Hi cris2121, assuming you're using a mouse from apple, go to >System Preferences<
it's here where one can configure a mouse device.
Additionally you can also configure Scrubbing in Logic: "When in scrub mode, you can slowly move the playhead in the Tracks Window and the Audio (and optional MIDI) will be played back. The playback speed depends on how fast you move the Playhead in either direction."
Have a nice day!

Since the last upgrade, when the browser is open the mouse randomly clicks on things changes windows by itself. In addition highlighting things to cut and past is almost impossible... this transfers over to all open programs word, movie maker, audacity, etc... and as soon as the browser is close the problems go away... I am having this on two computers the first is a 32 Bit Vista system with a corded mouse the second is a dual boot 64 bit Win 7 and Linux Mint laptop using a Logitech cordless mouse and built in mouse pad both mouse and pad does this... in both operating systems.
I thought it was a problem with the mice or interference with the wireless receiver or from an Xbox in the same room interfering with the systems, however updated drivers were downloaded and installed on both computers for all three operating systems.

Also, I am trying to connect my Mini from the mini-Displayport to the Displayport of my Dell U2410 monitor.  The image is very grainy, even though it is set to the correct resolution: 1920 X 1200 at 60Hz.  If I use HDMI to VGA input, the image is much clearer.  Is there a way to get the Displayport to work?

I'm having exactly the same keyboard issue.  Certainly nothing has ever enhanced my concentration while coding like suddenly becoming unable to type.

    Hello
Simple problem - don,t know how to solve it.
With Premiere CC when I try to do a selection (click... drag... release the click) very often it stop way before the end of the move I'm swinging the Magic Mouse. I taught that the mouse clicking was defective and went to get a new Magic Mouse after lots of frustration. Today, I have an edit to do it it does the SAME thing !!
    I was like ????#$%?&*(???
Opened all the lights and taught I've trow the new mouse to the garbage and was using the defective mouse again... no !! - ??
Actually, the bran new mouse is doing the same thing. What I understand after investigating on the motion and watching carefully my fingers !! -  is that when I click I have to keep my finger at the EXACT same place on the mouse... drag and release and it's fine. If I click by pushing on the mouse and my finder is moving of a 1/32th of a millimeter, it will release and my selection will be to redo. You can understand my frustration ! - 75$ later... same problem, but I know that if I click with about 5 pounds of pressure and trying to pass my finger through the plastic of the mouse, it you stay steady and make it !
The problem is that scrolling is enable while clicking and it bugs.
    How to disable it ??
Simple question - can't find the answer !

    Helllooo !?
sorry but the Magic Mouse is just useless with the new Adobe Premiere CC and since I'm not the only one but can't find answer this is really disappointing. This mouse is just fantastic and now I have to swap from a USB mouse to the Magic Mouse every times I do some editing. My USB mouse if hurting my hand somehow and I want to got back to the Magic Mouse asap. Please - for sure there is a simple solution !
    Thanks !!

  • Why Is The New Click Wheel TERRIBLE?

What happened to the flawless design of the click wheel on all previous ipod models.
The new click wheel on the iPod classic is absolutely terrible. It is unresponsive, highly unsensitive, slow and works maybe half the time especially when scrolling counterclockwise.
APPLE, Why the sudden change? I can't even control it through my jeans anymore.
Before you ask any questions, no I am not using any case, my iPod is naked and brand new. Any other iPod I have owned was super responsive and had perfect click wheel sensitivity and worked through my jeans or any case it was in.
I am very unhappy with the new click wheel. Who else is with me?

Well, if it is a defect, which I think it is, it is very common. I'm on my third 120 GB classic. First one had a buku of issues with skipping songs, shutting itself off etc., but the click-wheel was flawless.
Sent that one back to apple, received replacement which had same skipping and restart issues with the added joy of the click-wheel laziness you are describing. Sent that one back, got third unit yesterday, also installed new version of software. Skipping issues and restarts seem to have gone away, but having problems with this click wheel. I'm giving it a couple weeks, and I'll send this one back too. When listening to music, it's not that big of a deal when the wheel goes to sleep and I've got to click it back into action, but while trying to play games it becomes very problematic and unacceptable.
I bought my first ipod second hand and loved it. This is my first new iPod, and it's killing me with aggravation. I have heard before that you should wait until 90 days after any apple release so they can work the bugs out. Seems to hold very true with this experience.

  • Click wheel scrolling

Why does click wheel scrolling on an iPod not allow lists - songs, artist, album, etc. - to rollover from end to beginning and vise-versa? For example, it would nice while scrolling through an alpha list of album titles, you could go from "A" items backwards through "Z" items, instead of going all the way through the alphabet from "A" to "Z". Will this ever be allowed?

