Open a form. !!!IMPORTANT!!!

Question

By default, when you open a form, oracle insert a record.
I don't do it.
I want that when I will open a form will be in consulte mode and when the user do click in the 'create record' then oracle create a record.
Do you know how to do it?

You can do next:
In the WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger you do:
enter_quey;
Then in the CREATE RECORD button you have to do:
exit_form (to cancel the query);
insert_record;
you can do too, by doing this
In the WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger you do:
set_block_property('your_block', insert_allowed, property_false);
Then in the CREATE RECORD button you have to do:
set_block_property('your_block', insert_allowed, property_true);
insert_record;
