ACI  - Date Range issue for Sales Details report

I am working on ACI setup for one of my client. I set everything us as per documentation.
This is regarding ‘Sales Details’ (Public Folders > ATG > Commerce > Sales > All Sales) report.
Report is being generated if I select ‘Date Range’ under ‘Time Period’; but if I select ‘Predefined’ I get below errors:
RQP-DEF-0177
An error occurred while performing operation 'sqlPrepareWithOptions' status='-9'.
UDA-SQL-0107 A general exception has occurred during the operation "prepare".ORA-32035: unreferenced query name defined in WITH clause RSV-SRV-0042 Trace back:RSReportService.cpp(758): QFException: CCL_CAUGHT: RSReportService::process()RSReportServiceMethod.cpp(239): QFException: CCL_RETHROW: RSReportServiceMethod::process(): promptPagingForward_RequestRSASyncExecutionThread.cpp(774): QFException: RSASyncExecutionThread::checkExceptionRSASyncExecutionThread.cpp(211): QFException: CCL_CAUGHT: RSASyncExecutionThread::run(): promptPagingForward_RequestRSASyncExecutionThread.cpp(824): QFException: CCL_RETHROW: RSASyncExecutionThread::processCommand(): promptPagingForward_RequestExecution/RSRenderExecution.cpp(593):
Has anybody come across this issue?
Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mukesh

Contact Oracle support. I think we've seen this one before if using a particular version of Oracle(11.1?). There's a particular version of Oracle that doesn't support queries in a WITH clause that aren't referenced in the main query. Cognos seems to generate these types of queries not knowing that the version of Oracle doesn't support it. According or Support Article ID 1063400.1 you can patch this particular problem with Oracle or you can upgrade to Oracle 11.2. I also think that was a to get Cognos to generate an alternative query that doesn't use the WITH clause at all. Something about disabling the use of WITH in all queries by making a change to the report definition or alternatively a global change to the metadata model.
Good luck...

  • XL Reporter: Date Range issues

    I would like to setup a P&L to get the data from a date range.
    At the "Advanced Report Buider", tab "Report Default", I entered the following code into "Complete Selection":
    PER( Code >= @PeriodStart Or Code <= @PeriodEnd )
    @PeriodStart: parameter point to "Code" of "Financial Period" table
    @PeriodEnd: another parameter point to "Code" of "Financial Period" table
    Everytime I run the report, it gave me the latest balance instead of the balance within the specified date range.
    Please kindly advise.
    Thanks in advance,
    Vivian

    Or is not correct.  It should be And.

  • Neen help with date range searches for Table Sources

    Hi all,
    I need help, please. I am trying to satisfy a Level 1 client requirement for the ability to search for records in crawled table sources by a date and/or date range. I have performed the following steps, and did not get accurate results from Advanced searching for date. Please help me understand what I am doing wrong, and/or if there is a way to define a date search attribute without creating a LOV for a date column. (My tables have 500,00 rows.)
    I am using SES 10.1.8.3 on Windows 32.
    My Oracle 10g Spatial Table is called REPORTS and this table has the following columns:
    TRACKNUM Varchar2
    TITLE Varchar2
    SUMMARY CLOB
    SYMBOLCODE Varchar2
    Timestamp Date
    OBSDATE Date
    GEOM SDO_GEOMETRY
    I set up the REPORTS table source in SES, using TRACKNUM as the Primary Key (unique and not null), and SUMMARY as the CONTENT Column. In the Table Column Mappings I defined TITLE as String and TITLE.
    Under Global Settings > Search Attributes I defined a new Search Attribute (type Date) called DATE OCCURRED (DD-MON-YY).
    Went back to REPORTS source previously defined and added a new Table Column Mapping - mapping OBSDATE to the newly defined DATE OCCURRED (DD-MON-YY) search attribute.
    I then modified the Schedule for the REPORTS source Crawler Policy to “Process All Documents”.
    Schedule crawls and indexes entire REPORTS table.
    In SES Advanced Search page, I enter my search keyword, select Specific Source Group as REPORTS, select All Match, and used the pick list to select the DATE OCCURRED (DD-MON-YY) Attribute Name, operator of Greater than equal, and entered the Value 01-JAN-07. Then the second attribute name of DATE_OCCURRED (DD-MON-YY), less than equals, 10-JAN-07.
    Search results gave me 38,000 documents, and the first 25 I looked at had dates NOT within the 01-JAN-07 / 10-JAN-07 range. (e.g. OBSDATE= 24-MAR-07, 22-SEP-), 02-FEB-08, etc.)
    And, none of the results I opened had ANY dates within the SUMMARY CLOB…in case that’s what was being found in the search.
    Can someone help me figure out how to allow my client to search for specific dated records in a db table using a single column for the date? This is a major requirement and they are anxiously awaiting my solution.
    Thanks, in advance….

