In iCloud Numbers how do I set up a popup menu in an entire column

I have a database using iCloud Numbers. The table is for my tax deductions for 2014. In one column I have Doctors/Dentists/etc. Instead of typing that title each time I create a new entry in that column, how can I set a popup menu like I can in Excel and choose Doctors/Dentists/etc?

You have couple of options here.
You can make a copy of the site-wide template for every catalogue and build the menu manually.
The other option is to use:
{module_cataloguelistdump,-1,rowLength,targetFrame,sortBy}
Displays the List of all Catalogues as names that are links to those catalogues
Parameters:
Use -1 to display parent catalogs, use -2 to display all catalogs including sub-catalogs or a catalogue ID to display the subcatalogues of a particular catalogue
rowLength - will limit the number of items per row when items are displayed as a list. Default is 1 item per row.
targetFrame - e.g. _blank. Specify the frame you want the item to open in
sortBy - will sort the web apps in specified order
Alphabetical - sorts items alphabetically
Weight - sorts items by weight
Example
{module_cataloguelistdump,-1,1,_blank,Alphabetical} - this module will display the catalogue list in the new window, alphabetically and all in one column

You can't merge two iTunes accounts.

If you want to change the dictionary in DW, go to Edit > Preferences (see screenshot).
This won't change your Japanese version of DW to English version. For that, you need to uninstall and re-install the English language version.

I've seen some ways to possibly do this with an individual cell.
Clarification on changing the font color in an individual cell would be helpful too if

You can set any song to Skip when shuffling.
In your iTunes Library, highlight the song and right-click/Get Info. On the Options tab is the Skip when shuffling box. Select that and then Sync the iPod with your Library.

Regarding the skip/force pass/force fail options, when I set the ControlExecFlow to True in Teststand 3.1 and 3.5, in the Sequence Editor the menu options for skip/force pass/force fail are not active for Technician but, when I launch the Operator Interface logged with Technician the options are active. The problem is that if the technician sets one step to one of these options, and change the user to Operator, the test step remains skip/force pass.
Is there any possibility without modifying the Operator Interface (at programming level), to reload default values of the steps when changing the user to Operator?

You have to first create your account on an Apple device. You are getting this message because you are trying to create an iCloud account on a PC by signing with your Apple ID. You can only sign into an existing iCloud account on a PC. iTunes on your computer has nothing to do with an iCloud backup. If you wife's phone is backing up to your iCloud account it's because you are sharing the same account. Migrating her phone to a separate iCloud account will fix this.
If you want to mirate her iPad to a separate account, start by saving any photo stream photos that she wishes to keep on your iPad to her camera roll by opening the my photo stream album, tap Edit, then tap all the photos you want to save, tap Share and tap Save to Camera Roll.
Once this is done, go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. (This will only delete the account her iPad, not from iCloud. your devices will not be effected by this.) When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data, be sure to select Keep On My iPad. Then sign back in with a separate Apple ID to create her new account and choose Merge to upload the data to her account. Note: you can continue to share the same ID for iTunes, it does not need to be the same as the ID used for iCloud.

In Numbers, how can i change only the year in a date formatted column of data?

I'm using Numbers 3.5.2 on an iMac running Yosemite 10.10.2.
This column is a listing of dates tied to info that needs to happen on a particular date each year. Rather than re-key all the dates so the year advances to 2015, it would be great if I could change just the year for the entire column, leaving the day and month intact.

If you already have a column of dates, and just want change the year in the entire column, rather than reenter the dates, then you could use a formula something like this:
The formula in B2, copied down the column:
=DATE(YEAR(A2)+1,MONTH(A2),DAY(A2))
Then select the new column, command-c to copy, and Edit > Paste Formula Results. The original column can then be deleted.

Hi,
I moved a table into the iCloud so I can sync it across my devices. That works just fine.
BUT: Since I work with this file quite frequently, I would like to place an alias on my desktop. I am absolutely clueless on how to do this....any suggestions?

I think Jerry's suggestion is the best practice. But if for some reason you don't like opening Numbers first and then opening the document, but always want to just click on an alias on the Desktop, then in Finder while holding down the option key you can Go > Library > Mobile Documents > com~apple~Numbers and find your document, create an alias, and drag the alias to the Desktop (ignoring the warning about removing the alias from iCloud). Thereafter you can click the alias to open the document synced to iCloud. It might be best to try this with a test document to make sure you really want that approach.

I get a message telling me, "This is a valid iTunes ID and password, but not for iCloud." So how do you sign into iCloud? I have no problem signing into iCloud from my Android device (Kindle). How do I sign into iCloud on my laptop computer?

Your iTunes your username and password can be the same as your Apple ID. I suspect you have more than one Apple ID.
You can't merge IDs. You have to Sign out of an ID then Sign in with the other ID if you have purchased under two different accounts.
