2 Problems while Distributing app  Version Mismatch. Neither CFBundleversion ['1.1'] nor CFBundleShortVersionString ['1.1'] in the info.plist match the version of the app set in iTunes Connect  ['1.1']

Since 2 days when I try to validate or distribute my app it says "Version Mismatch. Neither CFBundleversion ['1.1'] nor CFBundleShortVersionString ['1.1'] in the info.plist match the version of the app set in iTunes Connect  ['1.1']". Today it also always says that the Network Connection was lost. Can someone tell me how to solve this problems?
Thanks

Your profile indicates your Mac is running v10.7.2
If that is correct, updating your system software may help.
Click Software Update from the Apple menu.
Restart your Mac after updates are installed then try the App Store.
If you can't update that way, there's a workaround.
Install the OS X Lion Update 10.7.5 (Client Combo)
Then restart your Mac and try the App Store.

  • Problem while distribute software via Java Web Start

    Hi,
I use JWS to distribute my software to the clients. I use apache 2.2 as webserver.
    My Problem:
When i put a update a jar on the webserver, the clients have to start JWS twice to get the new file.
First i thought it is a problem with the webserver. So i have restarted the apache after ive put the new jar. ... without success.
Are there any settings in JWS which take affect?
    Any ideas?
    Tom

The default behavior is to timeout if checking for an update takes too much time.
You can add the jnlp element:
    <update check="always"/>
and updates will always happen on the forst launch (when client is using Java Web Start 1.6.0 or later, update element will be ignored by earlier versions)

  • "Invalid Bundle." "...viewer.app does not support the minimum OS version specified in the Info.plist"

I tried re-building the app and it's not helping. The plist has the minimum OS listed as 6.0. I could go in and try to change it manually but then the signing would be invalid. Please fix this ASAP.

Apple runs an automated set of verification steps when an application is uploaded to check for various app requirements and sometimes they break those tests. The result is apps that are valid get tagged with seemingly random errors. This, unfortunately, seems to happen most often right around the time of new OS releases.
App submissions to iTC stuck in "upload received" status is a good example of this kind of problem. On September 9th customers started a thread that covered three different errors from iTunes that started appearing with no notice or warning. All DPS customers were impacted. You can see our progress on the investigation at http://status.adobedps.com/?p=728. We worked furiously through the night to understand why the errors were happening, only to find that they all disappeared by 8:40 the next morning without a single change being provided by Adobe.
Invalid or Non-Increasing CFBundleVersion is another example from not too long ago where all of a sudden warnings started regarding the version format string. Not only was the warning being thrown, but e-mail messages were being sent to customers with a different explanation of what a valid number was, including the format we were using! We started to investigate and then Apple changed something and the warnings went away. The current warnings people get regarding a "consume:" entry in the app are a similar example. Apple even confirmed for us that we are doing things correctly (although they did suggest a workaround we can apply to suppress the warning, which we are shipping next week).
Please try the steps I mentioned above, in particular the one about updating Application Loader. If that doesn't resolve the problem we ask for your help by opening a case with Apple Developer Support and asking them to investigate. Once the case is open please send me a private message with the case number so we can work some of our back-channels as well.
    Neil
Edit: Fixed the time on the first example, removed Monday. Oops!

  • Error 90208:does not support the minimum OS version specified in the info.plist

I bulit my app by using Flash Pro and the build is OK with my iPhone4.
But when I uploaded ipa file, the error was shown as above screenshot.
I have no idea how I can solve this.

Neil - Desperate to find a solution here. We seem the only ones to have this problem at the moment and nearly 4 days of trying to upload (over 50!) and the same message appears on and on.
Upgraded everything. Rebuilt 2 apps and nothing.
No news from Apple neither. What to do except receiving the same advice to wait and keep trying. We dont even know where the problem comes from.
We have a new issue to be released in 10 days, and the app should be upgraded before.
    Thanks,

  • My app was rejected by version mismatch

Can you please help me figure out what to do about this error? My single-issue app was working fine until uploaded to iTunes. Both the "version" in the Producer and the Version in the app info are set to 1. Is there another place a version number could appear? What is the CFBundle? Would changing the 1 in iTunes Connect to 1.0.9 fix this? I will have to resubmit the binary. On a school deadline! Help!
Version Mismatch - Neither CFBundleVersion ['30.2.0.10.95964'] nor CFBundleShortVersionString ['1.0.9'] in the Info.plist match the version of the app set in iTunes Connect ['1'].

    Hi Neil.
I have looked through the forums at this issue (I received the same message) and I am curious if the fix I made is appropriate. I could not find a version number in App Builder, so I went to iTunes and selected the last Development version I had loaded to my iPad. I right clicked and selected Get Info. The screen there told me the version was 1.0.13, so I went back to iTunes Connect and edited the App information, changing the version from 1.0 to 1.0.13. I didn't reject the binary or reload anything, just made the change and then saved changes.
Does this sound like it should work? I haven't received any other messages from Apple saying there is a problem.
It is a little disconcerting for those of us new to the process to get the message. Could Adobe consider updating the Step-By-Step Guide with information on how to find the correct version number and enter it when uploading the file to Apple? It seems like it would be useful to lots of people who have posted here.
    Thanks for posts.

  • App upload- Version Mismatch

I just uploaded an app from DPS App Builder to Apple's Application Loader, and received this message after my upload:
Version Mismatch - Neither CFBundleVersion ['3.3.3.9.89459'] nor CFBundleShortVersionString ['1.0.8'] in the Info.plist match the version of the app set in iTunes Connect ['4.0'].
Has anyone experienced this error? I'm not sure where the disconnect was, or if this will be a problem for my app.

