VF04 - Error System error in: table: report: LFMRIF02 routine: SET_NUMBER

Hi guys,
I'm currently getting an error when I run VF04 with more than 999 sales orders. The error which I'm getting is:-
"Error System error in: table: report: LFMRIF02 routine: SET_NUMBER"
Upon further debugging, I found out that Buzei is the line item number and in the subroutine SET_ITEMS (Include LFMRIF28) l_buzei is incremented by 1 each time we encounter an empty/000 line item number. Unfortunately when l_buzei is at 999, an addition of 1 takes it back to value 000. It is this 000 value that triggers the error message we had seen in subroutine SET_NUMBERS (Include LFMRIF29).
Has anyone encountered this error before? Some points as to where I can start would be helpful.

Your suggested OSS note was created 2006, nevertheless it was still helpful for me to start my search from there. Also for that note, it will effect the Funds Management reporting line items, it will simply don't appear.
Better alternative would be OSS 964228, this basically skips the '999' items and proceed. No affects on the funds management reporting either.

This is the reason why I am insisting upon debugging. Debugging will let you which table is unable to derive data in certain cases. When you face this error then enter /h in transaction bar and enter, you will be directed to the debug screen. But you will not be in a position to understand the coding so that get your ABAPer for a while to get you understand the problem.

Application Error, System Error and Error in SXMB_Moni

Dear PI Gurus,
I am kinda new to PI(XI) environment, and my self confused when I try to search failed messages in XI. I saw in Status group, there is Application Error, system Error and Error under SXMB_MONI. And I am wondering what is the different between these errors. Worst to come it all errors, Why we do have this separated errors? Can anyone tell me, what is the difference between this errors?

ABAP Dump Error - System error in program RSMDATASTATE

Hi Experts,
We have a Process Chain which loads data, fills aggregates and does a rollup.
Suddenly last week , the rollup step failed giving a error: No filled aggregates for the Cube
We ran the Program SAP_AGGREGATES_ACTIVATE_FILL.
After running the Program, the rollup happened for one day but again today while performing rollup we are encountering a ABAP dump.
The error analysis says: System error in program RSMDATASTATE and form RSM_DATASTATE_CHECK-10-
We checked the SAP Note : 858671, but we are not sure about the support packs.
Please Help.

Executing query error: System error in program SAPLRRI2 and form REP_A

Hello Experts,
I am facing problem while executing query.
I have activated a query from BI content. The query is activated successfully in development and running successfully in development, so I transported the same into QA.
When I execute this query into quality, automatically debuger opens. After I come out of debuger I get following error message:
" >> Row: 82 Inc: LRRMSU13 Prog: SAPLRRMS
System error in program SAPLRRI2 and form REP_ASSIGN_INITIAL_OPT-01- (see long text)
Error when generating dataProvider "
This query is using some standard structures, which are running successfully in other queries in QA.
what would be an issue?

Hi,
Try to regenerate the query in RSRT t.code.
   ie) RSRT - give the query name - Generate report ( icon will be there near to Execute + debug) .
After generating the report, (logoff and login )try to execute the query again ..if the above solution doesn't work, check the below OSS notes which may help for you.

BIPublisher Template Builder Error: System Error &H80040111 (-21472211231)

Hi,
I have installed BIPublisher Desktop 10.1.3.4.2 on my Windows XP SP3 machine and i can see Template Builder Add-In added to MS Word. But, When ever i try to access Template builder menu, word is displaying the following error and i can't do anything.
"*System Error &H80040111 (-21472211231) Cannot Supply Requested Class Factory" (On header it says, Microsoft Visual Basic)..*
I had same installation (BIP 10.1.3.4.2 on Windows XP SP3 system) at my earlier client and no issues there. In both cases i have Microsoft Office 2007. I tried BIPublisher 11.1.1.5 Desktop too but same error. Can any one suggest any thing?. We tried re-installing MS Office but no luck. I found couple of posts on Microsoft support website but nothing helped.

AT LAST IT WORKED...
We installed Office 2010 by keeping Office 2007 (you can do this by creating new installation folder for new office). Then we were able to get rid of this error using Word 2007. Looks like our office 2007 installation is missing few Visual Basic libraries which were fulfilled with Office 2010 installation. WHich may be strange as the office copy we have is our client copy (federal Govt). Luckily my client maintains both office 2007 and 2010. For those who doesn't have Office 2010, i am not sure what you can do but sorry.

Transpot error" system error in lock managment"

Hi ,
When Iu2019m transporting infoobjects from BI DEV to BI Q while importing its showing u201Csystem error in lock managementu201D.
When I drill down the error its showing the following message.
Message no. AD025
Diagnosis
A system error has occurred in the lock management function.
The system was unable to determine whether a lock entry existed for the selected object.
System Response
The selected object could not be locked.
Only display mode can be used.
Procedure
Make a note of the error code and inform your system administrator
And In the error its not showing specific infoobjects ,when I searched forums I got one note 928044, but I skeptic that it works .
Please provide some inputs ASAP.

You didn't mention whether you are seeing this error message while building the transport/request or at the time of applying on BIQ....
Anyways, if you are seeing this message while trying to create a new transport for your infoobjects:
Please make sure all your infoobjects are not in any other *open" requests already? That is, if you have any other requests that are still open, try "releasing" them before trying to create the new transport/request.

In Extract from DataStore u201CSystem error in program CL_RSR and form GET_COB_PRO-01-u201C.
The DSO is loaded from 0FI_GL_10. I do not get this problem in Development
We have BW 7.3 SP05
Any ideas?

Namespace Errors System Error 1355 - Specified domain does not exist or could not be contacted

Ok, lets start with my environment:
dc1 - windows server 2003 r2
dc2 - windows server 2012 r2
fs1- windows server 2003 r2
fs2 - windows server 2012 r2
Namespace - \\<fqdn>\data (the fqdn would be like contoso.microsoft.com)
I am in the process of migrating everything from server1 to server2 (dc and fs listed above). I am done with mostly everything except DFS. I have migrated the data, setup permissions, shares, etc. and replicated the data between fs1 and fs2.
I have verified that all data is currently replicated and up to date, so no backlogs. I am trying to add dc2 and fs2 as namespace servers. This is so that I can point all of the referrals to FS2 that way when I remove FS1 no one gets an error
about not being able to find the files. The problem is that from all 4 servers, I receive an error message when loading the namespace via DFS Management tool. I then thought because of the drastic differences between the versions, the next best
thing would be to export the namespace and then import it into the new server, but even attempting the export command (dfsutil) gives me the same error. My suspect is that the original namespace server was removed sometime ago without the previous IT
person properly migrating everything (but I am at a loss cuz here I am). I then thought if I go through ADSIedit, I can change the namespace server to the new one for all of my shares, and then possibly be able to load the namespace within the MMC tool
(again just a guess); however, I cannot find anything listed for namespace or remoteservers under the properties of the share.
Note: the namespace does work when I navigate to it from a PC. \\contoso.microsoft.com\data does bring up folders and files. (changed the name for obvious reasons)
At this point, I just want to have my new namespace server, so that I can change the referrals, and decommission my other servers. (And yes there are many other steps I need to perform for the decommissioning, but that's not the point of this). I
have read numerous articles on this and haven't found a way to accomplish what I want. Even though I walked through the steps listed for those issues and unfortunately they either did not apply or did not work. I prefer to not use ADSIedit if at
all possible, simply because it's not the "clean" way of doing things, but if I have no other option then I have no other option.
Edit 1: In event viewer on dc1, under File Replication Service on the left hand side, I see the following error appear numerous times (not every day, but still a lot). I have not performed any of the steps listed simply because

