3rd party remittance issue

Hi,
We accidentally deleted a 3PR posting document (which was in created status, not yet posted). The status of the posting in remittance reconcilliation report for the corresponding evaluation run was 'being posted'.
Now when we are trying to run create remittance posting for any other remittance evaluations, we get the error ' No entry in table T51R6_FUNDINFO for remiitance key 81818'
I reckon that due to deletion of the posting doc the details of remittance key/symbolic accnt were removed from the table T51R6_FUNDINFO.
How can we remove this error? Also is it possible to recover the deleted posting document in PCP0 or the associated remittance amounts?

Hi,
I checked the Feature PPMOD, the employee subgrouping was maintained correctly. And also the acount assigment was also maintained for this employee grouping.

Righr now when we try to do 3rd party remittance we always has this error "No entry in T52EK for key /404 F or Q"

    Yes. I did assigned everything correctly.. I found error message in the program - I just replaced Z to Q and everything is working right now.

  • 3rd Party Remittance Posting Error - No Posting Document Created (ECC 6.0)

    Hello Everyone,
    When running 3rd Party Remittance process, the system does not create a posting document to be released/posted in PCP0.  In PCP0, Run Type:  TP -posting thrid-party remittance does not exist.  Also, the T51R* tables are not updating properly as well when I execute the 3rd party processes.
    I've compared configuration from the old to the new system and it appears to be okay.  I need some assistance to figure out this issue.  Can someone give some advice on how to resolve my issue.
    Fyi...we run the following processes:
    PC00_M99_U500 - Evaluation Run
    PC00_M10_URMU- Store Evaluation Run
    PC00_M99_URMUP- Create Posting Run
    PCP0 - Process Posting Run
    Since we are not using the new Evaluation Run program(PC00_M99_URME), do we need to deactivate it to use the old evaluation run (PC00_M99_U500)? 
    Your advice will be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your suggestion.  My configuration was correct.  The issue was a system issue in which was forwarded to SAP for immediate attention.  To correct my issue, I had to apply SAP Note 1039104 - GEN:  No Posting run number for 3PR posting run (RPURMP00).

    Would anyone let me know the process to reverse the 3rd Party Remittance document in HR. The current stage is- we had released the documents to FI side, and now we have already reversed the FI Side documents.
    While running the RPCIPR00 program, it is giving us the message -
    Job started                                                            
    Step 001 started (program RPCIPR00, variant &0000000000003, user ID FCALLCSCHR1)
    It is possible to reverse in a different period than which was posted in
    _Partially acknowledged posting runs cannot be deleted/undone/reversed._
    Spool request (number 0000020044) sent to SAP printer LOCL
    Remittance posting run 0000002792 cannot be deleted/undone/reversed.
    Job finished                 
    We are still not successfull to delete the 3rd party

    maintain the follow ing tables
    V_T52EL maintian the symbol for the wage types
    V_T52ek maintian the symbolic account for that wage type
    and maitnian the feature F or c whether it goes to balance sheet or expenses
    it goest to expenses
    so check the tcode OBYG here for that chart of accounts assign ur wage type for G/L account

  • Third party remittance issue - no documents created

    When I am excuting Third party remittance for an employee I am getting status as: Evaluated! no documents created. When I checked in PCP0, the document is created. After checking the status in PCP0 I am executing 3rd party payroll and below log is displayed:
    Remittance evaluation run 9999999999
    Status                                   Evaluated ! No documents created
    Personnel number selected: 1
    Personnel number evaluated 1
    personnel number rejected 0
    personnel number skipped 0
    Number of errors 0
    No of warnings  0
    Can an one please help me on this issue.

    The employee payroll has been successful. Post payroll execution we have done FI Posting and document has been created for the posting which we have checked through PCP0.

  • 3rd Party Sales Issue

    Dear Guru's
    We have a process for creating 3rd Party Sales Order which use the standard TAS item category. SO is created and we then manually create a Purchase Order based on the Pur Req created when the Sales Order was saved. This all works fine. When we get the Vendors Invoice we post the Invoice via MIRO, again this is OK when the qty matches the Sales Order qty. If the vendor part delivers ie 10 out of 20, when the Sales Order Billing document is created, the Status of the Sales Order is set to Complete. Read some of the threads it would appear it should go to BILLED until the last Vendor Invoice comes in.
    Has anyone got any thoughts on what the problem might be, or is this a SAP standard issue?

    I am a bit confused now.
    The process we have is to Create Sales Order with Item cat TAS and then link to a 3rd party PO. At the point the SO line Status is "Open". So Qty is 10
    If I then us MIRO to create a GR-IV for a Partial Qty IE 5 and Half the Value of the SO. This works OK and the SO Line Status is still "Open".
    Then Using VF01 to Create a Billing Doc, the Bill Doc is created with a Qty of 5 and the correct Value. However, the SO line Status has now changed to "Completed", even though I still have 5 Outstanding.
    If I then do the remaining GR-IV the SO line Status changes again to "In Progress" and upon creation of Billing Doc changes again to "Completed".
    Its the first part that cause me an Issue as we run several reports based on the Status and these Part Invoiced once show as Complete. As we still have material to deliver I would expect the Status to stay as Open or In Progress and not "Completed".
    Do you know if this is Standard SAP and If so is there a work around?

    Microsoft have chosen to use their own proprietary and incompatible syncing methods to sync their own operating systems. It stands to reason you'd be able to sync a Windows Mobile-based phone with a Windows desktop OS.

