Problem is that at table level ,i am not able to see that how many sales order are clubbed to a specific production order.
I had seen pegged requirements report (tcode MD09) ,in this mrp element no is nothing but sales order no only but this records can be only seen upto u have not done the confirmation.
Once the confirmation  has done it will show no records.
So please tell me in which tables i can see that how many sales orders are clubbed to a specific production order even the confirmation is also over. This is needed to built one report.
    Thanks a Lot.

    Hi,
If you are in MTO environment there should be direct connection between your SO and PrdOrd.
But it seems there's a N:1 relation (or N:M relation) between your SOs and PrdOrds. It means that you are in MTS environment...I'm not sure you can create such report - but it's only my opinion...

  • Production Order  link to Many Sales order in Make to Stock

    Hi
We ve Make to Stock Scenario ,
We club Sales order & manually create  one Production order
how to link  one Production order to many sales order
After production confirmation How to transfer stock to Sales order stock

    Dear,
In make to stock you cannot have a direct link between production order and sales order.
In your situation why are you clubing many sales orders and creating a production order?
that means you donot have planning cycle in place i.e. Demand management--> MRP?
If planning is not implimented, then you can create a production orders manually as you mentioned.
You can use the exit PPCO0006 to create many extra fields in production order header in a seperate tab and can use this fields to fill the sales orders so that you can have a link. this is onky for information purpose.
Once you have produced the product you can use 412 movement type special stock - E in MB1b transaction to transfer the stock from unrestrcuted to sales order specific stock
pl come back if you need more information

  • How a sales order for a MTO sku can always have required date populated bas

    Hi,
how a sales order for a MTO sku can always have required date populated based on full lead time ?
    Thanks,
    Raja

    Hi,
If you run MRP against sale order by tcode MD50, system will generate planned order.
System will generate basic or lead time scheduling depends on MRP run parameter selected in initial screen of MRP run.
If you select lead time scheduling, system will time from routing and thus generate scheduled start date & finish date.
If your requirement date say 10/08/08. Lead time 10 days. So system create scheduled start date on 01/08/08 during MRP run.

  • How an sale order Created in CRM online will be reflected in MSA

    Hi,
Could any one explain how the sale order created in CRM online reflected in MSA.
Give me an idea how data from CRM application is tranfered to MSA.?what is the role of MDW and MAR(mobile application repository) in mobile sales?.
Edited by: Shiva kumar avvula on Jul 23, 2008 11:36 AM

    hi,
You can create sales transactions, that is, quotations or sales orders, on both the mobile client and in CRM Enterprise. You can access your documents at any time and place. You can make changes to them as required, for example in the office, or on a laptop during a customer visit. Sales transactions are exchanged between systems using CRM Middleware so that you are always informed about current quotations and inquiries.
First CRM data will store in CDB( consolidate data base), from here transactional data will transfer to MObiles through communication station.
Database that contains data relevant to replication (CDB tables) for mobile scenarios. The CDB is a logical part of the entire CRM database, which also contains application data.
What evet the data coming from CRM online that will convert into SBDOC and thorugh communication station it will reach mobiles.

    Hi
    SAPu2019S GENERAL STATUS MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONALITY
General Status Management replaced order status management functionality in recent SAP releases (4.6C).  This discussion will address general status management, as this is how SAP allows user statuses for controlling objects in this and future releases.
General Status Management applies to internal orders, project definitions, WBS elements, production orders and many other objects in SAP.  For the purposes of this discussion we will concentrate on status management for internal orders and WBS elements.  A list of all objects relevant for status management will be made available upon request.
A status is an indicator that fulfills two functions.  First, it informs you that a particular status has been reached.  For example, an internal order has been created and released; a settlement rule has been entered; a particular business transaction has been executed, etc.  Second, it influences the business transactions you can perform for a particular status.  A status can allow a business transaction; allow a business transaction but issue a warning message; or prohibit a business transaction altogether.  If a warning message is issued it is up to the user whether the business transaction is carried out or not.
Statuses can be used to control and communicate.  Statuses can be used in reporting (show me a report of all internal orders with a status of TECO, or technically complete).  Statuses can be used as selection criteria (select all internal orders with a status of CLSD, or closed).  Statuses can communicate the state of an object (ready for archiving, not ready for settlement execution).
There are SAP standard delivered statuses that apply to all object types.  These are known as SYSTEM STATUSES.  CRTD, REL, SETC, TECO are examples of SAP standard system statuses.  SAP standard system statuses cannot be removed from use.  You cannot override the SAP system status with a user status.  You cannot change the behavior of an SAP system status.
User statuses (or user defined statuses) exist in addition to SAP standard statuses.  User statuses are intended to augment or refine SAP standard statuses, not replace them.  There is no limitation to the number of user statuses that can be created.  Both system and user statuses influence business transactions in the same way.
An object can have multiple statuses active at the same time.  A plant maintenance order can have released, preliminarily costed, work order printed and confirmed statuses all at the same time.  For SAP display purposes only one status can be displayed on the status line in master data screens, but it is possible to see all active statuses for an object at one time by drilling down into the master data screens.
A STATUS PROFILE, or user status profile, contains individual user statuses and the business transaction rules defined for those statuses.  There is no limit to the number of user status profiles that can be maintained in SAP.  A user status profile is assigned to an order type or a project profile in configuration.  This user status profile is then defaulted into all objects that reference that order type or project profile.  A users status profile can be overwritten (or deleted) in an individual object (via native master data screens), but only if a user status has yet to be activated for that particular object.  Once a user status has been activated for that object the user status profile cannot be changed.
    HOW STATUS MANAGEMENT WORKS
When an object (internal order, WBS element, production order) is created SAP assigns the system status CRTD.  MIT automatically releases the order, so the system status REL is also activated.  If there is a user status profile defined in the order type (or project profile) this is carried over into the internal order (or WBS element).  If not, only the SAP system statuses will apply to this object.
When a user executes a business transaction for this object, SAP checks the user status to see if that business transaction can be executed without any additional influence from a user status, can be executed but with a warning message being issued, or cannot be executed at all.  SAP also checks whether the business transaction sets or deletes any other user statuses within the user status profile.
A user status may also be maintained directly in the object master data.  Accessing the master data screens allows a user to manually maintain user statuses.  If necessary, an authorization code can be assigned to a user status to ensure that no unauthorized persons can change the status of an object.  Once changed, the new user status is fully active and acts no differently than if a business transaction set the user status.
Status management and business transaction control only work with standard SAP transactions.  Z transactions will not show up on the business transaction list for an object.  The business transaction table is configurable, but SAP strongly recommends not changing that table.  SAP directly updates that table via support packs and it is often impacted during upgrades.
Authorization codes / keys are available in user statuses.  The authorization code is checked only when user statuses are being set manually, from within the objectu2019s master data screens.  This ensures the user has the proper authorization to set that status for that particular object.  However, it is important to understand that SAP sets a user status in reaction to a business transaction it does not perform an authorization check.

