Account blocked and no refund

Now you would think this would be simple. I have a Skype account, I have bought credit and a UK telephone number. I have amde two calls and now my account is blocked for ´security reasons´. OK, who knows my account may have been hacked but its not me. I have emailed customer support 5 times to ask why and, as they are refusing to provide the service, to refund my payment.
This is the answer I get every time
"Unfortunately, as we have explained to you before, it is not possible to restore your Skype account. We have applied restrictions to protect Skype users. Please refer to our Terms of Use to avoid this to happen in the future.  http://www.skype.com/en/legal/tou/ We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding." I dont get anything more.
Fair enough but refund my money or credit it to another account. don´t just steal it! This has now become a principle rather than just the money which I can recover via Paypal and I won´t give in until it is sorted honourbly and honestly, I hate being ripped off!

The same thing has happened to me, I also phoned and spoke to a real person........
All I got was another copy of the same form which I have filled 15 times before and I then filled it in yet again (now 2 weeks ago) still no reply and no original skype account that has my skype credit on it.
One very unhappy and telling everyone I can about this user. I have now opened yet another skype account so I can keep in contact with friends, but will not be upgrading tp premium or putting any money on account..... back to basics for me 8(

    I had this really old skype account, I believe I created it when they released skype, but I had like 7 contacts or less, and used it like once a month, sometimes once a year, I don't know. But I used msn messenger a lot, and my account was really old aswell, and when they merged it with skype, I had to merge my accounts, so that's what I did. but at that time, it was so complicated, you had like two contact lists, on the same software you could send messages as a messenger account, or a skype account, to messenger or skype contacts, and it was really not user friendly, it was impossible to use, even tried to clean my list, deleting duplicated entries, people i never talked to, but still didn't do it, so once again, I abandoned skype and went to facebook. so last year I went away and wanted to do a video call to my girlfriend, so we installed skype. I didn't remember what account name I should use, or wich password was correct, and for some reason my account got blocked. i'm not even sure that i entered a wrong password, but it got blocked anyway. when i tried to retrieve it, said i had to contact support and cmon, to reset your password you have to contact support???? no thanks, decided not to use skype again, and made a video call with facebook.  but as of this week, I wanted to make a video call from my android phone, and decided to give skype another go, people told me that it was a good video app, so why not. and there was i trying to retrieve my password, when i ran through this form to fill with a lot of irrelevant information: if i "used credit card to pay for a skype service or if i used paypal." how the hell should i remember a thing i did once in my life and many years ago? i don't know if i used credit card or paypal, how should i know wich credit card i used? ok, next field: "what email address you provided when you registered." ok, when i registered my first skype account, or my messenger email wich i merged later? because i don't know what email i was using back when they launched skype, ffs. so i put my messenger email and procceeded. next question, when did i create my skype account (year AND month). again, my old account, or the one i merged later? and how the hell should i freaking now the year or even the month i created it??? was like centuries ago, cmon!!?! next question, "provide five names that are in your contact list." heck, I had hundreds of people on my messenger, wich i often deleted and replaced, and barely 5 or 7 contacts on skype, wich i never used, and when they merged, i reorganized my list, so i had no idea wich list they were talking about, or who was on it. next question, "what is the total cost of a recent order that you have made." you're kidding, right? next, on what date did you place the recent order (dd/mm/yy)? ... next, "please provide two phone numbers that you have recently called or contacted using skype." god, i tried to order a pizza once, and i called my mother another time, but how am i supposed to remember wich pizza place, and if i called mother at home, work, cellphone 1, 2, or what? jesus. I answered the other questions properly, but apparently they 'don't have enough information to retrieve my account" thanks microsoft. I really wanted to use that account, since it's linked with my microsoft email, wich is also my xbox live account, and some other stuff, and I don't want to have 2 ms addresses, but ok, i really needed to make a video call, so i tried to create another account. I was on my pc trying to solve this problem, so I opened skype website and clicked create account. luckily (or is it?) there was an option to create account with facebook, so that's what I did. and when I went to my phone to login, bam, no option to log in with facebook, and when you create an account that way, you just don't have a name or password to log in on your mobile. good job ms! thanks for ruining my day, and good luck beating apple, google or facebook when you keep treating your costumers like **bleep**.  

    I've recently noticed that my skype account has been blocked. I don't know what the issue is. I have the password, but it won't let me make calls. I have cash on the account too. But now it is requesting me to fill in forms. What year did I set up my account? 10 years ago or so, maybe 11, maybe 9, 8, 7, not sure. What card did I use to last put money on it.... not sure, it was about a year ago, debit or credit? Can't remember. But out of the 10 questions, I seem to have got one wrong, but it won't tell me which one. I have asked customer service for help, but the genius just asked me to refill in the form. I did again, same issue, something wrong (waiting for 24 hours for failure notification on both occasions) I've asked him to point out what is wrong, but genius refuses to. Honestly, a pathetic customer service experience. 0/100 score. Just some autogenerated BS from India. I've had to now set up an entirely new Skype account. So warning, if your account is blocked, don't bother with customer service. They are useless. Just set up a new account and forget about what ever cash is on your account. Thanks Skype!!

