I found the culprit to be a kernel extension
Checking my log files I could see
kernel[0]: failed to detach com.ncp-e.vpn.driver.ncplbmac filter (err=22)
logged after disconnecting my forticlient or a pptp session
deleted the com.ncp-e.vpn.driver.ncplbmac kernel extension and that sorted it.

No Auto-Update for To Do list, session message and toast message

After LC ES Server hardening, we noticed that auto-update is not working for To Do list, session message and new task notification toast message. Before server hardening, all of them are still working fine.
Does anyone know why auto-update is not working after server hardening? Is there any specific port numbers which need to be enabled/opened to solve this issue?
FYI, we also noticed that some RemoteEventClient error messages occur many times in jboss server.log file as the following:

JGroups is an open source project that allows processes to send messages to one another. LiveCycle data services uses it for its messaging implementation (basically it configures the server to multicast messages to all the listening clients...even in a clustered environment across different LAN/WAN).
In most cases the default configuration will work fine, the problem is that if you are running a firewall on the server (or your local machine...i.e. windows firewall) the ports that JGroups uses for its communications can be blocked. In a local environment its easy enough to disable windows firewall and bounce your server to get things working.
In a production environment you need to open the ports that JGroups is using. These settings are in the Global Administration settings (as mentioned by WorkspaceUser above). If you export it and look at the JChannelConnectionProperties you'll see the ports its using and you can set your firewall to allow communication to those ports.

System Preference/Spotlight/Privacy
drag your disk into the list, excluding it temproraily from the indexing procedure.
Restart your mac, and open the Privacy page again, click the disk and the minus button to re-incorporate it into the procedure and restart the indexing.
Or just try your luck in Disk Utility/First Aid/Repair Disk Permission first.

MAC access-list on switching platforms

Please advise if I am in the worng group, and I'll move the post.
I like implement security measures on some 3750 switches. I am looking at the configuration example of blocking ARP packets based on MAC access-lists, and wonder about the exact functionality. Does this mean that an unauthorized device will not be able to send out *any* packets? I don't want to go into too much detail about my concern. I would certainly appreciate your advice.

Mac based ACL can be configured on the router. You will need to use an access-list which ranges from 700-799:
A sample statement would be access-list 700 permit <48-bit hardware SOURCE address> <48-bit hardware
DESTINATION address>. Apply it to a vlan interface after making VLAN interface as a layer2 interface.

Move a mac access-list

                   Ok we have a mac-access list that is set and we want it only set on a specific ssid but it does not seem to be working that way and is hitting both ssid's. The issue appears to be with this line as it is not defined to the ssid nor any interface for that ssid:

I just can't figure out where to move it and how. Any help would be great.

that looks good. I always get input vs output backwards. If it doesn't block the correct traffic, reverse the direction.

I got this useful note by googled in net. It describes session,connection,process gracefully.
A connection is a physical circuit between you and the database.A connection
might be one of many types -- most popular begin DEDICATED server and SHARED
server. Zero, one or more sessions may be established over a given connection
to the database as show above with sqlplus. A process will be used by a session
to execute statements. Sometimes there is a one to one relationship between
CONNECTION->SESSION->PROCESS (eg: a normal dedicated server connection).
Sometimes there is a one to many from connection to sessions (eg: like
autotrace, one connection, two sessions, one process). A process does not have
to be dedicated to a specific connection or session however, for example when
using shared server (MTS), your SESSION will grab a process from a pool of
processes in order to execute a statement. When the call is over, that process
is released back to the pool of processes.

It sounds as if you're having some system-related problems now, unrelated to processing power as such. In particular, a buggy video driver can cause everything to slow to a crawl.
Medium format files are big, true, but not so big as to cause significant slowdowns on a normally functioning and reasonably current computer. A laptop will always be slower than a well-equipped desktop system, though. Mac vs PC plays no part in this, performance is unrelated to platform.
Bottlenecks are different in ACR and Photoshop, so that should give you a clue. ACR is computing-intensive and mostly limited by CPU speed. Photoshop, however, is mostly bandwidth-intensive and mainly limited by memory and disk throughput. It's also sensitive to GPU issues.

Not sure which driver you mean when you say "the driver in the Mac's list". Apple does not provide a driver for this device, so if you mean one of the default printers that are included with 10.6, like the Generic Postscript or Generic PCL, then these will only work if the optional PS or PCL print kits were installed in the machine. Given your inability to print then it would seem that you have neither kit installed. So this would require you to install the Canon UFR2 driver, which you can obtain via this link.
With the UFR2 driver installed, you add the printer using IP > LPD. Enter the IP address of the iRC2380, leave the Queue name blank and change the Name to iRC2380. Leave the Location field blank and in the Print Using menu, browse to the "Canon iR C2380/2550 UFR II (UK)". Click OK and then Add to complete the queue creation. You should now be able to print. Please reply if it does not work.

You can the below standardreports for knowing the list of Settled Process Orders :
1. Use Tcode : COOIS and in the selection fields provide the Process Order Type, Plant and System Status As " SETT" and execute the same . System will list all the Process Orders which were settled so far.
2. Use Tcode : CO26 with selection fields as above.

RV325 DHCP static address list and duplicates in unknown IP & MAC Binding List Table

DHCP Manual Bindings are entered and are displayed correctly in the IP & MAC Binding Table.
The error is that there are duplications of the IP address in the Unknown MAC Address List and hitting the Refresh button does nothing.
These duplicates remain in the Unknown table forever. Only a reboot of the router really refreshes the Unknown table.
Any suggestion?

The problem has been solved.
All the settings are apparently stored in the open directory database. I had to enable system records and viola there was the extra entry complete with MAC address and IP address.

Movement of stock or stock change takes place at storage location level in Lean warehouse. in lean ware house thestock place ment and removal takes place only till storage location level wheres as in fully blown ware house the stock place ment and removal takes place till bin level. you can do the following
1. -create a quick report {Reports > Inventory > User Tracking > Quick Report}
2.export the last report which I suggested and filter the MAC address you are interested in
3. you can create a Custom report {Reports > Report Designer > User Tracking > Custom Reports } as per your need.