Apple likes to add little annoying things so that when they release the new ipod they can solve it on purpose and people will be like YAY!! thats probably what that is

  • A script that captures the coordinates of the mouse clicks and saves them into a file

    Hello,
I'm trying to create a cartoon taking a movie (I've chosen blade runner) as base. I've got the real movie and I've exported all the pictures using VirtualDUB. Now I have a lot of images to modify. I would like to modify the actors faces with the faces generated by Facegen modeller. I'm thinking how to make the whole process automatic because I have a lot of images to manage. I've chosen to use Automate BPA,because it seems the best for this matter. I'm a newbie,so this is my first attempt using Adobe Photoshop and Automate BPA. I wrote a little script. It takes a face generated with Facegen modeller and tries to put it above the original actors faces. But it doesn't work very good and I'm not really satisfied, because the process is not fully automated. To save some time I need to write a script that captures the coordinates of the mouse when I click over the faces and that saves them into a file,so that Automate BPA can read these coordinates from that file and can put the face generated with Facegen Modeller above the original face. I think that Automate BPA is not good for this matter. I think that two coordinates are enough,X and Y. They can be the coordinates of the nose, because it is always in the middle of every face. It is relevant to knows how big should be the layer of the new face, too. This is the Automate BPA code that I wrote :

and this is a short video to explain better what I want to do :
    http://www.flickr.com/photos/26687972@N03/5331705934/
In the last scene of the video you will see the script asking to input the X and the Y coordinates of the nose. This request is time consuming. For this reason I want to write a script that captures automatically the coordinates of the mouse clicks. The only thing to do should be click over the nose and the script should make the rest. As "c.pfaffenbichler" suggested here : http://forums.adobe.com/thread/775219, I could explore 3 ways :
    1) use the Color Sampler Tool’s input with a conventional Photoshop Script.
    2) use After Effects would provide a better solution.
    3) Photoshop’s Animation Panel might also offer some easier way as it might be possible to load two movies (or one movie and one image) and animate the one with the rendered head in relation to the other.
Since I'm a totally newbie in graphic and animation, could you help me to explore these ways ? Thanks for your cooperation.

These are the coordinates of the contours of the face that you see on the picture. Can you explain to me how they are calculated ? The coordinates of the first colums are intuitive, but I'm not able to understand how are calculated the coordinates of the second one.
    Thanks.
1 COL     2 COL (how are calculated these values ?)

  • Is there a way to remove the mouse click splash that appears on See It!

Can I remove the red splash that appears on the mouse click when playing back a recording in See It mode?
The client thinks that it is not visually appealing.

You can request new features in this forum: <br />
    http://webmailnotifier.mozdev.org/drupal/forum/
But I don't think it would be possible, exactly like you described. An extension can't do anything until Firefox is opened and running. Plus the developer would have to create a different version for every Operating System he decided to support with a feature like that - Windoze, MacOSX, and Linux - to be able to use the "System Tray".

  • Bing Maps on IE 11 browser, The mouse click event is only working when we have compatibility mode on.

I have tried out the code in this article in ASP.Net web forms with c#  and javascript.

My code works great on IE 11 , when I have compatibility mode on,
but when compatibility mode is off, the mouse click event is not being received by the Javascript function.
Is this expected behavior of bing maps, Are there any workarounds for this problem?

  • Get the tab page that the mouse clicked on using PLSQL

    Another canvas related question ...
Is it possible to detect the tab page that the mouse clicked on
    from within a WHEN-MOUSE-DOUBLECLICKED trigger,

However, I need the name of the tab page within the tab canvas

    resolution notes follow:
    ========================
I forgot to mention that I dont know the type of canvas at runtime,
so the code needs to work for tab and non-tab canvases
Unfortunately, calling TOPMOST_TAB_PAGE for a non-tab canvas results in an
error that can only be suppressed using an ON-ERROR trigger
(SYSTEM.MESSAGE_LEVEL wont supress it, nor will EXCEPTION)
anyway, I resolved this via another related post that I raised today.

I have an iMAC from about 2007. The mouse will not scroll down. Can this be fixed?

You have to remember, where the scroll ball is, there is a small gap which picks up dust and fluff.   That detritus gets everywhere and in your case affects the downward scroll.
Adding just a touch Linc Davis's suggestion, after you have vigorously rubbed the scroll ball on the pad, tap it on a hard surface from time to time.   Sometimes you will see small amounts of fluff appear.   You should also see dirty marks on the pad.

  • Making the mouse click by itself

If you are trying to use an automator workflow with a software that is
not included in the automator list (and therefore there are no prebuilt actions for you to choose), but all you need to do is manually open
the program yourself, place the mouse over the START button in the software,
and you just need automator to click the mouse at a predetermined time,
is there a way of doing that....just making the mouse click over a spot you
have left the mouse, at a predetermined time?
I know how to save the workflow as an ical plug in to trigger the workflow at a specific the time, but I have no idea if I can just make automator "click the mouse" button by itself any place you just leave the mouse.
Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

  • When I click on "App Store", the loader gets stuck on "Contacting iTunes Store..." I can click on the "iPod Click Wheel Games" and it works, but NOTHING else.

I can click on the "iPod Click Wheel Games" and it works, but NOTHING else. Any suggestions?

I was having this problem. The settings on my wireless router was set to hide my IP address so it wouldn't connect. When I changed that, I connected no problem. While this is annoying since I don't want my IP address to be out there, I just switch my router when I need to connect to the App/iTunes Store. Hope this helps. It worked for me.

    Change the extension to .pdf
And it opens and works perfectly, I just tested it:
