1 month left in my year commitment but I get Subscription Expired countdown.

I believe there are 2 problems because my annual commitment ends May 10 and I have an expired CC so I have been given the 2 day countdown (1 day left). But when logged in to my account I see payment error under my creative cloud membership and when I click to "update payment" I get a pop up that reads, "You have reached the end of your prior annual commitment. By re-activating your subscription, you are signing up for another annual term that will begin today...." But I started the annual subscription in May 2012 so I still have one month left of the $29.99/month promo and I still want to pay for the last month at that promo rate.

    I purchased the One to One after the first year was over because I received an email asking if I wanted to purchasee another year. all was good, I was using it mostly for my MBP and I would go to the website for the Apple Store near me, sign in and reserve a time for a One to One appointment.  I recently saw that the local apple Store had changed their website around, and I did not attend a One to One for about 4 months. I purchased an iPhone 5 and went to the Apple Store to purchae Applecare for the new iphone.  I was curious so I asked the sales guy to check how much I had left for the One to One.  he said about 4 months. when I came home I tried to sign in on the website I used before and it keeps saying 'this apple ID does not have any One to One sessions left.  I looked at my receipt and I should have about 4 months left.  I have no idea who to contact. I called the store and the person who answered the phone told me they cannot take care of this at the store level.  he did not know who to send me to.  Does anybody have any idea who I can call to get help with trying to get the 4 months back?  when I did get the iPhone 5 recently, I did have trouble getting to sign into iCloud, but I went to the website and signed in twice there and that did something that allowed me to sign in to icloud on my iPhone.  I do not know if that had anything to do with it, but it is the same Apple ID and password.

    If I want to purchase creative cloud for only a few months of the year does that mean I only pay for those months? I am unclear about what you mean by a one year commitment.
    For example if it cost HKD 68 for on month and I only need this software for two months of the year do I only pay HKD 136 in total.

  • DSL down EVERY month for over a year!

    This is both sad and ridiculous that I've have had my DSL internet go down pretty much every month for over a year now and I can never ever get a reason, requested call back or decent credit/discount for all my pain, suffering, time and heartache this has caused me!
    Finally after over a year of calling and verizon telling me EVERTIME that my line is coming up with an issue did I get an agent who finally listened to me that it's every month and said "I'm going to fix this for good!" He told me that he was going to authorize my line be changed over or something- said its costly to Verizon but since its documented that there really is outages every month from my line he will do it he also gave me 800 number said when all was said and done I could call and receive credits for my constant issues! Said my internet would be down few hours while this was being done but he would call me as soon as it was done on Monday he "promised" well this was end of June 2015, maybe 22nd anyway morning came and like he said no internet and got text that Verizon was coming, ok no idea what time it went down but I got up at like 8 am and it was down well now it's like 2pm and still down and never once did I see a Verizon truck nor did I get any call - I call 800 # told my line is still showing being worked on but he would call and check what was going on... Comes back said they are still working on it but they said you can reboot your router/modem. "Would you like me to assist with that?" I say yes and he gets me back on and says I will get a call as soon as everything is all set with my line, he confirms both my phone numbers and I thank him. I go to work and still hear nothing so at around 10pm I call Verizon and get someone from India saying my line is still being worked on and that I would receive a call when fixed. We hang up and I call the 800 number I was given for my credit, agent was nice but said if line is being worked on still I can't get any credits until work is completed well I get a beep on my phone and ask agent if she could hold on I think Verizon was calling me back... It was the agent from India saying he now sees my work is completed (at like 10:30 pm) so I thank him go back to agent from America and tell her so she says "let me check again" comes back says I'm sorry I'm showing on my end still down and says I should call back tomorrow to get my discount. I call back next morning and I was told that she didn't see any work done on my line that agent talked me through router/modem reset and fixed issue! I was like NOOOO! She said she would make some more calls because she read the notes and said I was right this makes no sense.... She said unfortunately I couldn't get a straight answer but I'll take money off for your inconvenience! Ok now it's almost 3 weeks later and my internet is completely down!!!! I call and I'm told "I see your internet is going down on a pretty regular basis let me call a level 2 tech stand by"he comes back says I'm in luck tech said they are going to reroute my lines! I was like WOOOOO I was told 3 weeks ago that was done and that I want to be connected to that tech or tech manager or supervisor and he tells me he can't connect me but assures me they will call me back.... Nothing... Today I get a text saying my issue will be fixed by Wednesday Juky 15th ... Still no call so around 2pm I call get agent who just keeps saying my issue will be resolved by Wednesday I tell her I want tech supervisor to call me! She says that she can't but assures me once issue is corrected Wednesday a tech supervisor will call me! I said no you guys always say that and that I want a tech supervisor... She tells me she put in a remark and that a tech supervisor will call me...
    HOW DO I GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER FROM YOU GUYS? I have pretty much every service you provide in my area! Home phone, DSL, directv through you, personal cell phone, work phone! Not counting my work phone I'm paying over $320 a month and I'm always on time and been a loyal customer for so many years that I now lost count and you have made my family's internet experience a living nightmare not to mention that every time my internet goes down it screws up my surveillance cameras go down and the camera guy now charges me a fee to come down and get them going on my network because it's so frequent and keeps telling me to go Comcast!     Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.

    My phone just turned 2 months old. But in Singapore as long your phone is under one year warranty I can still go for an exchange at the respective telco, but my friends all suggest me to not change now cause after changing it'll be a refurbished set instead of a brand new one.

    Now think in large companies with more of 50 employees, they must pay US$30.000.oo each year, indefinitely ?, wow I think this will be so expensive that companies will be stop using Adobe products.
    I hope the answer for this quation will: After 1 year commitment you are the owner of what you paid.

    If you don't continue the subscription then you lose the ability to use the software.

    I have created other rules to move some of my daily messages into specific folders and I don't wish to auto-delete those.
    Just the general stuff that keeps piling up in my me.com main email box.  Mail such as FB announcements and other low priority stuff I want to look at before deleting but don't want to keep longer than a week or month.

    Thanks, but I am looking for a more automated solution than hand marking emails as junk. I might as well move them to the trash myself.
    Again, these are emails I want to receive and quickly read, but not keep longer than a week or month or so. By setting a rule to toss any older than 30 days back then my Mail program (and thus my hard drive) won't be wasting so much space. For example, currently I have over 6000 read messages, with their attachments, in my main email box. I'd rather not have to physically attend to sorting the one I don't want out.
    The one I do keep for other reasons get moved into other folders.
    It seems this should be possible.

    Hi,
    The purpose of the accrual process is to recognize payroll costs in the month in which they were incurred, i.e. when the employee actually performs the work.
    This accrual process will result in a more accurate presentation of monthly and year-end payroll expenses and liabilities.
    The accrual is calculated in HRMS and posts an entry in FI (debit department payroll expense and credit accrued liability) to account for the portion of earnings owed but not paid at month end.
    The accrual is calculated as follows:
    The system determines the fraction of the payrolls that were earned but not physically paid in the current month. This amount is calculated based on the number of days in each payroll that were earned in the month, as a fraction of the total number of days in each payroll (10 days for all biweekly payrolls). If an entire payroll was earned and not paid, then the fraction would be 1 (ie.100% accrual). Some months may have to accrue a fraction of one payroll, other months we may accrue more than one payroll.

    Hi, I'm in the same boat, can upgrade in December but my phone has broken.  The only option EE will offer you is to pay off your contract so you can upgrade.  This will be mouths left to pay minus vat. The only other option is to buy a cheap pay&go phone and use your contract sim in that, until you can upgrade
