2960s switch gui and smartport user defined macro

Hi,
I have a few 2960s switches and would like to use the GUI to configure ports using the smartport function. These seem to be based on predefined macro's which I can't edit. I have created my own macro, how do I enable the macro in the GUI so I can use the use my own macro?
Regards,
Paul

Ok, SmartPort macro is now a HIDDEN command, since 12.2(58)SE and later.
If you've got a macro you want to use, you have to enter it using CLI.  Here's how you do it:
config t
macro name <BLAH>
[ENTER YOUR MACRO HERE]
[Use the "@" to end your macro]
end
To envoke the macro:
config t
interface <BLAH>
macro apply <MACRO NAME>
end
To view the macro:
sh pars macro name <MACRO NAME>

  • UDT and UDF - User-defined Tables and Fields

    Dear All,
    I am writing a Query to permit the Cashier to check her Cash entries and balances on a Daily basis.
    Basically, it's a General Ledger, but I want the Query - Selection Criteria window to display only a few GL codes namely GL codes 1240601, 1240602, 1240603 etc.
    I don't know if I am doing it right. This is what I did (SAP B1 8.8):
    UDT
    I created a UDT called TEST2 using:
    Tools -> Customization Tools -> User-defined Tables - Setup
    UDF
    Then I created a field in the UDT called GlCod using User-Defined Fields - Management
    Title : GlCod
    Description : GL Code
    Type : Alphanumeric 30
    Field Data
    In the Field Data window, I ticked the Set Valid Values for Fields checkbox and filled in the blanks as follows:
    #                  Value                Description
    1                 1240601             Cash in Hand (Rs)
    2                 1240602             Cash in Hand (USD Notes)
    3                 1240603             Cash in Hand (Euro Notes)
    etc...
    Query
    Then I wrote my Query (see below).
    When I run it, I get the Selection Criteria screen as I wanted:
    Query - Selection Criteria
    GL Code                                   ...............   (arrow here)
    Posting Date                              ...............
    [OK]                [Cancel]
    When I click on the GL Code arrow, I get a window with the exact choices I need. It looks like this:
    1240601 -  Cash in Hand (Rs)
    1240602 -  Cash in Hand (USD Notes)
    1240603 -  Cash in Hand (Euro Notes)
    Executing the Query
    The Query seems to run normally, but nothing is generated on the screen, and there's no Error Message.
    What can be wrong about this query?
    I suspect that the GL codes in JDT1 and TEST2 are not of the same data type, so that INNER JOIN returns nothing.
    Thanks,
    Leon Lai
    Here's my SQL
    declare @TEST2 TABLE
    (GlCod varchar(30))
    declare @GlCod nvarchar (30)
    set @GlCod =/*SELECT T0.U_GlCod from [dbo].[@TEST2] T0 where T0.U_GlCod=*/  '[%0]'
    declare @refdt datetime
    set @ref=/*SELECT T1.RefDate from [dbo].[JDT1] T1 where T1.RefDate=*/ '[%1]'
    select
    t1.Account as 'GL Code',
    t1.RefDate as 'Posting Date',
    t0.U_GlCod as 'Restricted GL Codes'
    from JDT1 T1
    INNER JOIN @TEST2 T0 ON T0.[U_GlCod] = T1.[Account]
    WHERE
    t1.RefDate <= @refdt
    and
    t0.U_GLCod = @GlCod

    Try this:
    declare @GlCod nvarchar (30)
    set @GlCod =/*SELECT T0.U_GlCod from [dbo].[@TEST2] T0 where T0.U_GlCod=*/  '[%0]'
    declare @refdt datetime
    set @refdt=/*SELECT T1.RefDate from [dbo].[JDT1] T1 where T1.RefDate=*/ '[%1]'
    select
    t1.Account as 'GL Code',
    t1.RefDate as 'Posting Date'
    from JDT1 T1
    WHERE
    t1.RefDate <= @refdt
      and
    T1.[Account] = @GlCod
    (There is no need to declare the memoria table @test2 if you already created one table with this name.
    And there is no need to a join.)

  • Custom Quiz: How to update and report user-defined variable?

