Need to use BPM for proxy tp file

Hi All,
i am using proxy to file . in this i taking the hole data from sap tables and sending to file.
i am sending from R3 side is near abt more than 100KB so it is not reaching to pi it failing it self in R3 side.
for this can we use pi andfor this can i spilt the source message into 50KB ,50 KB and then collect into BPM and send it to in one file.

Hi Gangadhar,
Performance wise we don't suppose to send that large amount of files at a time through XI, what we can do is we have to split those large messages into smaller messages and send to PI and sap recommended this.

HWPF is not included in the standard jar that you will download from the Apache Organisations site. Instead, you need to visit what they tern the scratchpad area - from where the developers grab source to work on - and download HWPF from there. You will have to compile it yourself as well I believe. There is some good news however, I cannot remember the address of the site but I did find a web page with links to pre-built jar's of this area, just have a search with google.
From my own experiences, I would also reccommend that you look to using JExcel to manipulate Excel worksheets. It does not have the same sort of support for evaluating formulae as HSSF does but it does other things better IMO; little things like exposing the formatting applied to the cell.

If the old ID is yours, and if your new ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Using ACE for proxy server load balancing

Hello groups,
I wanted to know your experiences of using ACE for proxy server load balancing.
I want to load balance to a pool of proxy servers. Note: load-balancing should be based on the HTTP URL (i can't use source or dest. ip address) so that
a certain domain always gets "cached/forwarded" to the same proxy server. I don't really want to put matching
criteria in the configuration (such as /a* to S1, /b* to S2, /c* to S3,etc..), but have this hash calculated automatically.
Can the ACE compute its own hash based on the number of "online" proxy servers ? ie. when 4 servers are online, distribute domains between 1,2,3,4 evenly.
Should server 4 fail, recalculate hash so that the load of S4 gets distributed across the other 3 evenly. Also load-balancing domains of S1 ,S2 and S3 should not change if S4 fails.....

It does hash the url and the result takes into account the number of active proxies dynamically.
This command has been designed for this kind of scenario that you describe.

Error: 1:n multi-mapping using BPM for file to file scenario

Hi. Iu2019m trying to do 1:n multi-mapping using bpm scenario. I use file to file. Input file consists of many records and then I want many record to be transformed into many file at target system. I follow step in http://www.riyaz.net/blog/xipi-1n-multi-mapping-using-bpm/. However, I have a problem when file is retrieved in to XI. It doesnu2019t create any output file.
When I look at SXMB_MONI, it shows u201CNo object type found for the message Check that the corresponding process is activated.u201D Besides, it shows error message "Unable to perform action for selected message" when i clikc at PE in SXMB_MONI.
I have check at many previous posts with the same error message but still couldnu2019t solve it. I already activate my BPM and check that status in SXI_CACHE = 0. There is noting left in change list of my IR and ID.
Here is my design and configuration.

Yes, thats the problem.
You are creating file from test tab of 1..N mapping .
In case of 1..N mappping in mapping Extra tags of messages are addded to the data.As shown here:-
Messages
 Message1
 MessageType
When you use this mapping to generate xml message then it will add additional tags for <Messages> and <Message1>, which is not correct. it should only have structure of you MT.
So remove start and end tag of <Messages> and <Message1> from your data file. Mentioned below in bold.
<xml......>
<Messages>
<Message1>
<MT_...>
</MT_...>
</Message1>
</Messages>
This should solve your problem.

To Collect Files from one Sender:
There is ne need of using fork. U have a loop in the BPM and give the condition as counter 'notequals' 3 and have the receive step in it. Also have a two container variables within the loop one container variable is to collect the 3 files and the other container should be ur counter that determines the termination condition of ur loop.
To Collect File from Multiple sender:
U should have 3 receive steps within fork to collect the three files and also u should have a correlation to match the files.

Are the brushes in Photoshop CC faster than CS6 - still need to use CS5 for large files

Are the brushes in Photoshop CC any faster than Photoshop CS6.
Here's my standard large file, which makes the CS6 brushes crawl:
iPad 3 size - 2048 x 1536
About 20-100 layers
A combination of vector and bitmap layers
Many of the layers use layer styles
On a file like this there is a hesitation to every brush stroke in CS6. Even a basic round brush has the same hesitation, it doesn't have to be a brush as elaborate as a mixer brush.
This hesitation happens on both the mac and pc, on systems with 16 gb of ram. Many of my coworkers have the same issue.
So, for a complicated file, such as a map with many parts, I ask my coworkers to please work in CS5. If they work in CS6 I ask them to not use any CS6 only features, such as group layer styles. The only reason why one of them might want to use CS6 is because they're working on only a small portion of the map, such as a building. The rest of the layers are flattened in their file.
Just wondering if there has ever been a resolution to this problem...or this is just the way it is.

1:N mapping without using BPM -- IDOC to multiple files

Hi all,
I am facing a problem while sending multiple files,
I need to send files ( File1, File2 or FIle3) ...
I was able to successfully send the first 2 files and along with it the 3rd file is being created without any data... How to stop this file( either file2 or file 3 should be created) in creating..
I have done the sceanrio like this, )ALL the source and target files are XSD's imported)
In the Message Mapping Messages Tab
Source is AFS_DELVRY03 occurence is 1,
Target files
rootI8 occurence is 1,
rootI9 occurence is 0...1,
rootIB occurence is 0...1
I have done all the maping part , problem is all 3 files are being created(eventhough 2nd or 3rd has no data) , I need rootIB, either rootI9 or rootIB based on condition,
So any one has done the similar scenario, If please suggest me how to hadnle so that only 2nd or 3rd file should be created,
In Interface Determination i have selected the extended option also...
Should i do any specific handling in the Configuration part or should i create more than one mapping?..
U r suggestions are welcome and will be rewarded with points,

Using a BPM, you can do the mapping / Split as needed and then send the files individually, using a Sens Step as needed. There are multiple ways in which this can be done with a BPM.
But, for a solution without a BPM, as the requirement is such that only 2 of the 3 target messages need to be created, multimapping would not work and the need for conditional routing occurs.So, this would require additional mappings.
The solution is either use a BPM or do the logic using Conditional Routing. Ofcourse the second solution requires 3 mapping programs , but you are avoiding a BPM which can cause a perfromance bottle neck.
If perfromance cannot become a bottle neck, then using BPM would make much more sense , but again it all boils down to the exact requirements and the feasibilty of the solutions!

I have a scenario where in i have to split the message coming from IDOC(SOURCE) to multiple SOAP(TARGET) receivers through BPM
I took a single file as a scenario and tested it. It worked fine.
I am using only a single output interface.
I have followed this weblog

but this blog has 2 output interfaces whereas in my case i just only one output interface that i want to route to multiple receivers based on the value in the PARVW in the IDOC.

this is done using CONDITIONAL RECEIVER DETERMIANTION.
While doing your reciver determiantion, you can specify multiple receivers and also specify the condition on which the receiver is to be choosen.

Because IDOC is being sent by SAP R/3 System and when creating objects in ID using wizard, it doesn't ask for sender channel.
What is the reason for this?

From WAS(Web Application Server) 6.20 and above BASIS is not the runtime for SAP.WAS is the runtime for SAP.
And it has got ABAP and JAVA engine in it.
It handles connections made over various protocols such as SMTP for mail, HTTP(S), and SOAP/XML.

The SAP Web AS 6.10 did not have a Java engine.
and IDOC and HTTP are present on the ABAP engine and the rest reside on JAVA engine.
and that is the reason why IDOC and HTTP doesnt require Sender Adapter and Sender Aggrement aswell.

How do I restore IE to use Reader for displaying PDF files?

