10.3.1 OS update for Q10 purchased on EPP

Hello,
I'm an ex BlackBerry employee and use a Q10 on Rogers network that I purchased on EPP. I still haven't received the OS update.
Is there anything special to do to get the update for EPP devices?

On the chance that your Q10 is similar in this respect to one purchased from Shop BlackBerry, remove the SIM and use wifi, and check for update. There are additional suggestions at http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB36767

    No one here can say, or knows. Presumably BlackBerry has released 10.3.1 to T-Mobile for the respective T-Mobile branded models. It is up to T-Mobile to release it to it's users, but T-Mobile almost never announces a release before it is released.

    I have BB Q10, as 10.3 update has officially launched some time ago, I still have not got any update message.
    What should I do, and may be there is other plans to roll out update for BBQ10

    Does anyone know how I can get the 10.2.1 software update for my q10 on the Verizon network? I tried with connecting to the BB link and it says I'm up to date. HELP

    Verizon has not announced any dates for the release.

  • Ok it's Feb 4th, where is the dang 10.2.1 update for Q10???

    Seriously, I've been waiting patiently as are alot of other people, and enough is enough.  I have restarted my phone, checked out my software updates, connected through BB Link, nothing.  NOTHING.  Where is the dang update???  Everything I've read says it's supposed to roll out today, even Verizon info has said that.  So where the F is it?  This is ridiculous.  I have been with Verizon for 5 years, and I've been happy til now.  This problem here, taking forever for the update, is pathetic.  Verizon has clearly shown they don't care much about their BB customers.  If I don't see the update by the end of the day, I'm going to storm into my local VZ store & ***** someone out until they can get the freaking update on my phone.  I mean for F'sake, my fiance has the Z10 & his update came last week, first thing in the morning.  But my Q10?  It's halfway through the day and nothing.  Flippin ridiculous

    Well if you go to the store and I quote, "***** someone out" then they will not help you. You might possibly get kicked out of the store.
    You would apparently rather have them update it ASAP rather than test it to make sure you won't come across issues.
    Look at the Galaxy S3/S3 Mini. Eveyone wanted the update ASAP, complaining left and right, threatening to cancel. So the code was released and phones were updated before they could completely test it. Now everyone wants to reverse the update because of all the issues, it essentially turned their phones into expensive paperweights.
    Be thankful they care enough to test it completely before releasing it on the Q10 otherwise you'll end up with a brick for a phone.

    I got a pop message to update my os to 10.3.1.1779. I bought about 1.5gb on my etisalat but If I try the update, what I see is - you are connected to etisalat. this update is too large to be downloaded over this network.please use a wi-fi network instead. But the phone browse normally and I do chat normally. But why is the update not working as others. Sombody please help me out!!! {REMOVED}

    The message is normal and telling you to connect to WiFi to peform the update.
    Find and connect to a WiFi router for the upgrade (and I'd recommend that you be connected to a wall outlet charger as well).

    It sounds to me as though you are attempting to open a Pages 09 document with the Pages 08 application. If you do have Pages 09 on your computer, it may be that for some reason an existing Pages 08 application is invoked accidentally.

    The Apple id that you created do you remember if you created with your region sellected as Canada or US. If so you can change Region directly on your device by clicking on App Store icon, Scroll to bottom and tap your app is, click view acct and change region

    I have been updating my PSE since 10. Recently I purchased PSE13 as I didn't see an update for my 12. I was changing to a new laptop as my old laptop had been patched and worked and was showing signs of giving out. It was a Window's 7OS. My new one is a Windows 8 OS so I bought the 13 and downloaded it on the new laptop. Our desktop had died so I downloaded the 13 on the new  desk computer also. Not thinking I downloaded 13 on my old laptop as I hope to get it patched up enough to be a backup for my photography. When I tried to activate it I realized that I had downloaded it too often. I didn't know you could only use it on two computers. Learn something new every day.. Any way I removed it and now my PSE 12 does not seem to be working. Now it could be something that I did or something that is an issue with the laptop. this laptop has all the previous editions on board as I always tried to update, except for the year I got a really good deal on Black Friday. I also notice that the new laptop has a copy of PSE 12 in the program list. To my knowledge I have never deactivated any of my PSE's except the extra 13 downloaded. Bottom line, do I need to go in and deactivate previous PSE versions and removed them from my computer? I could certainly use the space and secondly, can I deactivate the PSE 12 and then go back and reacitivate it and install it again on the old laptop or the desktop, whichever I deside would be the most appropriate place for the newer program. For the PSE 12 since it is an updater for 11, does the 11   still need to be on the laptop? thanks for anyone who can understand what I am trying to say and can advise me as to my next move. Thank you very much.

    Delete both apps using this utility >  Download AppCleaner for Mac - Uninstall your apps easily. MacUpdate.com
    That will delete the apps and all associated files.
    Then re download the apps. That will download the most recent version updates included.
    How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
    Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
    Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
    Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed  then click Install.
    Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

    Thanks for you reply.  I'm 99% positive that I'm using the user id and password that I used to set up my computer.  That's why I'm stumped.  I read the solution someone else suggested (type your user name without @gmail and create a new password.  When I tried it, I was asked for my birthday.  It didn't recognize it.  I know I got my birthday correct. Oh well...
