MOSS 2007 Alerts - Duplicate information on the notification email

Hello, we are having the following issue, when receiving an out of the box alert, the information on it is triplicated. Have you have seen this issue before? We have some code on the list library but that shouldn't affect an out of the box alert. Example

Maybe I wasn't very clear again.  What I understood is that you are taking your FormsCentral PDF with a FormsCentral Submit button that sends the data to FormsCentral, and you are modifying that PDF in Acrobat adding an additional button for users to click on which when clicked attaches the PDF to an email to you.  With this modification you end up with a PDF that has two submit buttons which you stated was confusing for the user...
I have tested combining both of those buttons into one (and included instruction to the user that it will do two things).  I edited the FormsCentral Submit button and added an additional action to the button for the attach PDF to Email.  This modified single button does both, creates an email in the default email client with the form attached, and submits the form data to FormsCentral.
That may or may not be useful to you but I wanted to make sure at least that I have explained it more clearly.

  • Information in the notification address "Search Term 1/2".

    In my company we populate information in the notification address "Search Term 1/2". We can use this information to filter upon execution of reports IW28/9. However this information does not appear on any of the report output. Does anyone have an idea how this fields can be included on the report outputs?

    Modify your layout
    select coloumns like Address no.,postal code,region,location,street etc in your layout. prior to that you must maintain this information in customer master.

    in CM->Utilities->Channel Originators i can change the notificator or subscription email adress.
    Is it necessary to duplicate and reference this properties or can i change them directly? If
    i had to duplicate them, how can i reference my own noficicator.EMAIL property?

    channel originators are nothing but the sender names that appear in the message headers of those notifications.When you configure a service that sends notifications, you specify the channel originators that the service uses.

    That is good.  In that case, your one and only account has not changed, just the login credentials you use for it.  All your previous purchases will remain associated with that account, and the new login.
    In essence, an AppleID is an email, but it has two parts.  One is the login email address and password everyone traditionally thinks of as an AppleID.  But that in turn is linked to an account with Apple.  As long as you use the manage Apple ID portal to just change the email address and/or password for your exisiting AppleID, then the internal account tracks along with those changes as well.
    However, on your iOS devices, you will need to log out and then log back in with the new login credentials:
    settings -> iTunes & App Stores - tap your AppleID, and choose log out.  Then log back in with the new email address and new password.

    Please help, my account will be locked. The safety email is s*****@gmail.con. It ends with .con. IT ENDS WITH .con. Since the last time you people didn't take that into account I decided to make it very obvious. Also, I can't change the email because I have to answer the security questions. Which I can't do because out of 4 choices, none are correct, and I can't get a reset email because the email doesn't exist and will never exist. I'm getting irritated because I also can't get proper support, mostly because I connot call, and the support I received didn't solve my problem because they didn't bother to read the whole problem. This is ruining my Apple experience, please help, or help me find someone who can.

    The other option is the ExpressLane at https://expresslane.apple.com and then iTunes, iTunes Store, Password and Security Questions, Forgotten Security Questions and then you have choices for making contact but those are still limited to calls or rescue email.  So this comes back to the same problem if you cannot call or receive an email.

  • Can we get a pdf version of information sent with notification email

    I notice we can choose to have data submitted but we need the pdf form.  and it is very time consuming for us to log on and download each form when we can get up to 50 a day.

  • CFolder - Modify the Notification email body

    Hi All,
    I have the following requirement.
    There is a generic Folder - Transmittals that is created in cFolders. Documents can be attached to this folder.
    The requirement is that when a notification is send out of this folder the name of the documents in the folder has to be included in the email body.
    I couldn't find any BADI for this requirement ,but this could be achieved by implementing  an enhancement point in the method to send notification emal. The issue is that I am not able to get the name of the document in the folder at this point.
    Please let me know if any one has come across a similar requrement and haa a solution or any better way to achieve this.

  • How can I include the data from a field in the subject of the notification email?

    Instead of having a static subject line for each form response, I would like to have something like:
    Form Response Received from <<Name>>
    That way, each email would have a unique subject line and make it easier to use conversation view in my email.

    There is not a way to do that within the automated system-wide e-mailing of responses from the FormsCentral application.
    Doing a search in your e-mail, or setting up e-mail filters to separate/segregate e-mails into different folders (based on content or selections in the submissions) is a good way to extend functionality outside of FormsCentral.

However I would like to know how we can capture that the notification is requested for more information so that i can design approvals according to business requirement.

    Hi,
    When a user uses the request information functionality, the notification can execute a post notification function with a funcmode of QUESTION. When the question is answered, the PNF runs with a funcmode of ANSWER.
    Additionally, while the notification is awaiting an answer, the MORE_INFO_ROLE on WF_NOTIFICATIONS will be populated. When the answer has been provided, this is set to null.

  • Migrating from Moss 2007 to SharePoint 2013

    I am reaching out here as we require some inputs around migrating the SharePoint based application from MOSS 2007 to 2013.Please find more details from below
    Requirement:
    Migrating SharePoint site collection (which contains just 1 Top level site and 2 libraries with in it and no item level/library level permissions exists) which is on MOSS 2007 with size of 500GB to SharePoint 2013, hence we like to know your inputs in related
    to this
    Note:
    1) The site collection has its own separate content database
    2) There are nearly 200 thousand documents where the document with higher version is 90
    3) The documents are stored in the libraries with up to third level of folder structure
    4) The site collection is created based on custom site definition (created using visual studio)
    Few things that I like to mention/ask here
    a) Having 500GB data in one single content database inj the MOSS 2007 environment does it impacts the site performance?
    b) Migrating the site collection as is  onto single content database (all 500 GB into one content database) into destination SharePoint 2013, does it will be a good practice? Hope SharePoint 2013 content database limit is 200 GB, hence moving 500GB
    as is into one database will it be good practice?
    c) Does database attach and detach works for the databases which are of size 500GB?
    d) Can we do database attach and detach directly from MOSS 2007 to directly onto SharePoint 2013, without hopping onto SharePoint 2010 in between and then later to SharePoint 2013?
    e) If moving 500GB data into one content database will not be a good approach, can we split it onto multiple databases?
    f) If database attach and detach doesn’t help for databases which are of size 500GB, should we go for any tool based approach? If yes, which tool does best fit?

    Inder: Yes, it will impact site performance at large extended, recommended is 200 gb only. Check it IO of your disk to analyze performance issue

    We've upgraded our computers to Win7/IE 11 but now when I try to edit our MOSS 2007 Content Editor Web Parts, the option to choose either the Rich Text Editor or Source Editor is gone, and all I get is a tiny HTML window. What do I need to do to get back

    Glad that it worked. One thing you need to be aware of Compatibility View is that it adds the entire domain to the View not just the URL. So if your website is
    http://sample.mycompany.com it adds entire mycompany.com to the list.
    This implies if you have another site in the same domain http://onemoresite.mycompany.com , then Compatibility View is applicable even for that site. This might cause issues if your other 'breaks' when
    rendered in Compatibility Mode.

    Hello Emre,
    the mail is generated by report RSWUWFMLEC. You have to modify this report to change the mail text.
    An easier way might be to change the subject of the mail which is generated from the workflow task. You can enter the description of the GOA in the workitem text of you active workflow (WS14000088, task TS14007969?).