    raford,
    Thanks very much for your reply. However, from what I've read in the SES Admin Document is that (I think) the date format DD/MM/YYYY pertains only to searches on "file system" sources (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF, etc.). We have 3 file system sources among our 25 total sources. The remaining 22 sources are all TABLE or DATABASE sources. The DBA here has done a great job getting the data standardized using the typical/default Oracle DATE type format in our TABLE sources (DD-MON-YY). Our tables have anywhere from 1500 rows to 2 million rows.
    I tested your theory that the dates we are entering are being changed to Strings behind the scenes and on the Advanced Page, searched for results using OBSDATE equals 01/02/2007 in an attempt to find data that I know for certain to be in the mapped OBSDATE table column as 01-FEB-07. My result set contained data that had an OBSDATE of 03-MAR-07 and none containing 01-FEB-07.
    Here is the big issue...in order for my client to fulfill his primary mission, one of the top 5 requirements is that he/she be able to find specific table rows that are contain a specific date or range of dates.
    thanks very much!

  • SAP Mobile Sales 2.0 delta load issue for Sales Orders

    Hello,
    we have used Mobile Sales 2.0 with a Windows app for a while now. Our current issue is that sales reps won't see any historical sales order data on their devices.
    Background
    Due customer requirements, we need to make small changes to customer master data attributes and reload all customers from ERP to CRM. Then we ran delta loads (MAS_PARTNER followed by all other objects) to DOE, in which virtually all 5000+ customer accounts were compared. The delta load ran for about 3 days (some performance bottleneck we haven't located yet).
    During the delta load, data on devices was inconsistent. Accounts were missing and all transaction data disappeared. After the delta loads, all accounts and contacts are OK, save for a few. Data from activities (appointments, tasks) have reappeared, as they should. Only sales orders won't reappear. The sales orders exist in the backend and belong to active accounts and sales reps.
    Settings and troubleshooting so far
    We don't have any limitations for sales orders in CRM Sales Mobile configuration.
    We've run delta loads for all objects in transaction SDOE_LOAD.
    MAS_CUSTOMIZATION etc seem fine.
    We've re-run initial load for sales orders from CRM.
    In the test system, we've even reinitialized the whole CDS database on DOE and on the devices, then re-ran the loads.
    Checked steps suggested in discussion
    SAP CRM 2.0 initial load issue
    Historical sales orders (those created before the master data reload) exist in the backend, but don't show up on the device.
    If I change one of those historical sales orders in the backend, it gets sent to the device.
    If I create a new sales order in the backend or on the device, it is saved and replicated just fine.
    To sum it up, it seems DOE is unable to identify the sales orders relevant for replication.

    First Doubt i got clarify by my self as we can go with Unwired Runtime option .
    But i still have doubt in :
    2. How can i Modifying the Main Menu for iOS.
    i am able to customize the same for windows using files SybaseCRM.Configuration.xml file.
    Same how can i do for iphone/ipad.

  • Date Range Issue

    Hi Experts,
    I have created a linked server to connect to mysql DB . The query is executing fine currently filter is based on the on going month.
    The query actually fetches the records from 2 tables User and time sheet to find how many hours the users have  .
    Now we check the Hours for a period of 10th of the current month and 10th of the upcoming month .
    So for now date range will be  between 2014/10/05 and 2014/10/06.  This logic i have implemented in the query .
    Based on the query a report is generated which is sent out every Wednesday  .Now suppose its 5th of June 2014 .
    The query will fail because the date range is derived based upon
    where cast(t.created_on as Date) > Concat(year(now()),"-",month(now()),"-","10")
     AND cast(t.created_on as Date) <=Concat(year(now()),"-",month(now())+1,"-","10")
    Please provide with a date filter like the report runs anytime the data is not affected. Like if the report is run in the
    first week of a new month  date range should be previous month Date 10 and current month  Date 10 and if the report is run after 10th of the current month then the date range should be between 10th of current month and 10 of upcoming month . Kindly
    help
    Select * From
    OPENQUERY
    (Mysql,
    'Select
     Sum(t.hours),
     Concat(u.firstname," ",
     u.lastname) as Name
     From mysql.time_entries t
     Inner Join
     users u
     on u.id = t.user_id
     where cast(t.created_on as Date) >
     Concat(year(now()),"-",month(now()),"-","10")
     AND
     cast(t.created_on as Date) <=Concat(year(now()),"-",month(now())+1,"-","10")
     Group By u.firstname,u.lastname
     Union all
     Select Sum(0) as hours,
     Concat(firstname," ",
     lastname) as Name
     from users