    Hello,
    I am a novice Captivate 5.5 user.  Thanks to Lilibiri's blog and articles, I have managed to built a custom quiz (all with user-defined variables and advanced actions).
    The quiz is composed of 2 questions with 4 possible answers each.  Each of the 4 answers have a different score attached to it (i.e. answer a = 4 points; answer b = 3 points; answer c = 2 points; answer d = 1 point).  I have inlcuded a "Feedback Slide" that may appear after each question.  For example, if a person chooses score d, they will get sent to a Feedback slide that basically says they are wrong.  There is a "back" button on the "Feedback" slide that can take them back to the the prior question sllide and they can change and re-submit their answer.  After they have answered both question slides, they continue to a "Results" slide.  Upon entry to the "Results" slide, using "advanced actions" my user-defined variable adds up all of the scores to get a total.  Based on this total, one of three possible text captions boxes appear, depending on their total.  And....here are my questions (I have checked and re-checked the Forum and blogs for answers - and I am so sorry if I missed them!!)
    1) I have defined a variable that totals the points that the person received on the quiz.  I would like this variable displayed on the Results slide.  It can get it to  appear in a Text Caption Box.  BUT if a person changes a score and re-submits the score before entering the "Results" slide, the total score reflects EVERY score that the person has chosen (the scores that they originally chose and then changed are still included in the total).
    2) I want the total score a person gets on the quiz reported to the instructor.  I don't know if a user-defined variable can be reported and how to go about doing this.  We will be running our quizzes on an LMS (though we haven't chosen one yet).  I tried using a system variable (cpQuizInfoPointsscored), but I believe (after reading discussions on Forum), it will not work in my quiz if my scores are adjusted/changed.
    3) another question - would you like me to put this in a separate discussion?   I certainly can!!  There is a "Back" button on the "Results" page.  I have tried using "advanced actions" and "on success: move to last slide visited" but neither option will allow the user to move to the last slide visited.  Ideally, I would liek a person to be able to go back through the quiz, look at their answers and adjust them.
    Thanks in advance for your help!  I have learned SO much in the last few weeks from all of you!

    Hello and welcome to the forum,
    That is a lot of questions, thanks for reading my blog. The most difficult part is indeed the reporting in case, you did see perhaps that I have not yet published the blog post about reporting questions with partial scores, third part of my reporting sequence. Have two possibilities that I'm exploring: either with Javascript, or with the brandnew Master Widget that Rod is pointing to. Watch out for the blog post(s), but need some more time. So no real answer to your second question for the moment, because you cannot control the quizzing system variables with advanced actions.
    About your first question: you will have to so sort of 'reset' when re-entering the question slide, so that the total score stored in the user variable is decremented with the score attributed to the user in his previous answer. This means that you have to store this previous score in another user variable. Hope this make sense?
    I do not get the last question totally. Are you using the default Score slide? You have to allow Backwards movement in the Quiz Preferences, but for default Question slides this will not allow the user to change his answer. I thought you were using custom question slides? Do not use the default score slide in that case, but create your own score slide, so that you can add buttons and actions to your wish. Perhaps I misunderstand your question, and it would be better to explain more, eventually in another thread if it is about the default score slide, question slides.

  • Predictive text and the user defined dictionary, h...

    for ages now I've suspected that I'm losing words out of my dictionary. how are the additional words stored in the phone? and can the location be changed to the memory card if its an issue with the phones memory?
    cheers

    Nexu 5

    I experienced this with my Nokia 6230. That after a certain amount of user defined words, that the first ones i had put in where lost and i had to type them in all over again! Very frustrating, actually so frustrating that i simply stopped writing in the words that didnt match the wordlist and just pushed # 2 times and entered the word the old fashioned way! I think that the 6230 didnt have more then around 20 user defined words that could be put in!
    However on my new Nokia N80 there seems to be alot larger amount of words that are user defined in the wordlist, since i yet havent seen the oldes words be replaced! Perhaps the old phones had a much smaller list of words being able to be stored.
    Same thing goes with messages, on my 6230 the inbox got full at around 100 sms. But on the N80 i think that the memory is dynamic and therefor can store more messages, words and whatever!

