Verizon iphone 6 is not working inside with ios 8.3 update

Can't make or receive phone call on my IPhone 6 after iOS8.3 upgrade mostly indoor.
No reception at work after installing iOS8.3, while it was perfect with the previous version with my Verizon IPhone 6. Wi-Fi connection is dropping all the time. Call quality is poor or none available inside the building. This is really frustrating. Apple please fix this dumb phone with iOS8.3 update while it was smart phone with the previous version of the iOS8.1 and 8.2.
Someone or Apple Support! Please help.

Have you checked with Verizon? Have you checked for a Verizon carrier update (go to Settings/General/About, and if there is one it will be installed).

Verizon Iphone - GMAIL FETCH NOT WORKING

Like everyone else I just switched from AT&T to Verizon on both my and my wifes I4's and we absolutly love the service...however I've found a problem.
GMAIL FETCH doesn't work period. The only way I can pull new mail is to manually open the mail program and refresh by tabbing to each of my folders I have setup for my pop/imap mail accounts within GMAIL.
(if you don't understand how to integrate pop/imap with gmail please do not respond to this thread)
Anyway, no matter what interval I set my fetches to it never fetches... I've deleted my GMAIL account from my phone and re-installed but not luck. I've read several posts referring to PUSH not working on the Verizon iPhone and a few people commented the FETCH isn't working for them either and I thought we should have a seperate thread for this issue.

hmm...well i deleted the gmail account for a second time and it appears to be working on a 15 min fetch...
i'll test for the rest of the day and post results but this may have fixed it.

I have always (maybe stupid!) updated my iOS version when itunes has proposed it, thinking my old iPhone 3 should work better. It is now clear for me that it is not the case!
Can I go back to an earlier version so I can use the phone as it was meant to work?
Have read something about if you have not save the "protocol" from an earlier version it is impossible!
The question is also justified for all my other iPhones and Pad in my family, should I stop updates iOS versions on them as oblivious thy are becoming useless with the time, or?

It was not really meant to be rude to wjosten, but his answer was really short, short and did not help me with my problem.
I'm surprised to hear that your 3gs is working well!
My main reason to continue with my 3 gs (I have a iphone 5 also) is to use the GPS function in it. but from the moment I upgrade it to iOS 6.0.1 the GPS is not working well. I can not say if it is becase it is too slove or something is not supporting it. It does not matter if I use it in combination with Google Maps our my TomTom app.
It is loosing the GPS all the time.
The second problem is also that the 3gs is not working anymore in the TomTom car mounth holder.
TomTom are making them so they are only working for iphone 3 (so my other 2 iphone 4 have never worked in it, but it is in that way).
I do not know if it is the TomTom software which is not supported by iOS6 or what...
As I can only use the holder for my 3gs it is awast if the mobil is not working...

after ios 7.1 update the iphone 5s calendar not accept entries but will accept entries from sync with outlook connection via my MS desktop outlook

So, sometimes you discover a "fix" totally by accident. I tried the following and it's worked for me 100% of the time so far. Any entries I make using this have appearded on my iPhone and on any device where I view my calendar. Hope this helps others:
Open your calendar and then view it in the "month view";
Tap the hybrid view icon which is at the top to the left of the search icon at the top right of the screen; you'l see a list of the days activities at the the bottom of the screen.
Now, tap the "+" icon at the top to the right of the search icon. This will allow you to type in the event, time, date, etc that you want to enter.
Click "done" at the top right when finished. Now, you should see the event that you just entered at the bottom of the screen under the days activities. That should "stick" even if you close the calendar, or whatever. When I checked, it also showed up as it should on other devices. You can edit events, delete them, etc--it's worked for me.
I'm not sure why this worked--or what it's the only way to be able to enter an event since the move to iOS 7.1--but it's working for me--so why ask why??

