AAD Sync - updates to attribute and partition filter rules are not applied
The first Attribute filter rules and/or Directory Partition filters we add with a new AAD Sync Installation work fine immediately.
Any subsequent changes to the rules / new rules / removed rules / updated partition filters don't have an impact on the filtering behavior until we
reboot the AAD Sync host.
We've tried restarting the sync service, all sorts of Full Sync etc., nothing else helps.
We don't have any duplicate rules (have those regularly due to the known bug, but always remove them).
We're running AAD Sync build 1.0.0485.0222.

Thanks for your swift suggestions. We've set up a new environment now which finally works fine. We have the same issue at the customer's site where we'll verify next week (100k user accounts, filters are crucial there).
Problem seems to have been the Full Import that we didn't do or didn't do in the right place (can no longer verify since the original test environment is now gone). We were probably doing Full Synchronization instead (as suggested in
the documentation on MSDN).
Still interesting that the reboots had helped every time - they don't imply a Full Import just by themselves I assume?

Looks like the authorisation is failing due to a bad registration for some reason.
Would you be kind enough to clear out the registration to ensure we are dealing with a fresh start and no information is being used which may have become corrupt. You may do this by following this procedure;
Remove existing reg details

List /tmp/RegistrationProfile.properties file

For the release of iOS 6 last fall Apple decided to replace the Google Maps app with Apples own Maps app. That is why you are seeing these changes. A new Google Maps app was released for the iPhone but on an iPad you need to go to Google.com, select Maps and then create a Home Screen bookmark that will allow you to quickly get to Google Maps.

Updated the system and now many buttons are not working
After updating the operating system to the osx 10.9.2 I have many problem with various buttons. The main switch doesn't work when I wanted to switch the mac off. On the keyboard I can't enlarge or reduce the window screen using two fingers and so on.
Try resetting the SMC. For a Retina or unibody model, follow the procedure for "a battery you should not replace yourself."

I have updated my iOS and now my hotmail will not verify my password through apple mail app. I have reset password - tried new password and old password and it still gives me password incorrect. Hotmail works fine on Mac. Has anyone had this difficulty and been able to resolve it?
Did you try deleting the mail account, then adding it back? I've read a lot of times that is what needs to happen in order for it to work properly.

Sounds like you can't update your device. You don't mention an error that it gives you. Take a look at both of these articles to troubleshoot.

If you started your device in recovery mode by mistake, restart it to exit recovery mode. Or you can just wait—after 15 minutes the device will exit recovery mode by itself.

I tried updating my iPod, and ever since it has not worked at all. If I hold in the lock & home button, it will tell me to plug it into iTunes. Once I do that, it says it will restore but every time, restoring it fails. My iPod is not working at all, and I really have no idea what to do. It is just a black screen, and occasionally the white apple will appear as if it were turning on, but it won't turn on. I just need some suggestions on what to do!
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Zap the PRAM and Reset the SMC, then try again. If the problem remains, update to 10.6.8 and repeat.

I just updated my 4S with iOS 8.1.1 and now my screens are not proportioned correctly - just a bit to long and wide. Is there a way to adjust? Or go back to 8.1?

I rented four movies on my mac and then transfered them to my iPad, i then did an update to my iPad, now the rentals are not on my ipad nor my mac. I did not watch them and I was charged for them. How do find them and transfer back on my iPad
If you moved them to your iPad then they will have been removed from your Mac. After editing file in ACR 8.6 (Mac) , the file (NEF and XMP) modification dates are not updated
With both my Mac's, reset Photoshop C (2014) to previous version 2014.0. Now find that after editing file in ACR 8.6 (Mac) , the file (NEF and XMP) modification dates are not updated. Reloaded camera raw, etc., but still find modification dates are not updated, either using Finder or using Bridge to view dates. Editing other files, PSD, DNG, TIFF, etc., are updated and the information is correctly displayed.
Ok, not entirely sure what I did but it's now working (Bizarre!). The only thing I did was 'eject' the ACR 8.6 .dmg file from the finder side bar and restart PS CC, so that may have been where I was going wrong all along!
However, I now have another issue in that there is no preview of the shot in Finder on my iMac when I highlight the NEF file. I assume this is simply because Apple haven't yet released an update for the new D810 NEF files and so the computer doesn't know what it's looking at?!?
If anyone has any other ideas though, then I'm more than willing to listen.
