hi, I want to leap over the erro when i SUMBMIT one standard program of the system,and continue execute the coding which i writed.can anybody tell me how can i do.

Hi,
You can use submit... and return to return to the called program.If you want to execute the program even though error comes in submiting a standard program, use BDC for executing the program in mode 'N'(if tcode is attached to the program) and then check the errors.

Calling the standard program in program and getting its output in int table

Hi there,
I have a requirement, where I need to call the standard program (of transaction CJI3) in my Y program. CJI3 transaction produces a ALV GRID output. I need to use that data for further processing. I am getting following problems:
1. I tried to use SUBMIT ... EXPORTING TO MEMORY statement. I need to pass the company code for the selection, but the company code is in the dynamic selection. So not getting how to pass them.
2. Just a doubt. Can we export the ALV GRID to the memory an retrieve it back using import?
3. I did tried to use SUBMIT ..... statement using only the parameters which are on the selection screen. However the control went to CJI3 transaction and gave an error message 'Please select "from database" or "from archive" '. Did not understood that, any IDEA?
Or is there any other way with which I can accomplish my requirement of getting the data in my program to manipulate, other than SUBMIT.

point 1:
SUBMIT ... EXPORTING TO MEMORY will never work, because it displays the information in an ALV grid and that grid is waiting for user interaction for manipulating the information.
point 2:
no, you cannot export the content of an ALV grid to the memory
point 3:
must you get records in an internal table or must you feed the transaction, so that this one performs a task ?? for first option read below and for the other option you might work with BDC and Transaction Recorder.
what you have to do is read the code of transaction CJI3 in order to understand what it does, where the information is read from and what is the internal table that passes the values to the ALV Grid. You might find a user exit in the code for manipulating that information or you might create an enhancement point if there´s no user exit.

Transferring FI accounting documents from an external system into the SAP System using program RFBIBL00.
Use
You use program RFBIBL00 to enter accounting documents and to clear open items.
Method
Program RFBIBL00 primarily transfers accounting documents using the batch input method. However, you can also generate documents immediately using call transaction or direct input by means of the "Data transfer type" parameter. Both of these procedures lead to improvements in system performance when transferring large quantities of data (more than 10,000 transactions).
Object-Specific Settings
With call transaction or direct input, documents are posted immediately to the SAP System. As a result, you need to ensure that if for any reason the program is terminated, it can be restarted without inconsistencies occurring in the data.

To enhance the batch input procedure, the system offers the direct input technique, especially for transferring large amounts of data. In contrast to batch input, this technique does not create sessions, but stores the data directly. It does not process screens. To enter the data into the corresponding database tables directly, the system calls a number of function modules that execute any necessary checks. In case of errors, the direct input technique provides a restart mechanism. However, to be able to activate the restart mechanism, direct input programs must be executed in the background only. To maintain and start these programs, use program RBMVSHOW or Transaction BMV0.
Examples for direct input programs are:

My reqmt is to change the GUI status and interface of the transaction MB26. MB26 uses the report PP_PICK_LIST to execute. The current GUI status and interface are,

to change the pf status of the transaction MB26.
Now what I need to do is to change the standard program from SAPLCOWB to ZSAPLCOWB.
For it is there anyway to change in the enhancement like the pf status or can we change in the standard program PP_PICK_LIST.
I used sy-repid also, but its giving me a dump. So provide a solution other than that.

You can use a System Field SY-CPROG which gives you the Program Name.
This Varibale can be used to change the Program Name.
Try this Hope this will help you.
But i think this you would using to only call the PF-STATUS of this New Z Program.

Error While executing the Standard Program RSEINB00

Hi,
I am trying to execute the Standard Program RSEINB00.
The input parameters for this program are
1. File path along with name
2. Port.
File path I am giving the application server directory along with the filename.
For port. i have created a port in WE21.
For both outbound parametes I selected the Physical directory and gave directory name and file name in both tabs and saved the port definition.
Now I am passing the port to the RSEINB00 program.
it is giving an error File cannot be opened.
Can any one help me on this. Can someone guide me how to use RSEINB00 to read file from application server.

