Account credit not returned over 60 days after terminating service

I terminated my Verizon service at the beginning of July 2014. I currently have an $85 credit sitting on my account. I was advised by Adam_VZ that it can take up to 60 days after termination to return the credit to my account. It has now been over 60 days and the credit is still on my account; I have not received any contact from Verizon.
Please advise the best way to receive these funds.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

    Shopping cart not returning to SoCo even after PO and confirmation are deleted.
    Steps followed:
    Created shopping cart
    SC approved
    Assigned vendor in sourcing and created PO(PO created successfully created in ECC)
    Confirmation created
    Deleted the conformation
    Deleted the PO
    When PO is deleted SC should return to Sourcing Cockpit, but it is not returning.
    Checked the table BBP_PDIGP, source_del_ind is space.
    Ran BBP_GET_STATUS_2 and CLEAN_REQREQ_UP both the programs manually but in vein.

    Can you try by just deleting the PO? Dont delete the confirmation.
    I think once you have done the confirmation, the SC will not come back to SOCO. (Logically if you see, confirming means you have already received goods, so after receiving goods, I dont think SC will be visible again in SOCO)

  • HT4889 Used migration assistant to move from Lion to Mountain Lion and an entire user account did not move over.

    The user name (account) was the same on the source and the new computer. Is this why the data could not move over? I did not see this user account in the list of users presented by migration assistant. Thought it was default so that is why it wasn't shown. I can move the data over manually, but this was a surprise. Any feedback on why this happened?

    I migrated Office 2011 and other than forcing me to enter the license code again (all 2 million letters of it) everything went OK.
    Note that when I tried to open Parallels desktop 6 it wouldn't open and said that it wasn't compatible with Mountain Lion and the icon had a sort of greyed out look. I upgraded to 8 and it started working. I wonder if there is any issue with Office 2008 and Mountain Lion? Probably not but it's a possibility.
    You can buy an external superdrive too from Apple. I bought one for my 2010 Air. But CD sharing from another computer should work. I bring it with me when I travel to watch DVDs.

  • Volume-licensed software has not been registered 90 days after activation

    I puchased a volume-licensed copy of Photoshop CS6 from an online reseller, around 90 days ago.  I was told it would be automatically registered in My Adobe account after activation, but the serial number does not appear under My Products.  It can't be registered manually, as there is a message that the serial number is a volume-licensed product.  How can I complete registration, so I am able to get tech support if needed?

  • Icloud mail does not work over cellular network after upgrade to IOS 8.1.3

    Hi,
    Since I did the update to IOS 8.1.3 on my iPhone 6 Plus yesterday, my icloud mails cannot be received/sent with my phone over the cellular network.
    In order to make mails workin' I need to be connected to a Wifi network.
    All setting are correct on the phone.
    How can I fix this **** issue.
    Deleted the icloud account already and added it again but that does not help.
    Also when I try to connect  to iCloud from the iCloud settings it says: Authentication Failed - A server error occurred.
    The password is correct.
    Please help me.

    I Fixed it by trying to sign in with a different ID and canceling when it asked For a password and then signed in with my ID and it works! No more error message. I got this idea from another discussion. Thank you for replying though.

  • Account Update not returning the correct updated object

    I have a process that updates the Owner of the Account.
    The web service call works. I can see the owner change in OnDemand.
    The documentation tells me that the return from this call should be the updated object.
    However when I inspect the AccountUpdate_Output object the OwnerID is null.

    2. all audit fields.

    We have upgraded from 4.7c to 6.0 , and now I am facing a problem in FB60 transaction .
    When the user presses on F4 help for G/l Account master field , all the values are getting displayed correctly  but when the user selects any one value by doubleclicking on any one of them , then that value is not get picked and populated in the G/L account number field.
    Please help me with this.

  • Why can I not return to home page after exitting web mail?

    My home page is Virgin Media. I can log in and out of my isp's Google powered web mail but am not automatically returned to my home page and cannot access it by the 'back' button. I have to close and re-open the browser and there is often a delay before the browser re-opens.