  • User defined macro in SNP PB abends

    Hello
    We ahve a simple macro to clear a key figure value in the initial column. Macro works fine in Interactive planning. Maco abends with the error "Assertion Failed", when we run in the background.. Any pointers / help would be appreciated.
    Raghu

    I have seen this assertion failed error specifically with alert macros. We had the problem because we used to run 12 alert macros in parallel. Then we put in a performance intensive alert macro - that is 13 alert macros in parallel and we started getting the assertion failed error. We then removed the performance intensive macro and started running it separately and it solved the issue. Run the macro and ask your basis team and dba's to monitor the utitlization of memory and see if the macro is failing because of performance reasons
    Thanks

  • Flash Wrapper and Accessing user-defined variables

    I am working on creating a Flash AS3 wrapper to combine several cpativate files.  I am able to retrieve system variables, however I am not able to retrieve user-defined variables.  I have a user defined variable in my Captivate called passedScore, in my Flash script I have the following...
    var mcLesson1:MovieClip;
    btnHit.addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK, test);
    var vLoader:Loader = new Loader();
    vLoader.contentLoaderInfo.addEventListener(Event.COMPLETE, swfLoaded);
    vLoader.load(new URLRequest("untitled1.swf"));
    function swfLoaded(e:Event):void {
    mcLesson1 = MovieClip(vLoader.contentLoaderInfo.content);
    vLoader.contentLoaderInfo.removeEventListener(Event.COMPLETE, swfLoaded);
    addChild(mcLesson1);
    function test(event:MouseEvent):void
              feedback1.text = mcLesson1.cpInfoCourseName;
              feedback2.text = mcLesson1.m_VarHandle.passedScore;
    feedback1 correctly shows the course name, however, for feedback2 it errors saying a term is undefined (refering to m_VarHandle)

    try using mcLesson1.cpEIGetValue('m_VarHandle.passedScore');

  • Difference between interfaces in Java API and user defined interfaces

    Is there any differences between the interfaces (such as KeyListener, ActionListener and EventListener etc.,) in Java API and the user defined interfaces.
    The user defined interfaces seems to be empty without any functionality (except its constant and method declarations). But the interfaces in Java API seems to have some functionality behind them, since they route the device events to the programs.
    Actually what is happening behind the Java API's interfaces?
    Please clarify.

    Ummm, no they are not (or at least some of them are not). Also, some things we support now we may not have supported in a previous release.
    If you look at the section 2 (Working with TimesTen Data Stores0 in the TimesTen Java Developer's Guide and look at the sections:
    TimesTen JDBC Extensions
    Additional TimesTen classes and interfaces
    then you will see the extra functionality documented there. Of course, if you do not need any of this functionality then you can simply treat them as the base classes from java.sql and they will work fine so it is easy to make most of your code generic.

  • Opening a Crystal Report in B1 8.8 in a User Defined Form representing UDO

    Hi Experts,
    Is it possible to open a Crystal Report from a User Defined Form representing my UDO?
    I had developed a 'Vendor Quotation' UDO and its  User Defined Form
    I wanted to show the report while clicking the Preview menu in SAP B1 8.8 toolbar.
    I have created the Crystal report and used the record selection as {@OVQT.DocEntry} = {DocKey@}
    Please help
    Also, is it possible to add Print layout and assign a default Print layout to this User Defined Form?
    Thanks in advance
    Regards
    Arun

    Hi,
    I also face the same problem. I make a master type using UDO. But i want to print it.
    In my opinion ( i haven't tried this way ). If we make a UDO ( master or document type ) , we will find the docentry and object field in our UDT. Both of these will connect between SAP form and Crystal report. In crystal report we select the tmsp_doclinetypelayout. It is a store procedure which will connect between SAP form and CR. Before that try to modify this SP by adding the udo object.
    Fyi, if i'm not mistake dockey is connected to docentry SAP form.
    Thanks
    regards