    You haven't got to. Nokia provides their own support via a free iSync Plugin for that phone here:

    If you're having problems with that, then Nokia are the people to contact - not Apple. But from your other post it appears you're having problems with installing it, not using it, and that's most likely because you've moved iSync.

  • Macbook pro 5. 4 3rd party hdd issues

    I know everyone who have macbook pro 5.4(Mid 2009, 2.53Ghz) trying 3rd party hdd(such as Segate and Western Digital Scorpio black) or SSD have a problems like 1. can't install SL or lion 2. occasional freezes every 7-8 seconds and etc.
    The last solution I saw on the other discussion forum was downgrading the EFI firmware from 1.7 to 1.6.
    Without downgrading EFI firmware to 1.6,
    I'm wondering if Hitachi Travelstar 5K750(5400rpm, SATA2) or 5K500.B(5400rpm, SATA2) or 7K500(7200rpm, SATA2) - any of this is going to work on my MBP 5.4.
    Does anyone with those Hitachi HDDs have a problem?

  • IOS 8.1.2 and 3rd party keyboard issues still happening

    We've had at least three updates to iOS 8 and 3rd party keyboards are still broken. The keyboard reverts back to the standard version randomly, it reverts back when texting from the lock screen, sometimes it freezes completely. I've tried three different keyboards and it happens on all of them. How is this still going on???

    This is beyond annoying at this point. One of the reasons I went with the iPhone was their supposed commitment to third party keyboards. I loathe the stock one. It's awful. You missed the spotlight bug. I can never remember where my apps are in folders, and it's difficult to use spotlight without a keyboard!
    Fix this Apple, or offer some sort of compensation. Android keyboards work just fine.

  • Issue in 3rd Party Remittance to FI Posting

    I am trying to run the Third Part remittance posting run and i am getting the issue "3rAccount with the following search key was not found: 1000HRFB039"
    while running i am getting 2 line items,
    1, Amount credit posted to Vendor account and debit posted to Techinal account (HRA).
    2, Amount credit posted to Techinal account and for Debit i have assigned the GL in HRF and for this i got the above mentioned issue.
    I checked in T030, V_T52EL and V_T52EZ, all entries are maintained. Please help me to resolve the issue.

    I am trying to run the new third party posting program. I keep getting the following message and no warning message.

    This is the first time we are running this in our implementation. I have made sure all P3PR switches are flipped. Please help.

  • 3rd party memory issues

    Hi all,
    Hope someone can help. Recently bought two 1gb sticks of ram to max out my PB. Kingston brand turned out to be the value ram and only found out after i started having problems that i should not use it. Returned and got Centon sticks but still getting the same freezes and kernel panics as i did with the Kinston memory. Working with Centon support at the moment but they are slow to reply with a solution. Is Centon also no good . On my third memtest of both sticks but everything always passes all tests. I'm I stuck buying inflated Apple branded memory or is there a brand that actually works.
    To sum up the problem, most of the time I get random freezes. Once in a while a kernel panic, but that generally occurs after a reboot from a hard freeze. If I pull the sticks out and reseat they are fine for anywhere from half-hour to as much as 3 hours. But even that is random. Duration of runtime without crash is not in any way consistant. I seems to happen most often with memory intensive programs such as Photoshop, however it's happened
    right after startup as well. If I reinsert the OEM sticks (2-512 mb) everything works fine. No issue at all.
    Hope someone has a good solution!

    And memory according to manual should be PC4200 533mhz DDR2.

  • 3rd Party Remittance? Debit Balance

    Earlier this year we had a correction to a union due which resulted in a negative $1 payment to the union, so in other words a refund to us.  For that payperiod, this transaction was the only financial activty for that union. Needless to say we couldn't cut a -$1 check to the vendor.
    In subsequent payrolls the negative $1 has not been netted from payments to the union. Is there a config set up I am missing or a process that I need to know of?

    There is no standard config available for this.
    I think the answer is in your question. If there no activity for that union ( I assume vendor) then until now system didn't find any transaction to offset $1.

  • Submitting 3rd party payment garnishments via ACH file format

    Our Payroll Services is required by leglistation to submit child support garnishments electronically.  We wish to submit the employee garnishment details in an ACH file format.
    Do we have the ability to specifiy which details from IT0194 and IT0195 get created in the ACH file?  If so how?
    I have not been able to find this solution in configuration or a user exit.  Is a customization required or a BADI?
    We have been able to generate a Remittance Table  from the 3rd Party Remittance Evaluation Run, but it shows a number of unnecessary and blank fields.  We need other data, such as the Case Identifier Number, Employee Name, SSN, Status, Vendor ID, Order Type, Deduction $ Amount, etc...

    A couple of more questions:
    1. You mention PMW calls a function module which retrieves the HR info and fills the addenda garnishment info.  Which function module is this? 
    2. You suggest we copy the standard format ACH and modify it.  Which one is the "standard" and how do we modify it?  Does this involve a user exit? Or is it just the configuration steps mentioned above?  Can you provide more specific instructions on the config?
    3.  Can we produce multiple emplooyee garnishment info detailed records in one ACH file or is it one ACH file per employee?
    4.  About how long would this take to configure and set up?
    5.  We are able to generate an ACH CCD file, but we cannot get the SSN or Case ID to appear.  Instead of these details, we seem to receive an SAP system generated HR ID for the record.
