Absturz nach Laden der Website (zu große Speicherbelastung)
Guten Tag,
ich bin dabei meine eigene Homepage zu programmieren. Dabei habe ich ein Dokument, in dem eine Bilder-Diashow dargestellt wird. Dort sind zu Zeit nur 4 Bilder in einem <div>-Element eingebunden und werden nach der Reihe eingeblendet. Alle vier Bilder zusammen sind gerade mal 5 MB groß. Nach dem Laden meiner Seite mit der Diashow stürzt der Firefox einfach ab. Die Ursache scheint daran zu liegen, dass der Firefox zu viel Arbeitsspeicher verwendet. Wenn ich meine Bilder-Diashow-Website öffne, belegt Firefox mit einem Mal fast 200 MB mehr. Woher kommt das? Auf der Diashow-Seite sind NUR die benannten 4 Bilder eingebunden. Ich habe den Fehler mittels des Crash-Reporters übermittelt.
Ich habe bereits zum Test die Bilder-Diashow-Seite mit dem Internet Explorer geöffnet, dort wird allerdings nicht so viel Arbeitsspeicher belegt und es gibt auch kein Absturz.
Ich hoffe Sie können mir weiterhelfen.

hab sowohl grafikkartetreiber deinstalliert und aktualisiert wie auch soundkartentreiber - ohne Erfolg, Problem bleibt.
Hatte auch zwischen der Zeit, in der Premiere noch super funktioniert hat und heute keine Video- und Soundtreiberveränderungen vorgenommen.
Ein kompletter Scan mit Sophos Antivir ergab keine Treffer.

beim öffnen der Internetseite von Hotmail.de kommt immer folgende Meldung "Safari kann die Identität der Website nicht verfizieren".
Habe meine Software schon aktualisiert auf meinen MacBook und auch schon unter dem Zertifikat geschaut. Leider habe ich momentan überhaupt keine Ahnung mehr wo dran es liegen kann....
Vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen der schon einmal das gleiche Problem hatte?

Ich habe es versucht, weil in einem ähnlichen Fall jemand schrieb, dass hier auch Mitarbeiter mitlesen. Ich hatte hatte dort die Antwort eines Mitarbeiters so verstanden, dass er das Lizenzproblem lösen konnte. Deshalb habe ich es auch mal versuchen wollen. Habe ich wohl missverstanden. -

Wie neuinstalliert? Aus einer Sicherung migriert oder komplett neu installiert vom Originaldatenträger? (Migration funktioniert nie bei Adobe-Programmen!) -

Premiere Pro CS4 Absturz nach Projekterstellung
Hallo zusammen,
ich nutze Premiere Pro CS4. Dummerweise macht es seit einiger Zeit permanent den selben Absturz durch:
Sobald man nach dem Start der Software die beiden Menüs zur Projekterstellung ordnungsgemäß durchgegangen ist und auf seine Projektwünsche angepasst hat, lädt das Programm das neue Projekt, reagiert dann aber nicht mehr.
So weit ich das sehen kann hängt es dabei, die automatisch erstellete, leere Sequenz in das Schnittfenster zu laden. Sie ist oben links im Importfenster zu sehen, jedoch eben nicht im Schnittfenster.
Wenn man irgend etwas anklick, wird der gesamte Fensterinhalt weiß und Windows hängt dem Programm im Taskmanager ein (keine Rückmeldung) an.
Ich hab das ganze CS4 schon deinstalliert, dann mit Ccleaner Reste in der Registrierung entfernt und neu installiert - leider ohne Erfolg, der Fehler bleibt.
In diesem Zustand lässt sich nicht mit arbeiten.

Acrobat Reader XI Absturz nach Vorherige Ansicht Button

der Acrobat Reader XI stürzt jedesmal ab, wenn der Vorherige Ansicht Button geklickt wird.
Es soll hier in ein vorheriges verlinktes Dokument gesprungen werden.
Wird die Tastenkombination alt + nach-links-Taste benutzt, funktioniert es wunderbar.
Die Funktion fehlte übrigens in der Version X (oder sie war sehr gut versteckt), nachdem diese Funktion bis zur Version 9 ohne Probleme funktionierte.
So gesehen sind die Versionen X und XI aus meiner Sicht nicht wirklich Weiterentwicklungen und der Spruch einem geschenkten Gaul schaut man nicht ins Maul stimmt nur bedingt.

zunächtsmal möchte ich mich im voraus für mein mittelmässiges Deutsch entschuldigen, falls Ihnen etwas Eigenartiges vorkommt liegt es daran, dass ich seit Jahren immer nur noch am "Versuchen" bin, Deutsch zu sprechen/lesen/schreiben. Die meisten Deutschen finden einen netten Weg, das zu übersehen, vielleicht Sie ja auch!
Könnten Sie mir etwas Näheres über dieses Problem beschildern, und zwar:
- Betriebssystem-Version komplett mit evt. "sp's" (service patches) beschreiben
- sind ältere Versionen von Reader oder Acrobat präsent auf Ihr System?
- wäre es möglich mir "offline" (email o.Ä.) die zwei Dateien zukommenzulassen, woauf dieses Problem sich 100% der Zeit vorkommt
- wäre es ausserdem mögich die genauen Schritten zu Beschreiben, die unmittelbar vor dem Crash kommt? Oben beschreiben Sie ja eine Tastenkombination, die zum Absturz führt, aber es wäre auch interessant - insbesondere wenn das Problem NICHT 100% immer vorkommt - zu wissen, welche andere Werkzeuge, Funktionen, Vorgänge usw vorhergekommen sind.
Können Sie mir ausserdem sagen oder erklären, was dieser Satz bedeutet: "So gesehen sind die Versionen X und XI aus meiner Sicht nicht wirklich Weiterentwicklungen und der Spruch einem geschenkten Gaul schaut man nicht ins Maul stimmt nur bedingt." Meinen Sie, weil Sie ja diesen Absturz erlebt haben, dass dies die vielen neuen Funktionen, neue UI, neue Tools, usw, in Reader X und Reader XI für Sie völlig negiert sind?