I think,you missed out some steps while creating Port.so please follow the below steps to resolve the issue.
we21->click on your port number->outbound file tab->function module: EDI_PATH_CREATE_MESTYP_DOCNUM.
outbound file: give file name .txt.
and give the physical directory : /usr/sap/.......................................txt and save.
and click on 'ACESS TEST' button and check any error is coming.
go to outbound trigger tab-> give RFC destination name which we have created under a port in SM59.
and one more important thing is check your unicode status is active or not.

Append structures. but,it is not possible to change key of the existing of table .

How to find the Standard Program associated with a Standard IDOC

I am going work on enhancing the standard IDOC. Any body can suggest how to find a standard pogram associated with a Standard IDOC. And can any body send some exaple code for extending a standard IDOC and to implement the logic in the standard program .....

For outbound IDoc the program can be found:
1) For master IDoc via transaction BD60. Here for the message type you can find the function module used to generate the IDoc. Within this function module you can find the user exit where you can code your logic.
2) For IDocs with message control (output control) we maintain settings for proces code in WE41. This process code will lead to outbound IDoc generation program.
For Inbound IDoc the program can be found:
Via WE42 where inbound process and its related inbound function module is maintained.
In each cases above we can go the function module and find the customer exit where idoc enhancement logic can be coded.

It can be summarized as follows:
Enter transaction WE30 (ALE->Extension-> IDOC types->Maintain Idoc type)
- Type in your name of the extended IDOC type (usually starting with 'Z') and click on the Basic IDoc type, click the create icon.
- Click on Create new and enter a description and press enter.
- Click on ZIDOCTYPE01 and then on the Create icon.
- Enter ZIDOCTYPE as the segment type, click on Segment Editor.
- Enter a description for your segment type and create.
- Enter a description for your segment, enter each field required in your IDoc and press enter to validate.
- Save and generate, press back
- To release the segment choose Goto, Release from the menu.
- Check the box on the line of your segment.
- Save, back and enter.
- Your Idoc type structure should be displayed with your new segment.
- Save and back.
- To release the Idoc type choose Extras, Release type from the menu and Yes.

To implement code in Form exits you have to get the Access key, Your Admin/Basis can help you get the access key. Other way around is to use the implicit enhancement option.

Assets upload: Deactivation Date is not available in the Standard Program

I am trying to use the standard program for Assets upload,RAALTD01. But, the field de-activation date (ANLA-DEAKT) is not available for mapping. This is the only field am missing out of more than 200 fields involved in the upload. What would be the best approach inorder that I can use LSMW and at the same time map this deactivation date field ; provided we are not using the Recording method.

Can the standard program RFBIBL00 be run as a background job ?

Hi all,
Can the standard program RFBIBL00 be run as a background job for the call transaction mode.
As I tried I got the job cancelled with message"Job RFBIBL00: Data does not match the job definition; job terminated".
As i run it in foreground it executes properly.
Why is it failing in background? Please help.

You need to copy the program RFBIBL00 & modify the program to build the logic to upload through application server. Then schedule the modified program in background & it wl work.

It is not possible to do this in the transaction AS91. When you are doing the take over during a fiscal year you have to go from the tab Asset values to Transactions and fill in there the ttype for deactivation.
Other wise you have to create a LSMW that is doing this deactivation after the upload

How to change call to the function module in the standard program

My requairment is to create the new Z function module ZJ_1B_IM_NF_DOCUMENT_FUNCTION in the MM07MFJ1 program.
I have created the Z Funtion module,
plz provide me the info how to change the call to the new custom FM from the standard program.
Points will be given to the ans.

You use SE38 to change out the code. When you try and change it you will get a popup asking you for a Key, since you are changing SAP Code. If you have a Developers key you have to go to the SAP Service Marketplace and tell SAP that you are changing this code in order to get they key. After this every time you do support packs you run the risk of this getting overlaid and you will have to change it back, also if you have a problem and SAP sees that you customized this code they probably won't spend any time on your problem.

Creating enhancement spot in the standard program

Can we create our own enhancement spot in the standard program?

Yes you can create your own enhancement point. But SAP should have provided the space to create it.
In every standard program SAP has provided some spaces to create your own enhancement points.
In order to check these spots
Click on the ICON looks like Masquito coil just left to the syntax check icon then go to the following path
EDIT->Enhancement operation->Show Implicit enhancements.
when you select that path it will show you the implicit enhancements with doble commas
right click on that and select Enhancement operation->Create
