Display Assignment Field for Mulitple Account Assignment Screen in MIRO

Hi Members,
I'm hoping someone may have the answer to a question concerning the transaction MIRO-posting an invoice.
The issue occurs in MIRO on the Purchase Order tab. I have a validation rule which requires a value in the assignment field before the document can be posted. When multiple account assignment functionality is used to allocate the charges, there is no assignment field available. How can I configure the assignment field (ZUONR) to be present in this area?

What is call point 2? Would this specify that the substitution rule would only apply to the multiple account assignment screen?
If that is the case, this might provide one option.
However, if it applies to the entire MIRO transaction, that will not be possible because we use the text field and the assignment field for other purposes in the transaction.
Do we have any other options?

Mulitple accounts on one computer

i have two ipods on one computer and i can use the same i tunes for both but i dont want to sync the info together

I have both iPod Nano and iPod Touch and only use 1 account and iTunes for both no problem. When you plug in your iPod a different picture and the model and serial number of the iPod that you've plugged in will come up in Summary and all depending on what's on either iPod whether it be 2 or more as far as content (i.e. songs, videos, podcasts, etc, etc) will all be independent from each other. If you prefer a different arrangement of songs all depending on your iPod don't auto-sync but use manually sync if you want to differ the selection from iPod to IPod. The way I want my iPods is to have all the same stuff on both.

Can Muse be used to create a site that requires a CMS with multiple user accounts?

Hi, I am new to Adobe Muse and I would like to understand some specific things about the software. I have been comissioned to create a gallery website which requres a cms for use with mulitple accounts for the users/ artists to display seperate profiles and submit work to. Does Muse have this functionality and if possible to answer, how would I do this? I have looked at the tutorials on Adobe for Muse but I have not seen anything related to this, only the Busines Catlalyst website management software (if indeed it is software). Are there any tutorials on this or could I please be directed to one if no direct answer can be given here as I appreciate it is quite an indepth question. Thanks..

Wait for the new version of Muse which should be published during the first quarter of this year. I guess that in the new Muse version could be basic CMS features?

PO issue (for multiple account assignment)

Hi,
I am greatly in need of help from you all.
The problem is as demonstrated under.
A PO is created using the Account assignment category A (Asset procurement). The material to be procured has the Quantity 4Nos.
In the account assignments 2 qty are assigned to one asset and another 2 qty is assigned to diffrent asset. GL account in both the cases remain the same.
After this PO is saved.
GR is done using movement type 101.
now GR is cancelled using movement type 102.
Now in display PO Header- Status tab. here it is showing the quantity to be delivered is 4 but value is shown as 0.00.
I<b> donot understand why the value doesnt get fetched in Status tab of PO header.</b>If I dont use the multiple account assignemnt for the above condition then the values are shown in the Status tab of PO header.

Hi,
Yogesh is right (as usual).
When you create the PO and assign multiple accounts to it you will be prompted to change the GR flag to either indicate NO GR or a Non valuated GR (you CANNOT HAVE a valuated GR for a PO with mulitple account assignements on the one line).
The system does not post any values for this until the Invoice has been posted correctly (or posted and blocked).
So the GR (and return if applicable) always have zero value.

Dual Accounts?

Hey folks, my first time here.
My question is this:
I have recently launched a business, and I would like to open a skype account for the purposes of allowing my tech savy clients contact me via skype.
I am also an avid gamer, and use skype constantly for this. So I am wondering if it is permitted for me to open a second skype account for this purpose, since I obviously don't want my clients seeing me as "The Blasticator" or w/e name I happen to be using for my gaming purposes.
Or, is there some way for me to create a partition in my current account, setting two different, active profiles for my two seperate purposes?
Any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Enable Goods Receipt Indicator

Dear all,
I would like to ask how can I activate the Goods Receipt and GR Non-Valuated indicator in the Purchase Order Delivery Tab page. Currently it is marked as disabled during creation of the PO. Thanks.

Goods receipt Indicator
For stock Material Procurement the Goods receipt indicator is set automatically by SAP standard setting sothat you can do the GR against the Purchase order.
The below combinations are having the same functinality if the material is procured for multiple account assignment ie) Consumable Material procurment where the GR is Non valuated. If you use certain certain material type like NLAG or UNBW then the indicator will be set by the system.
Also if you select mulitple account assignment the systme will set these indicators.
1) Goods Receipt indicator - Disabled
GR Non valuated indicator - Disabled
2) Goods Receipt indicator - Enabled
GR Non valuated indicator - Enabled
Hope you understood. If no please explain why do you want to activate the indicators??

My wife has a laptop and an iphone 4s, I have a laptop and and iphone 4s, our two sons have our old iphone 3s, we have an old laptop for our sons to use. Our old iphones for our sons are deactivated as phones - so they are used as i-touches for songs, pictures and aps. I want to use icloud (which I'm new to) to hopefully have all four iphones and all three computers stay synced with at least music - if not aps and pictures. My wife has an apple ID and I have one. I'd like to authorize all three laptops for both apple IDs so that we will still have our own accounts, but everything either of us buys will be automatically loaded into all three laptops and all four iphones. Can this be done?

