards the end of the install it will ask if you are migrating from another Mac, choose yes then choose your backup (it has to be physically connected to the machine) and restore from the backup.

See this http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1212, but if that doesn't help, the only other way to get past this is to restore the phone on the computer you normally sync with to your latest backup. This will remove the passcode.