Short answer: Don't worry about it.
Apple is just letting you know that the version number specified in DPS App Builder doesn't match the version number specified in iTunes Connect. Apple has not rejected any app because of this discrepancy, so you're fine ignoring it. If you want the warning to go away, you can edit the version number in iTunes Connect to match the App Builder version number.

  • App Update error "Version Mismatch"

    Hi everyone,
We are updating our app from v26 to v27 and received the following error from Apple saying "we may wish to correct the following issues in your next delivery"
Version Mismatch - Neither CFBundleVersion ['3.2.2.7.86923'] nor CFBundleShortVersionString ['1.0.6'] in the Info.plist match the version of the app set in iTunes Connect ['1.2'].
We have no idea how to rectify this?
It also asked for 76 x76 and 152 x 152 icons which aren't asked for in app builder?
Any ideas?  We followed the article on lodging updates to apps and it all worked fine.

    Hi Bob,
first of all thank you for all your so precious informations!
I have received today 14 January the same kind of warning (Version Mismatch - Neither CFBundleVersion ['3.4.2.12.91210'] nor CFBundleShortVersionString ['1.0.12'] in the Info.plist match the version of the app set in iTunes Connect ['2.0'].) and I just would like to know if as far as you are concerned this warning still does not affect the approval of the app!
I have changed in iTunes Connect the version number in order to match the "CFBundleShortVersionString" (1.0.12) without rejecting the app, now it is in the "Waiting for review" status: do you suggest just to wait and see what happens or do you think I should rebuild and submit again the app?
Many thanks and Best Regards from Italy :-)

  • Application Uploader error: Neither CFBundleVersion ['3.2.2.26.86923'] nor CFBundleShort...

I keep getting the following error when trying to upload a new zip file via the Application loader.
Neither CFBundleVersion ['3.2.2.26.86923'] nor CFBundleShortVersionString ['1.0.25'] in the Info.plist match the version of the app set in iTunes Connect ['1.5'].
I haven't changed anything in the DPS App Builder, just using the edit so I can upload a new zip file while making changes to key words, etc. in iTunes connect. I've done this a couple times without encountering this.
A google search of this error message doesn't turn up anything helpful either.
    Anyone know what this is?
    thanks!
    Bruce

    Found this thread.

Is this an App Builder bug?
I haven't had this problem at all in previous updates and haven't changed a thing except for keywords and screenshots in the app store.

  • Version Mismatch and Missing recommended icon file

I got these to error message when i upload my app. Can someone help me figure this out please
    Thx
Version Mismatch - Neither CFBundleVersion ['30.3.0.5.96880'] nor CFBundleShortVersionString ['1.0.4'] in the Info.plist match the version of the app set in iTunes Connect ['1.0'].
Missing recommended icon file - The bundle does not contain an app icon for iPad of exactly '152x152' pixels, in .png format for iOS versions >= 7.0.

The first one is a specific as it can possibly be. If you don’t want to add the icon then don’t but it could cause things to look a bit poor on retina devices.
The second one can safely be ignored.

  • App update with application loader: bundle is invalid - CFBundleShortVersionString error

    Hi,
A client of mine is trying to update their app. They created a new multi-issue viewer (using ver18).
When uploading this app with application loader they receive the following error:
"This bundle is invalid. The key CFBundleShortVersionString in the info.plist file must contain a higher version than that of the previously uploaded version".
    (see screenshot)
When checking, the update app indeed had a lower version (iTunes) number than the one already on the app store. So I figured that was the issue, but when selecting a higher version and trying again the error still persists.
I couldn't really find anyone on the forum who previously had this issue.
    Tips are always welcome
    Thanks

    Hi
I have the same problem, we built the first app for our client through WoodWing, now we want to update the app with the Adobe one. During the upload of the new app, created with the Adobe Viewer Builder we get this error code:
This bundle is invalid. The key CFBundleShortVersionString in the Info.plist file must contain a higher version than that of the previously uploaded version.
When we open the Info.plist we can see that the Adobe Viewer Builder creates 1.0.1 for the Bundle Version String short, while the older WoodWing app has 2.1.
Marketing version in Viewer Builder = Bundle Version String Short or ?
That means everybody who is changing from the WoodWing to the Adobe reader needs to go through Adobe?

I have seen that error before, try using a different ip address for your machine, I'm not sure that the one you're using ( 1.1.1.2 ) is valid. Try ip an ip address using one of the following blocks:
    10.x.x.x
    192.168.x.x
load_ocfs will throw that error if it just doesn't like your configuration sometimes, or if you havn't generated an ocfs.conf.
Can you ping your other node ( 1.1.1.1 I assume )?

  • AIR 16 Public SDK gets rejected by Apple [Minimum OS Version Mismatch]

Just tried doing a submission. It immediately gets rejected for Invalid Binary.
    Invalid Binary Error
Minimum OS Version Mismatch - The minimum OS version (LC_VERSION_MIN_IPHONEOS) in the binary ('6.0') for architecture ('armv7') differs from the MinimumOSVersion ('7.0') in the Info.plist.

We are also seeing this issue. Even compiling a basic project with just the necessary items and no ANE's results in the following error when uploaded to the app store:
Minimum OS Version Mismatch - The minimum OS version (LC_VERSION_MIN_IPHONEOS) in the binary ('5.0') for architecture ('armv7') differs from the MinimumOSVersion ('8.0') in the Info.plist.
Minimum OS Version Mismatch - The minimum OS version (LC_VERSION_MIN_IPHONEOS) in the binary ('7.0') for architecture ('arm64') differs from the MinimumOSVersion ('8.0') in the Info.plist.
Reverting to Air SDK 15 bypasses the issue for now.