Each person in your home can have their own Apple ID provided it is tied the their own separate email address.
iTunes permits up to five authorized computers connected to a single Apple ID: iTunes Store- About authorization and deauthorization.
For this all to work well, however, each user in your household should have a separate user account on the computer they commonly use.

One account for mulitple individuals/devices

I have a group of individuals that we work with for our business - we are hoping to use one iTunes account for all of them to access information on their provided ipads. Will this work? This would ideally allow them to purchase apps for this business purpose and would sync to all the accounts if we are using the cloud?

Is it Firefox causing me to be unable to login to multiple accounts on a single site (in mulitple tabs) at the same time?

For instance I can't look at multiple inboxes using the webmail app at one domain. Also, I have 2 etsy shops and can't log in to both at the same time on different tabs. Logging in as one on one tab, logs me out on the other. Is this a Firefox feature and if so, can I turn it off?

OK. This is not "site specific" it is Firefox specific. I have older versions of Firefox in which this does not happen. The moment I upgrade to a updated version, I have this problem. I have multiple accounts on a single site. When I open another tab, and try to open another account on that new tab, Firefox switches the initial tab to the new account. Previous versions left the original tab alone until I recycled that specific tab.
This particularly affects games, emails everything where you are working on one project with something, stop, someone opens a new tab and opens a new account on same site, and your work is wiped out on the initial tab.
My conclusion: since this multiple accounts-same site was possible on the old versions of Firefox, and it isn't possible on newer versions and it IS possible on Chrome (and I'm checking Safari, Opera and others) - it is a Firefox issue. Let's address it instead of pushing it off on various sites.

Can I have mulitple iCloud Contact lists and calendars on one account?

We have 3 iphones in the family. I'd like to use one iCloud account for our iTunes library, but each of us needs to maintain our own calendars and contact lists. Can I have separate calendars and contacts under the same iCloud account?

Firefox will not run for mulitple instances of the SAME user account on Windows Multipoint Server 2011

We have an HP MS6200 MulitSeat PC
It is running Microsoft Windows MultiPoint Server 2011 (which appears to be a tweaked version of Windows 7)
It is set up in a computer lab, and students log in using their shared room account - ie multiple instances of the same user accounts are running on the PC at the same time.
The first student to run Firefox can work with it without problem.
However when another student tries to start firefox they get the following message:
Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system.

I managed to get this to work by using:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -profile "%temp%\ffprof" -no-remote
This works because Windows assigns a different temp location for each instance of a user

Publishing to Mulitple .mac accounts

Hi. I have multiple .Mac accounts and am currently working on two websites in iWeb. The problem I'm having is getting the 2nd website to post to another .Mac account via iWebs "publish" functionality. They both post under the same .Mac account user URL site. Is there away to do this so each site posts to the proper .Mac accounts website?

I think your understanding of the matter is correct. But I would suggest that the cleanest and most elegant option is probably the second method which involves creating a second system user account for the second .Mac account. Then the only thing you would need to do is to log into the right account in OS X to publish to each .Mac account.
Changing the .Mac preferences back and forth is cumbersome and still doesn't do away with the problem of having both sites under the same Domain file. With separate system accounts, each .Mac account will have its own Domain file which you will not have to keep track of. Changing .Mac preferences back and forth also affects other things that you might use, like iChat or syncing to your iDisk. Very messy.

Mulitple hard drives that i do not want Guest account to be able to access

i have a MacPro with 10.5.5. i have my main hard drive, one for time machine, one for my iTunes library and another for iPhoto library. i also have three external hard drives to back up all of the above. i would like to set up a guest account that has access to various programs, but NO access for the other hard drives. i have tried the parental controls and content, but it seems to pertain to folders, and not hard drives.
any suggestions?

I have figured out an easy way to do this without the use of a third party application.
1- locate your drive in finder
2- right click and "get info"
3- extend the "sharing and permissions" tab at the bottom
4- authenticate to make changes
5- under "everyone" change the privilege to "no access"
6- lock up!
I tried this and when I signed onto the guest account the hard drive showed up as a folder with a little red icon. I was not able to access the contents of the folder from within the guest account.

Mulitple iTunes accounts on Mac?

Basically, myself and my partner have our own laptops with our own iTunes (music/apps etc...)
We are thinking about getting rid of our laptops and buying a Mac Mini to share but is there anyway that we can create two iTunes so I have my library organised with my music and apps and she has hers?
Also, if this can be done...currently when I purchase a song it is organised and the file is saved within my library in 'My Documents' if I do this when we are sharing will it still do the same and file in my Library or will the files for our two libary be shared?

Ahhh i see, so two different accounts will have seperate desktops? So if i downloaded a programme on my account it wouldn't show on her account when she logged in?
That would save on arguments on which screensaver to choose as well :)