When I updated PDF Creator, it also updated PDF Architect which went and installed itself in IE as the PDF reader. How do I change IE back to using Reader for displaying PDFs?
In IE, I disabled the "PDF Architect Internet Explorer Previewer" under "Manage Addons". Now, IE doesn't display PDFs at all. I also looked in Change PC Settings | Search and Apps | Defaults and Reader is still the
listed as the default app for .PDF files.
The version of Windows on this machine is Windows 8.1 with IE 11.

first please make sure reader app still there, try to search using keyword "reader"

In what case, we need to use PI for vendor replication in MM-SUS?

Dear Experts,
In what scenarios, we need to use or configure the PI settings for vendor replication between MM and SUS? The SAP configuration guide for SRM 7.01 mentions about the PI settings for vendor replication from ECC to SUS.
However, we are able to replicate the vendor from ECC to SUS using the program BBPGETVD in SUS client?
In what circumstances, we need to configure the PI settings for vendor replication when we are able to do so in a much simpler way?

Hi Ranjan,
In all circumstances you need to replicate vendors from MM to SUS via PI. BBPGETVD is not the right way to replicate vendors to SUS because the information like vendor class, assignment of this vendor class to an object and the vendor classification cannot be transferred via BBPGETVD.
Hence you will have to use PI. You can try sending a PO from MM to SUS and the PO will fail in SUS with a message like 'Vendor not present in SUS' if you use BBPGETVD.

File Name for Proxy to File

My Scenario proxy to file(FTP). Currently in my Sender Data Type Proxy one of the field holds the file name to be created at the FTP.
Could anyone help me how to use that field data (name) to create the file(FTP) with that name?

You can get the same by creating a simple UDF (one argument - fname) and use the following code:

Additional parameter, in Receiver communication channel is, provide file name as * and "Set Receiver File Name as Payload Attribute Value".

ICan't ReInstall my computer please help. need to use Mac for school next week

I use my Mac for School and stuff happened.
Long story short.
1) I tried to reset my Mac Book Pro computer and I did.( by pressing option key and go to disk utility and erase tab and erase)
2) then I know I was supposed to go to Reinstall OS X Lion and I did but I quit. (took 10 hrs and plus my internet is bad and couldn't DL the other stuff)
3) I remembered that I had a recovery disk. so I inserted it and I went to the disk utility, dragged the Macintosh HD to the restore tab, destination, and it copied my recovery disk data? to my Machintosh HD and the name of it changed to Mac OS X Base System ( the name of my recovery disk)
4) and I tried to restart, shut down my computer, it sends me to the same Mac OS Utilities. Again.
5) so I went to Reinstall Mac OS Lion, agreed, and the download destination usually should be the Macintosh HD ( for me its Mac OS X Base System right now) but it said it is locked (because I'm dumb) and i can't install it now.
6) i don't know what to do now because this is not my computer that I'm sending this support from. and I can't use my original Mac Book. what should I do?
AND I NEED TO USE THE MAC NEXT WEEK FOR SCHOOL.

For those who wonder why I wanted to reset/restore my MacBook Pro or, want to hear the long story:
I play League of Legends, Steam, Osu! on my Mac and it took alot of capacity (or space).
And League of Legends has thisthing called "Item sets" that when you save it, it doesnt save it in the client (or app), it saves the "item sets" data in your computer (took alot of capacity/space)
Not just that, and I had iPhoto but when i downloaded iLife to my mac, and after that, it said my iPhoto is damaged and it can't open.
And summer ended, my parents said If I fail my 11th grade, they are going to kick me out so I told them I'm going to reset my Mac to factory settings and get a fresh start, well this happened.

hi there! I got it back to work by buying the USB version of Mac OS X Lion 10.7
and since my internet connections are kinda bad, I'm not able to download and update it to 10.7.5.
but anyways I got it back to work.
All I can say is I suggest you to buy the USB version of Mac OS X Lion 10.7 from amazon or apple store.