  • Java classpath error while crawling sample user defined datasource (SampleA

    Hi All,
    I am trying to run the sample crawler agent provided by ultra search "SampleAgent.java". For this
    I have created and configured the user defined datasource type and the user defined data source (for the NEWS TABLE) as per the readme file of the Sample Crawler agent.
    I have also created a schedule for this user defined type.
    However, while executing the schedule I am getting the following error:
    WKG-30116: Can not find agent class "SampleAgent" from the java class path
    Please let me know the reason for the error. Am I right in creating and executing a schedule for user defined data source? (the doucmentation never says that, for user defined datasource, I need to create a schedule and execute it!!)
    Also, after going through some of the postings in this discussion forum I understood that I need to check my java classpath from the WK$CRAWLER_DEFAULT_CONFIG table.
    In this table my the value for
    CC_JAVA_EXEC_PATH is "C:\oracle\ora92\jdk\bin\java.exe -ms16m -mx256m"
    and
    CC_JAVA_CLASS_PATH is
    "-classpath
    C:\oracle\ora92\jdbc\lib\classes12.zip;

    C:\oracle\ora92/lib/xschema.jar;
    C:\oracle\ora92/ultrasearch/bin;
    C:\oracle\ora92/ultrasearch/lib/agent/"
    Do I need to change any of these values? If so, what changes should I make and how should I make those changes?
    NOTE THAT I AM USING THE DATABASE VERSION OF ULTRASEARCH.
    Thanks in advance,
    Amit Sangle

    Hi All,
    I would appreciate any help that I get regarding this post.
    If anyone has run the Sample crawler Agent please let me know the steps needed to make it work. I have followed the steps mentioned in the readme file here:
    http://otn.oracle.com/docs/products/ultrasearch/doc_library/ultrasearch9_2/sample_agent_readme.htm
    Are there any other configurations that I need to do? Am I missing something? Please let me know.

  • Problem with user defined selection-screens

    Hi,
    in my case, i have a default selection screen and a user defined selection screen. Now, after selecting a radio button in default selection screen, the user defined selection screen is called. after executing it report output is displayed. now if i press f3 (back) it is going to default selection screen. here my requirement is, when i press f3 it should go to the user defined selection.
    Can u plz help me solve this.
    bye n regards
    sree

    Any modifications to screen 1000 will be lost the next time the program is generated.
    When the user hits the back key from the report output, your ABAP is restarted just like when you originally started it.  That is why you are getting the default selection screen again.
    Use the AT USER-COMMAND event.  When BACK is hit from the report, use the SUBMIT command to re-execute the program, passing it the selections from the default selection screen.  Leave out the RETURN option.
    For help on filling the selection screen during SUBMIT, help is available at

    Hello,
    You must have defined user command for the radio button. This is not required. Just try putting it in at selection screen. AT SELECTION-SCREEN ON RADIOBUTTON GROUP rgp1.
    the moment the user clicks the radio button it will go to this event and call the screen. Just use AT SELECTION-SCREEN.

  • User Defined Field

    In Item Master Data ( General Tab)  an Option is available as  <b>Excisable</b>
    Under neth Specified as Material Type :<b>1. Finished Goods
                                                              2. Capital Goods
                                                              3. Raw Materials</b> which are Predefined.
    Now can we Have a provision as <b>Define New</b> in this Box.
    If I would like to add with the Help of User Defined Field process will it be help ful can  any body guide me.

    User Defined Fields can be managed by choosing User Defined Fields and Manage User Defined Fields from the Tools menu. I'm not sure about yours but on our system the UDFs we use are under the Marketing Documents tab.
    Click Marketing Documents and Title. Make the Title row highlighted in yellow and click ADD. It is then up to you what you call your UDFs. Make sure they are in the correct format (Alphanumeric etc)

  • 11.1.3 - Reporting - User Defined Member Lists

    I exported a report from our production environment which is version 9.3.1 and imported into our development environment which is version 11.1.3 via Workspace and the user defined member list was not imported. Is there a way to have them included when reports are exported or do they have to recreated after they are imported?
    Edited by: DPA1101 on Apr 8, 2010 11:55 AM

    I'm running 11.1.1.3 and just ran into some problems with user-defined lists and found out that, for reports using Essbase as the source, the lists are stored as txt files in the database directory. So exporting the reports will never include the lists. You would need to copy the files from one server to the other. There are at least 3 files. Two of them are like indexes. The third contains XML with the actual list.
    We're just starting to play with user lists so I haven't figured out if the naming convention I'm seeing is consistent everywhere. In my case, I have a file named ADMDir.txt. This has a single entry that points to another file. That file contains the list names and references to the files that contains the list (in xml).
    I hope this helps.