[3] The NTFS USN journal on volume "\\.\C:" has been truncated. Chkdsk can truncate the journal if it finds corrupt entries at the end of the journal.
[4] File Replication Service was not running on this computer for a long time.
[5] File Replication Service could not keep up with the rate of Disk IO activity on "\\.\C:".
Setting the "Enable Journal Wrap Automatic Restore" registry parameter to 1 will cause the following recovery steps to be taken to automatically recover from this error state.
[1] At the first poll, which will occur in 5 minutes, this computer will be deleted from the replica set. If you do not want to wait 5 minutes, then run "net stop ntfrs" followed by "net start ntfrs" to restart the File Replication
Service.
[2] At the poll following the deletion this computer will be re-added to the replica set. The re-addition will trigger a full tree sync for the replica set.
WARNING: During the recovery process data in the replica tree may be unavailable. You should reset the registry parameter described above to 0 to prevent automatic recovery from making the data unexpectedly unavailable if this error condition occurs again.
To change this registry parameter, run regedit.
Click on Start, Run and type regedit.
Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
Click down the key path:
"System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NtFrs\Parameters"
Double click on the value name
"Enable Journal Wrap Automatic Restore"
and update the value.
If the value name is not present you may add it with the New->DWORD Value function under the Edit Menu item. Type the value name exactly as shown above.

Edit 2: I have verified that firewalls are off and I can communicate to all 4 servers from each other.
Edit 3: Attempted to try and fix error reported in 'Edit 1'; however the registry key mentioned does not exist (looked at all 4 servers to verify).

I think in your situation it would be worth trying the things listed under the event. It does have to do with FRS and it's easy to do. I've used it to fix journal errors after a server unexpectedly restarts and sysvol stops replicating. I
could see where it could fix your issue, and if it doesn't, you're out 5 minutes. :)

The behaviour you are seeing is due to a timing issue which I am investigating.
Groups use a servlet running on the server and the Workspaces use the native REST API within Beehive - clicking rapidly to the REST based tabs is possible before the full context is set up and the system throws an error. If you shift/reload the page and try again it is normally OK.
We have nearly 75,000 user on the system - 2/3rd of them customers to answer your last qustion.

Can anyone help me out in this scenario? We are facing a peculiar problem.
We are in a upgrade project from 4.5b to ECC 6.0.Client is not maintaining any tax codes i.e they are maintaining it outside SAP.The problem is when ever the billing document is released to accounting(VF02) in ECC 6.0 it is showing this error System error: Default TXJCD is not filled in the table T001.But this is working fine in 4.5b.
Are there any basic changes regarding TAX JURISDICTION CODE is concerned from upgrade. Please provide.

Probably, the program is showing error message FF799, please maintain transaction OBCL with a default tax jurisdiction code.
The tax jurisdiction code should be maintained at state level only and
corresponds to the tax jurisdiction code structure maintained in table
TTXD. For example, if your structure is 2-3-4-1. Then your default
code should be XX00000000. I suspect that the settings in transaction
OBCL are incorrect and hence the FF799 error, when shipping from a US
plant to a foreign ship-to customer (non-US).

Error while reading data for reporting

Hi Gurus,
I tried to get answer from the forums but not got exact answer to slove my issue..
Q: I had generated 10 reports on Multiprovider(Virtual cube + std Cube) on Bex analyzer.
But when i am Executing reports 3 reports are getting result where remaining 7 reports are throughing same error.
Error: error reading the data of infoprovider
error system error: no more storege space available for extending an internal table
error massage from data source XXXXXX from Source system XXX
error error occured during parallel processing
error error while reading data, navigation is possible
Where their are no parallel processing are going.
the 3 reports are taking 15 min to generate the report..
data is available in both sources with same selection options.
Can any one please through some light, what exactly need to do to get all the reports and to reduce the response time.

The problem was solved.
I had given restriction on 0COUNTRY with out calling Company code in the Column.
Were 0COUNTRY is also an attribute of 0COMP_CODE.
so i called both in the report and got the report with results...
this is how i solved the issue.

While running a Bw Report I'm getting the following error:
System error in program SAPLRRSV & Form RRSV_CHAVL_TO_VALUE_CONVERT
When checking the report found that one of the Characteristic of the report is in incorrect Internal format. As a result it shows inconsistency when checking the values of the charactersitic for conversion exit.
Tried correctin this error by doing a correct error but it didnt work.
When checked the SID table the characteristics had some invalid records which are not maintained in the Master Data table.
How to correct this error?

Check whether there is any enough database table space in your system. looks odd for checking database table space we faced similiar issue when running the reports in development system. Once the table space added they got fixed automatically.