BUG: Verizon iPhone Visual Voicemail Not Working with Ported Number

I ported my number from ATT to Verizon with the new iPhone 5.
Visual Voicemail keeps asking me to set it up with a password. Then it says unauthorized. I spent an hour on the phone with Verizon support. They said I had to wipe my phone and set it up as a new phone.
I backed up, set up as new, went to Voicemail. It called my voicemail. I set up the account, and left a test voicemail. Visual Voicemail worked.
Then I restored back to my iPhone backup, getting all my data, apps, and contacts back, and the Visual Voicemail doesn't think it is setup anymore.
What gives??? Is this an Apple or Verizon issue? It works on a "new" setup phone, not a restored one???

I found that this was an issue (when I setup my iPhone 5) was solved when I went in and reset the network settings.
It seems that somehow the provider network settings weren't quite right:
Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings
After resetting the network settings, everything just worked again.
Perhaps the same thing can correct the issue for you as well. (worth a shot)

Thanks darren i called apple and they did me a reboot and update. luckily i have my phone backed up ti itunes so when it actually started to work, it was just a matter of time taken to restore it. Thanks .. hope you dont have the same probs with ios7 that i have had.

Auto rotation is not working properly with iOS 7.1.2 upgrade

I recently upgraded my iPad to iOS 7.1.2 and noticed that auto rotation isn't functioning properly. How will this problem fix, will I have to wait till the next update ??
It takes too much time, or doesn't happen at all.

Try a reset and see if it fixes the problem. You will not lose any data.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Dell printer not working right with 10.6.4 update

I updated to 10.6.4 yesterday and now my dell 5130cdn isnt working properly. most of the time i get a network host is busy and then it eventually prints 5-10 minutes later . Ive deleted the printer and reinstalled the mac os driver dell. no change.
Do i just have to wait for Dell to update their driver ( if ever) or is there any suggested fixes?

Am experiencing this same problem. Got a new Dell 5130 cdn Color Laser printer. Hooked it up to the network, my wife can print to it fine from her PC, my kids (running OS X) have no problem, but when I try to use it (running Leopard - 10.6.4) I get the "Network host 'DELL9CDE5B.local.' is busy; will retry in 30 seconds" and it keeps extending.
It does eventually print, after a few minutes. Takes about 3 or 4 minutes per page to print. Tried Print Therapy, no help.
Called Dell, they said they don't offer support for OS X system. Huh? I said I would return the printer, all $1,400, they then "escalated" things and said they would have someone call me w/in 24 to 48 hours.
Very frustrating that it appears Dell doesn't have drivers that work with 10.6.4.

There was another upadate of the iOS and here I am again. That's the third not the second time actually and it always happend after iOS update. Today I decided to upgrade my iOS 6.1 to 6.1.1. and my iPhone got stuck. Recently, after some 10 hours of trying to follow all the procedures from the Apple web site - I got it fixed. But this time - it's been already more than 30 hrs. I have tried everything so I am angry, tired and frustrated. Any advices?

Iphone 5 doesn´t work after an ios 8.2 update via itunes

I was updating my iphone 5 model A1429 via itunes on my windows 7 computer,
it was extracting the software when my computer died and it was showing the apple icon and a grey progress bar on the iphone.
When I turned on my computer again, the itunes said "unexpected error occured, couldn´t update the phone" or something like that and that´s it.
Since then itunes doesn´t recognize my device and on my iphone there is still the apple icon and the grey progress bar.
What can I do?

IPhone 5s GPS not working correctly

GPS on my iPhone 5s does not work properly with the cover. I have the cover from apple itself. Does anyone else have the same problem ? If yes , what needs to be done ??

Inside it cannot possible get a GPS signal to receive, so no coordinates. If your iPhone 4 has previously been used outside where it could get a decent GPS signal, then it is simply displaying the last known GPS fix. If the store's iPhone 5S has never been used outside, then its initial GPS fix may take several minutes, to locate and lock onto available satellite signals, and then only with a clear and unobstructed view of the open sky.
To answer your basic question, just look at the tech specs for the iPhone 5S - yes, it has a GPS chipset. But to receive signal from the satellites, you'll need to be outside under an open sky. The signals are quite weak and do not penetrate buildings or much of any overhead structure that obstructs the skyview.