  • Who to get Actual Shipment Date for the Sales Order

    Dear All,
How to Get Actual Shipment Date for the given sales order.
    REgards
    sudheer

    Hai,
If you want the actual shipment date of an order call the function module RV_ORDER_FLOW_INFORMATION and pass the order number as vbeln in the structure COMWA.select the values from the return table which corresponds to 'J' type which are delivery and get thedate.
THis will give the actual delivery date (if created).
Oher way is to look for vbeln in table LIPS using VGBEL = order number as the selection criteria.
    Cheers,

  • How create sales order with respect to an idoc?

    hi ,
does any one know how to create a sales order using an idoc number ?
    thanks
    mmn

Hi refer below Reward if helps
XI IDOC ORDERS04 create sales order update VBKD_BSARK
For creating sales documents (sales order) through IDOCS you will have to use the T code WE19.  In that click basic type and enter order05(IDOC type) and select via message type then enter ORDERS(message type), click execute.
You will get to see many fields.here you have to enter the datas that you enter in the VA01 screen in order to create sales order. The datas such as material name, date, qty, P.O no etc.  After entering all the datas, you click standard inbound the IDOC would be created by the system. You can see the created order by going in to VA03 screen.
Next time when you create the IDOC, in same tcode WE19 screen, click existing IDOC and enter the IDOC which you created in the above step and just change the P.O no.Sytem will create new sales order through new IDOC
Before doing all you need to maintain the partner profile in T code WE20.  For this Discuss with EDI consultant.

  • How realize Sales order rounding quantity

    Hello Expert
I would like to know how to realize Sales order rounding quantity.
As I have checked other title there are a lot of same topic however I couldn't realize yet.
    My scenario is as bellow.
There are the materials which we want to input every 12 Qty for instance.
I expect if I input 10 it rounds to 12, if I input 19 it rouns to 24.
I already created rounding profile via OWD1 and assign it to material master sales view.
    However it didn't work.
As I have checked item category there are no flag on Rounding permitted.
    Best regards,
    Ichimura

    Hi,
I guess you´re using static rounding.
Check when created if you´ve restricting it to a plant or you left it blank (valid for all plants).
Check that you´ve properly assigned the profile to master material in sales view to the proper plant if any
Check that swith off rounding is not selected in customer master data
Check that ítem category in custo has selected rounding permitted.

    regards,
    Ravi.

    Hi,
    You can use t.codes VL10C and  VL06.
Using VL10C you can create the deliveries at the background.
If you want the details on how to use VL10C, then read this [VL10C -CREATE DELIVERY|Re: Reg Delivery with 2 lines items]
Using VL06 you can do PGI, for all the created deliveries.

  • Any pointers on how ERP Sales order are searched in Agent Inbox

    Hi,
I have a requirement where i need to trigger an activity/workflow in CRM for orders that are created through ERP Salesorder functionality. In the workflow list, we need to give the order description and provide an hyperlink to the order number. on selection of order number, it should display the ERP sales order. To achive this in workflow, i am trying to understand the as-is standard functionality which is available in Agent Inbox search on ERP sales order. This search is getting the ERP orders and on selecting the order it is opening the ERO sales order page. I tried debugging the method GET_MAINCATAEGORY available in the component iccmp_inbox and in the view Inboxsearch. But couldnt really able to crack the logic how it is retrieving the ERP sales order from inbox search. Any pointers on how this is achieved will be of great help.
    Thanks,
    Udaya

    Hi Udaya,
Calling a Customer Specific R/3 Transaciton was quite easy in CRM 4.0 / 5.0 in the PC-UI Framework using Object Links. You can do that all by customizing and creating a custom method for a BOR Object in Transaction SWO1.
I think I've used CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to update the Document Flow. The subsequent activities where created by BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CREATEMULTI. I've wrapped all that standard functions in a RFC enabled function module.
It would be possible to provide also a link in the E-Mail to the Manager but the client is using a Citrix environment to provide access to the Portal. But Outlook runs locally. So we decided to use the standard Portal iView to display the Alerts. When you fill the Alert Container with the elements OBJKEY_GUID, OBJKEY_BOR_OBJECT_TYPE, OBJKEY_CRM_OBJECT_TYPE, OBJKEY_METHOD and OBJKEY_LOGICAL_SYSTEM using the Function Module SWC_ELEMENT_SET that provides a direct link to the specific document too.
    Best regards
    Gregor