Premiere Pro CC Absturz nach dem Begrüßungsbildschirm
Habe mir nur Premiere Pro CC 2014 gemietet und nun schon zweimal neu Installiert. Egal was ich mache das Programm stürzt nach dem Begrüßungsbildschirm ab, egal ob ich ein neues Projekt oder ein altes lade. Die Vorgängerversion lief einwandfrei.
Das ganze ist auf einem Laptop mit i3 Dual Core und 4Gb Arbeitsspeicher Installiert Windows 7 Home Premium SP1. Hat einer ne Idee? Bekomme keine Fehlermeldung oder ähnliches angezeigt.
Auf meinem zweiten Rechner mit nem Ärmlichen AMD 5200+ Dualcore und 2gb Arbeitsspeicher Läuft das Programm einwandfrei.Grafiktreiber. Ist zwar nur geraten, aber trifft 99% der Zeit zu...

Eingabe der Seriennummer nach Ablauf der Testversion nicht möglich

leider kann ich die Maske nicht finden, wo ich meine Seriennummer eingeben kann.
Ich habe mir erst die Testversion von Lightroom geholt und möchte nun die Seriennummer eingeben.
Kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben, wo ich diese eingeben kann?
Ich nutze kein Abo, sondern habe die Kaufversion letztes Jahr gekauft und möchte sie nun gerne auch auch meinem Macbook nutzen.

vielen Dank für die schnelle Antwort und Entschuldige bitte die verspätete Rückmeldung. Ich habe mich durch diene Anregung erst einmal schlau gemacht ob es unter Mac OSX so etwas gibt wie eine Registry, dem ist nicht so.
Habe lightroom deinstalliert und anschliessend einen Neustart mit bereinigung des Systemcaches durchgeführt. Danach Lightroom von der DVD Installiert noch einmal einen Neustart durchgeführt und Lightroom gestartet, nach der Eingabe der Seriennummer erscheint wieder der Grüne Haken und wenn ich dann auf fertigstellen Klicke schließt sich wieder das Fenster und nichts passiert mehr.
Hat also Leider nicht funktioniert.
Werde mich noch mal an den Verkäufer wenden denn im Angebot stand nichts von einer Oem Version!

P E mußte nach Ausfall der SSD neu aufgespielt werden. Jetzt soll ich das Programm erneut kaufen.
die SSD (mit Photoshop Elements) in meinem "neuen" PC war kürzlich defekt. sie wurde im Rahmen der Gewährleistung ausgetauscht und Photoshop Elements neu aufgespielt. Heute teilt mir das Programm mit, es sei auf einem zweiten PC (der ja noch immer der erste ist) aufgespielt und müsse neu gekauft werden. Wie kann das Problem gelöst werden?

Absturz nach Speed Grade Bearbeitung
Ich arbeite momentan mit der Testversion von Premiere Pro 8.0.0. Sobald ich die Bilder in Speed Grade bearbeitet habe und ins PP zurück importiere, crasht das Programm, wenn ich mit dem Cursor auf Clips in der Timeline klicke. Ist dieses Problem bekannt? Liegt es womöglich an der Testversion oder ist der Fehler woanders zu suchen (z.B. inkompatibler Codec)? Danke.

Absturz nach Aufruf "Bild - Einstellungen"
Sobald ich im Photoshop 7.0.1. den Menubefehl "Bild-Einstellungen" angewählt habe, springt mir der Cursor auf die Pipette und ich kann keinen weiteren Befehl mehr eingeben. Es bleibt mir nichts andere mehr übrig, als Photoshop mittels Taskmanager abzuwürge.
Meine Version Photoshop 7.0.1. habe ich erst von zwei Wochen gekauft und unter Windows 2000 SP 3 installiert.

versuch mal, die Datei "Adobe Photoshop 7 Prefs.psp" zu loeschen. Die findest du unter C>Dokumente und Einstellungen>dein benutzername>Anwendungsdaten (das ist ein versteckter Ordner, also wenn du ihn nicht siehst, per WinExplorer einblenden lassen)>Adobe>Photoshop>7.0>Einstellungen oder settings. Photoshop darf nicht laufen wenn du die Datei loescht.

Hi, I have updated my iTunes on the Mac to version 11.1. Since then, several songs that I had backed up on iTunes Match in the cloud, are no longer playable. The error message: "This computer is for playing xxx would not enabled, enable it.?" (Don't know the exact words in english, but it's the translation from german...) However, the entry of AppleID and password does not work.
It is noteworthy that the songs before updating to iTunes 11.1 (Mac) during a change were downloaded from the cloud and all prepared no problems at all. -