    That's an expected behavior.  You cannot access home-shared music unless the person who shares actually has iTunes up and running.  My suggestion is all the users to make iTunes to automatically launch when the computers start.  If using Windows I believe there isn't a way for iTunes to launch and sort of hides.  If using Mac OS, iTunes can launch and hide by checking the box on System Preferences > Users & Groups > [User] > Login Items.  Hope this helps.

  • CS4 Bridge not returning to selected thumbnail after batch rename

    Using Bridge CS4.  Directory has several hundred RAW files.
    I grab some images from the middle of the bunch and do a batch rename.  Sometimes Bridge returns the thumbnail display to the ones that were selected, sometimes it doesn't.  When it doesn't, I have to scroll back down to my selected images. I can't figure out what is or isn't set that gets Bridge to return to my selected images instead of leaving me at the start of the thumbnails......

    First use the menu tools / cache / purge cache for folder, if still in trouble restart Bridge holding down option key to refresh preferences

  • Notes (Mac) Crashes during 'Updating' after iCloud Service Interruption

    After the recent iCloud service interruption that lasted 24 hours (http://tidbits.com/article/13253 - pfft less than 1% of users affected my a**...) I can no longer open Notes on my MBP without it crashing. Any ideas for how to resolve this issue? I have tried unchecking notes in iCloud settings then reopening the app, then quiting, checking notes, and reopening with no luck, I restarted my mac with no luck, now I have no idea what to do...
    To make this a bit clearer:
    iCloud Service OutageTried opening Notes; couldn't sync due to outage and crashed repeatedly
    iCloud Service Restored
    After opening Notes, it undergoes "Updating" and then quits unexpectedly
    I have tried unchecking Notes in iCloud prefs with no luck
    I have tried restarting my Mac with no luck
    Any ideas??? Thanks everyone!

    I managed to solve the problem. For anyone having this same problem, it turns out that it was a Microsoft Exchange account that was messing everything up. Removed that account from syncing notes and it works fine now!

    Sir, this is not rocket science. Its simple. Your calculation schema should read as basis+ delivery cost + duties and taxes, = actual price, then actual price - credit note = NET price, your net price from to field should just have step nos. of actual price and credit note, this way the amount of net price will be actual price - credit note and nothing else and make sure to give points to receive answers faster, as you never gave point, so we could not track your question. We usually track questions through points and can reply back faster or read the posts when its on first page.

  • Horrible after sales service in India

    Lenovo's after sales service is the worst I have ever experienced across all product/ service categories.
    I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad Z580 laptop 10 months ago. I was offered a free 3 year warranty upgrade as per Lenovo's "Do Shield" promotion. This was one of the reasons I chose Lenovo over other brands (A decision I’ve come to deeply regret). I had no clue their ‘warranty’ was actually a cruel joke on unsuspecting customers.
    In May 2013, one of the hinges connecting the LCD screen to the laptop body broke. I went ahead and registered a complaint with Lenovo tech support on 20th May 2013. I was told that the problem would be attended to within 48 hours. I waited for one whole week and got no response from Lenovo. On following up with Lenovo service,  I was informed that it will take one more month since the parts are not available in India and have to be sourced from China. After following up numerous times, the problem was fixed on June 13, 2013 - 23 days after my service request was registered.
    This turned out to be just the beginning of my woes with Lenovo. Within a week of this repair job, my screen started flickering eventually going completely blank white. I registered another complaint with Lenovo tech support on July 2, 2013 and was again told that I will get a response within 48 hrs. Just like the previous occasion, I waited for one week and got no response. On following up with tech support I was given the same old answer that the part has to be sourced from China and can take up to 45 days. However, I was assured that my case would be taken up on priority and resolved by 31st July. That deadline too lapsed and the same story was repeated on following up on at least 4 more occasions. As of today, 50 days after my complaint was registered, it still remains unresolved.
    I am truly amazed that any company can get by with this level of apathy towards customers. Anybody in the market for a laptop and considering Lenovo – You’ve been warned!
