A game was advertised for $10 and they charged me $13.99 why did this happen and how can i get a refund?

i bought a game called Real Racing (world) about 4 days ago and it was advertised for $10 so i bought it and they ended up charging me $13.99 forr this game! i would like to cancel the order and get a full refund back. Is there a way this is possible?

That moves only the iTunes media, not the iTunes library (which is really kinda nebulous).
iTunes library = iTunes folder and all the media, wherever it is located.
The /Music/iTunes/ folder contains the iTunes library.itl file, which keeps track of everything in iTunes.
I do however still have the original MAIN startup drive still in the computer, it's just not the startup.
This is good you still have it.
Try this...
Hold Option and launch iTunes.
Select Choose library... and select the /iTunes/ folder on the original drive. It should be in /Users/your_user_name/Music/.
Don't mess with anything. We can get it cleared up.

You can follow these steps to save battery.
1. Turn on Auto-Brightness - The iPhone has an ambient light sensor that adjusts the brightness of the screen based on the light around it (darker in dark places, brighter when there's more ambient light) to both save battery and make it easier to see. Turn Auto-Brightness on and you’ll save battery because your screen will need to use less power in dark places.
Find it in the Settings app -> Brightness & Wallpaper -> Auto-Brightness On
2. Reduce Screen Brightness -the brighter the default setting for the screen, the more battery it requires. Keep the screen dimmer to conserve more of your battery.
Find it in Settings -> Brightness & Wallpaper
3. Stop Motion (iOS 7) -It's really cool, but it also drains battery. You may want to leave it on to enjoy the effect, but if not, turn it off this way:
Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> Reduce Motion -> move slider to green/on
4. Turn Bluetooth Off- Turn off Bluetooth except when you’re using it to squeeze more juice from your battery.
Find it in Settings -> Bluetooth -> Move Slider to Off
5. Turn Off Location Services -
This allows your phone to know where you are and give you exact driving directions, give that information to apps that help you find restaurants, and more. But, like any service that sends data over a network, it needs battery power to work. If you’re not using Location Services, and don’t plan to right away, turn them off and save some power.
Find it in Settings -> Privacy -> Location Services -> Slide to Off
6. Don't Automatically Update Apps (iOS 7)-
If you've got iOS 7, you can forget needing to update your apps by hand. There's now a feature that automatically updates them for you when new versions are released. Convenient, but also a drain on your battery. To only update apps when you want to, and thus manage your battery better:
Settings -> iTunes & App Store -> Updates -> move slider to off/white
7. Auto-Lock Sooner -
You can set your iPhone to automatically go to sleep – a feature known as Auto-Lock - after a certain amount of time. The sooner it sleeps, the less power is used to run the screen or other services. Try setting Auto-Lock to 1 or 2 minutes.
Find it in Settings -> General -> Auto-Lock -> Tap your Preference
Few more things that would consume battery even when not is use are the applications that run in background.
Follow the below steps to quit all running applications.
1) Double tap on the home button on the iPhone ( this will display all apps that are running in the back ground).
2) Just click on the tiny red X to quit application ( if iPhone is running on iOS 6 and below) else just swipe yhour finger over the running app upwards to quit ( if running on iOS7).

Using Safari, I typed "gmail" into the URL field, as I always do, and another website came up predictively from just the letters "gm". This is a website I know I have never been to, GMF, Inc. I am the only person using this computer, so I know it was not in the history from another user. In fact, I have not been able to find the GMF website anywhere in my history. Also, sometimes when I use Safari, I see little white boxes that flash, and they look like they are websites loading, but then disappearing. There was a software update that was supposed to cure "white flashes" in Safari, but it did not work in my case. What can I do? Do I have to reinstall the system software? (BTW, using OS 10.6.8 on Macbook Pro 13"). Thank you!

When I load a Flash based game site for my kids, the reload symbol spins continuously. The site slows down all browsing because of this. Why is this happening? How can I fix it? It has only started recently, in FF3.6 and in 4.

The site in question is webkinz.com, and once you log on to the game. I have tried Adblocker, and swept for sypware. I have reinstalled Flash, downgraded Flash, back to current version now. Tried in FF 3.6 and 4.

You are right about high CPU usage. It was even when playing various computer games. I don't have problems anymore. But not because I disabled all addons. I did these things:
In the Location bar, type about:config and press Enter. The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear. Click I'll be careful, I promise! to continue to the about:config page.
Search for dom.ipc.plugins.flash.disable-protected-mode in the list of preferences.
Double-click on the preference to toggle its value from false to true. (If the setting is already true it means that Flash Protected Mode is currently disabled.)
Close Firefox.
Restart Firefox.
And since then I don't have that particular problem with overloading. I just disabled some of flash protected mode. How is that related with "overloading"? Strage. Hardware acceleration I've enabled again as without it whole text field in news sites is sometimes black.

You're not obligated to insert a gift code. But you can purchase gift codes on the Apple online store (gift cards or certificates) or Apple Retail store

In a word, yes. In a little more detail.... When you restore from an iCloud backup, you must erase the device and start all over again. There is no other way to access the backup in iCloud without erasing the device. Consequently, you are starting all over again. Therefore, it would also be my assumption that Pages and Numbers will work again and that the deleting apps issues would be fixed as well.
If the documents are not in the backup, and you do not have a backup elsewhere, the documents could be gone forever.