     Select

     Concat(year(now()),"-",month(now()),"-","10")
     AND
     cast(t.created_on as Date) <=Concat(year(now()),"-",month(now())+1,"-","10"))
     And firstname not in( "xyz")
      GRoup by firstName,lastname'
      go

    I recommend use CLOSED-OPEN dates rather than OPEN-CLOSED dates...
    Hopefully this helps with your logic:
    DECLARE @ReportDate TABLE
    [ReportDate] DATE,
    [mDay] AS DAY([ReportDate]),
    [Beg] AS DATEADD(month, CASE WHEN DAY([ReportDate]) < 10 THEN -1 ELSE 0 END, [ReportDate]),
    [End] AS DATEADD(month, CASE WHEN DAY([ReportDate]) < 10 THEN 0 ELSE 1 END, [ReportDate]),
    [ReportBeg] AS DATEADD(month, CASE WHEN DAY([ReportDate]) < 10 THEN -1 ELSE 0 END, DATEADD(day, 10 - DAY([ReportDate]), [ReportDate])),
    [ReportEnd] AS DATEADD(month, CASE WHEN DAY([ReportDate]) < 10 THEN 0 ELSE 1 END, DATEADD(day, 10 - DAY([ReportDate]) + 1, [ReportDate]))
    INSERT INTO @ReportDate(ReportDate)
    VALUES
    ('7-May-2014'),
    ('10-May-2014'),
    ('15-May-2014');
    SELECT
    CASE WHEN SYSDATETIME() >= [ReportBeg] AND SYSDATETIME() < [ReportEnd] THEN 1 ELSE 0 END

  • Date difference issue for Purchase order in R/3 and APO

    Hi,
       I am sending the purchase order from APO to R/3. When I transfer the data through CIF and see the curresponding entries in stock requirement list in R/3, purchase order is 1 day earlier than in SCM.
    However, when this purchase order is CIFed back to SCM, date appears correct in SCM ( as what it was before). Is this something because of timezone that difference in date appears in SCM and R/3.
    Can someone who came across date issues for transaction data transfer between SCM and R/3 elaborate in more detail please.
    Thanks,
    Sanjay

    Hello Somnath ,
    I am also facing the same issue which sanju was facing earlier in PRs .
    In APO I am not able to understand how system calculates the opening , start and end date .In my case the transportation time is 48 hrs , planned delivery time is 1 day and all calenders are 5*24 , GR proceeeing time .01 day . When I am creating PR at destination location on 06/06/2008 , 24:00:00 Hrs . System calculates the dates as follows :-
    Start date -06/05/2008 , 00:45:00 , end date -06/06/2008, 24:00:00 , opening date -05/20/2008 ,23:25:00 Hrs  . I tried to understand the formula given by you in your reply as Opening Date = Requirement Due Date - GR Time - Planned Delivery Time
    Start Date = Requirement Due Date - GR time - Transportation Duration
    End date = Requirement Date.
    But I am not getting the desired results.
    Could you let me know why the system is behaving in such way.I also want to know does system can create orders in such a way the opening date lies in past. If yes then can we restrict that ?

  • Include Document Date & Doc Due Date in SAP B1 Aging Details Report

    We are not able to view the actual document date and document due date from the Aging details report, it should be an essential information that should be show in the aging report. It make no sense that user still have to manually drill into each document to just read the document date/ due date for their aging analysis!!!
    Try to imaging that how important this information to a business, for instance, to age the invoice which due for 1 - 30 days, the document date which due for 1 days is categorise into 1-30days aged, the documents due for 30days also categorise into 1-30days aged, however it bring the different meanings to user and user need these information to take the action decision! How useful for an aging report which could not equip user with these basic information to provide user with efficiency to make effective decision???
    I think it is necessary to incorporate this level of details to the SAP B1 Aging Report.

    why it has been arised and how??????...how will it be resolved????
    from my side....once i cancelled the recording in the middle after its loaded of 4 records. then after i ran it successfully for the balance records by the sequence way....is this the reason or something else...

    Dear Sankarbabu,
    IF there's no setting for Date Check in OS54 - Engineering Change Management
    Control Data,then you can create a change number with past dates,and also to
    use the same one for changing BOM.
    Tell me one thing you are saying you want to use ECM.Was the earlier one
    created without BOM was created without an ECN?
    See already if you have created your BOM with an ECN,then remove the date
    check setting which I have mentioned in OS54.
    Now goto T code CC02 ,enter the Change number and give the valid from date as
    01.10.2007.
    After that check in CS03 whether this date(01.10.2007)is getting reflected or not.
    I'm sure this will solve your problem.
    Regards
    Mangal

    Hi, Is it be possible to enable the Basic Security Module in the global zone and to monitor events from all other zones ? This would better than enabling BSM on a normal system since root is able to stop the audit daemon. Thank you, Vlad Grama.