    Skype Blocked all my Accounts and keeps blocking any new Accounts which I try to open.I had made two subscriptions for India Unlimited Plan and One subscription for World Unlimited Plan.It was going fine for a persiod of two months and then all of a sudden Skype communications blocked all my accounts.
    First time they told me that u have exceeded the 6 hour limit calling time on your accounts by a few seconds and then they told me to open new accounts n when I opened new accounts they blocked them as well and told me that we can 't restore yur new accounts as yur computer network which u use is on a Filter coz' it has been fraudulently previously.
    Skype ate away my money and has given me a lot of distress.Making people communicate is a noble job but Skype is harrasing its users and committing RAPE with this job of theirs.
    This was the only good means of communication for me to communicate overseas but ,alas, even this has ended.

  • G/L Account Blocked and Return to vendor should be done

    hi all
    i have a scenario where i need some solution.
    two years before user created a PO with some G/L account and one year before that GL account is blocked for posting and now the user wants to do 122 movement type returns to vendor..
    is there any option where we can change the g/l account while doing or any other options?

    I think you can unlock the GL A/C..and post the movement and lock it again.
    but you need proper approval for that.

  • Account Blocked and failed Recovery Attemps.

    Note: There is a warning on the right, stating i shouldnt state my account name for my own good but i think it is neccesary for the sake of resolving this issue. The account concerned is:[Redacted for privacy]
    A few days ago, i used my laptop to log-in to my Skype account. I did nothing out of the ordinary during this procedure except clicking on my Skype client, only to see that a message popped up stating it was blocked. I clicked on the suggested link which led me through a procedure where i had to fill in a form. 
    I tried to fill in the forms as accurately as possible but in all honesty this account is very old and i do not know the specifics of it like the registration e-mail and when i made it. This most likely resulted in me filling in the forms in a wrong matter three times. Finaly after the third time i got a e-mail where it was stated the issue couldntn be forwarded and my account will not be recovered or unblocked for good. I was told to make a new account.
    In the end, i am a legitimate user of Skype for years, i have done nothing wrong. However my account is still blocked, as it is now, forever. 
    Hopefully through this route, i can still recover my account as my e-mails i sent in response to the unblocking e-mails are not answered to no matter what. 
    If any member of the support team can contact me personally, i can provide you with a massive list of users i had on the other account, and a correct registration e-mail (I probably entered the wrong one in the forms), the last few users i added, the last user i had a conversation with and all the information you want.
    If no-one responds to this, other users can see this as a warning. Beware if your account is blocked because Skype will perma-ban it if you mis-enter your information, regardless if it is indeed your account.

    I have the same problem. For about 1 month ago I extended my iCloud storage account (+20 GB) in order to maintain my backups for iPHONE and iPAD as my account would expire 14/10. In spite of this, I got an email 15/10, which said that iCloud was reduced to 5 GB. 2 hours later I received a new email with comfirmation on the purchase of +20 GB storage plan. However, I only have access to 5 GB on my iPad and iPhone. Called Apple Support but they couldn´t help me. Did you find any solution ?

    It depends on how paranoid you are.
    There is a theoretical risk that a site in another tab or window could read through the history of your banking session and extract information, but that probably is very rare.
    You definitely want to close the browser before leaving the PC available to another person.

    Connect the device to the computer with which you normally sync and open iTunes.

    If the device is still disabled, or if iTunes does not automatically sync your device, sync the device with iTunes.
    If you have chosen to encrypt your backup, it will contain the passcode. Disable backup encryption before restoring from backup. Learn more about iOS backups in iTunes.
    When the backup and sync is complete, select Restore from Backup and choose the most recent backup of your device.

    My mother's iCloud is totally blocked. She can't access her e-mal (me.com), and that makes impossible to reset the password. She also doesn't remember the awnser to the security question. So, what do I do?

    If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contactAppleCare, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
    The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
    The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
    Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
    Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
    Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do.

    Have you tried logging out of your account on your iPod by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then logging back in to see if that 'refreshes' the account on it and if it then works ?

    My Account was hacked and calls where made on it.  Plus someone used the auto pay to buy 25 dollar skype credit thing. 
    I Changed my password and pout a account recovery and everything but its still blocked.   Plus my still being charged for the 25 dollar card even though skype took it away and off my account.

    If you remember your answers to your security questions then you can try getting the password reset via http://iforgot.apple.com
    If not then you can try contacting Support in your country and see if they can reset the password for you : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
    If you can access to it you can update the primary email address on it by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your iPad and then tapping 'view Apple id' on the popup, or you can do it via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com

    After getting my 4th account blocked, I decided to contact live chat to see if they could give me answers about why I am getting locked. The agent informed me that I receive reports from my contacts, and this flags me and I got banned for spamming. The issue is, I rarely add anyone, and mostly just accept adds from customer who see my skype on websites I advertise on.
    My skype conversations typically go like this:
    1)Person adds me and asks me for service
    2)I ask them to verify that they own the account by posting on my topic (this is to avoid paypal fraud)
    3)We exchange my diigtal currency for their money
    4)I ask them if they can give feedback on my customer service on the website
    I think I am the victim of a competitor reporting me which gets my skype locked out, making me unable to communicate with customers (skype is the major communication platform for the digital currency I sell).
    I was hoping someone here that may have ran into this problem would be able to give me tips on how to avoid being blocked, if I am being falsely reported, likely by competitors. Anything helps, I am frustrated of this happening to me, and I just need a solution to have a solid skype running .
