400 minutes subscription

I paid $199 hk dollar this morning for 400 minutes. I started to call but it won't allow me. It said I don't have enough minutes. Where's my 400 minutes?

With subscriptions you purchase minutes per month, meaning if by 40 minutes subscription then you can call UK for 400 minutes per month.
You can't purchase the exact same subscription more than once in the same month, but you can purchase additional minutes like 120minutes subscription.

    I used up the 400 minutes really fast because I haven't spoken to my wife in a while. Now, on my Skype account page it said that this subscription "Renews on Feb 14, 2012". I can't wait until Feb 14 to speak to my wife again so I bought the subscription again. However, the 400 minutes didn't get credited to my account. I made a call and it used up my Skype credit.     I just bought a 25GBP Credit (Skype Credit) and I also bought a 400 minutes subscription (Mobile and Landlines) for the United Kingdom and I was wondering how it will work? 
    I'm calling from Jordan to United Kingdom and I want to know if the skype credit should run out till my subscription (the minutes) start to decrease or I will get to choose between using skype credit or subscription minutes or what?

    Your account shows that you were using the Thailand Unlimited mins 3 months Subscription which is no longer available to new or returning users. The best option I can see is the 400 minutes monthly Subscription @$4.99/month compared to the €11,25/quarter you were paying for your old one. You could also encourage your Thai contacts to install Skype on their computers/devices so your calls would be free and with video! We have many thousands of customers in Thailand.

    I purchased subscription for Bangladesh 400 minutes 1 month. After finishing all minutes of my subscription before expiry date I purchased the same subscription and it was delivered. Transaction no. ****************820. But unfortunately minutes were not added at that time. Account shows that subscription renews on 11 April. Today is 11 April but as yet munites are not available. What does it mean? Please help. Thanks.

    I'm American and I have a subscription for the US to make calls to my mom who can't seem to handle downloading skype... I pay $14.99 or whatever it is, a month and it has been working fine until now.  I haven't been able to call her or my son in weeks and it's a bit distressing.  My credit says .04 but my subscription 'bar' is totally green and says I have 400 minutes so what's going on? 
    Please tell me plain language how to resolve this!  Thank you!

    some how skype charged my credit card for the existing subscription which i ve been using for few months,and eventhough its charged on the fifth of april but in my account subscription minutes will be ready by eight of april.between 5-8 of april i can not use my subscription minutes.why i cant use my minutes eventhough skype charged me already for it.
    This is very disturbing,and i m looking forward to hear any good new for my situation.

    You purchased 400 minutes to be used per month not 400 minutes to be used whenever.  Just like any cell phone plan if you use up your allocated minutes for the month you cannot use the minutes for the following month instead you have to wait or pay for minutes at a premium or upgrade/change your plan.  The same goes for Skype.  If you use up your minutes for the month then you would have to use credit if you've exhausted your minutes for the month.  Billing is always done 3 days earlier most likely to ensure that service is not interrupted.   Subscription exhaustion is what caused your interruption.  Your next 400 minutes will not start until your new cycle begins which is 3 days after the billing date.   It will work like this as long as you have the subscription.  Even if you cancel the subscription the old subscription will be in effect until the current cycle ends.

    My order for India 400 minute 1 month package was delivered thru Order No 539466610 Dt Oct 17, 2011. Should have been activated effective 19th. However, not able to make any call to India. Message displayed "You have used all your month minutes........"

    The minutes of your subscription reset on the 20th of each month, at around 3:30 Pm GMT time. I can see they have been reset by now.

    I had a suscription for 400-minute  Mexico 400 mins to landlines 12 months which didn't renew because my credit card was canceled and so the automatic charge didn't happen. 
    Today I am trying to renew the suscription but I cannot find the same plan.  I see one that says 400 to landline+cell, but it is ridiculously expensive.  About $40/month whereas last year I paid about $170 for the whole year. 
    I mean the suscription just expired today and I wanted to renew the old one. 
    Is that still possible?

    In the Unlimited North America subscription at US$ 7.99/month, calls to landlines in those 3 cities are covered, along with calls to landlines and mobiles in the USA and Canada.  Calls to any other landline in Mexico are charged at 3 US cents/minute, and calls to Mexican mobiles are 15 US cents/minute.  I didn't see anything about discounted calling to any other numbers in the Unlimited Mexico plans. 
     Q2: I have a subscription for calling the UK presently.  I am now in the UK so not needed.  Can I change the subscription over to the Mexico one or do I have to cancel and start a new subscription?
    Skype doesn't allow you to convert one subscription to another.  You would have to cancel the UK subscription, then sign up for the other subscription.

    I have a 400 min subscription to Brazil. I received an e-mail on 13th describing my payment order for this subscription. So, I believed I had 400 minutes to use. However, when a called a brazilian landline today, I was charged as I had no subscription. My account balance inform that I have spend more than 400 minutes, but I payed the subscription three days ago, I should have brand new 400 minutes to spend. Please, what is going on?

    You can check the remaining minutes of your subscription by signing in to your account in the website. On the left panel, you should be able to see the list of your active subscriptions. Click on your subscription and you should be able to see the remaining minutes on the account.

    I have Skype Premium with unlimited landline calls to Australia. I want to add the 400 minutes to mobiles/landlines to Australia for 19,99e per month. 
    My question:
    Will the 400 minutes only be allocated to Australian mobile calls as I have unlimited landline calls to Australia?

    Selected users within Australia see a different subscription offering on the Skype rates page as we are running a new revamped Skype Premium trial.
    Since your old Unlimited Australia subscription expired because of the payment method having been invalidated your only subscription offering in Australia is the new Skype Premium. Have a look at the minute packages for the new Skype Premium which might serve the purpose for you.
    UPDATE:
    I just learned that you should be able to reactivate your "old" Unlimited Australia subscription like this:
    Sign in to your account at www.skype.com/go/myaccount
    In the Account details section, select “Subscriptions”
    Please check if you see your Unlimited Australia subscription there. By clicking on „Reactivate“ you will be transferred to the payment flow for the subscription. Please see if you see the original rate again using the subscription reactivation option. 
    On the right side of the page you can see payment information. Click on „Change“ and enter new credit card details and follow the on screen instructions.

    I had bought 2 subscriptions, one for 60 minutes and one for 400 minutes, i had cancelled the 60 minutes one awhile ago but i am reading here on my skype tonight, and its saying its going to renew tomorrow, though i have cancelled it? i dont understand that, i do not want the 60 minutes to reactive tomorrow! because i had bought a bigger one, also, i wanted to purchase another 400 minutes because i have only 30 minutes left to the 400 one, but its saying it will start after the subscription ends, does that mean i have to wait even though my minutes are gone from the 400 one to be able to start using the new one that i will buy?

    Hi.  I had a 400 min. subscription to Iran which I purchased about 3 weeks ago.  It was used up today so I cancelled it and bought a new 400 min subscription.  My credit card has been charged and I received an email that shows the order is delivered.  However, it does not show my susbcription and there is a message that says my account is suspened because I have used up my minutes and I can start using free minuted on March 7.  Is there a limit on how many subscriptions one can buy per month?
