'Action Required' Email coming whenever a task is created in BPM Workspace

Hi,
I have been receiving an 'Action Required' email whenever a task is created in the BPM workspace.
What could be the reason?
I have BPM admin Access and I had put my email id as the email address of the user which I use for logging into BPM workspace. Is this the reason?

In the human task and under notification, there is default settings for Actions - Assign, Complete and Error. Since you have the BPM admin access, you are getting these emails.

Hi,
We have a BPM Process which has 2 roles. SKURequester and SKUChangeAnalyst.
When we initiate the flow , it opens up a screen and we populate data and click "SUBMIT".
It goes to ChangeAnalyst for approval.
It is working fine in Development Env.We could see a new task created for ChangeAnalyst once the requester SUBMIT's his task.
But in Test env, Once the requester submit's his task .It's not creating a task row for ChangeAnalyst in BPM workspace.
We verified the roles assigned to the user.Everything is same.
Repeatedly seeing the following error in LOGS.

Action Required Email is Delivered w/ Null Values

See attachment where a declined expense report was delivered to traveler with null values or without details.
Why did this happen only for him? Other travelers that have reports declined are getting the normal verbiage.

so far I know that the system sends e-mails without details
if an expense report is declined and
if additionally the sending of the e-mail "Expense report approved/declined" is disabled (either via BC activity "Set E-Mail Preferences" for a country of reporting or via "Personalize -> My Data" for a single user).
After the next hotfix collection is applied to your system, e-mails without content shouldn't be sent any longer.

I am trying to add a note in numbers when I can link an action required to my calendar... Is this possible? For example I am using numbers like a CRM and I would like to be able to have my next action required for a customer link to my calendar

Utterly bizarre. I can't see your two follow-up posts when I'm logged in. However...
Things would be simple if Apple implemented Data Detectors for dates in Numbers, as they have in applications like TextEdit and Script Editor. Then you’d have a system-level means of quickly moving from a selected date in your CRM spreadsheet to Calendar.
Until that happy day arrives, though, we can approximate it with AppleScript and Automator.
First, make sure your Numbers table is called CRM and your column has the header Next action required. (You can change these if you want but you’ll also have to modify the script.) This is the basic setup:
Then, launch Automator and create a new workflow. From the Choose a type… dialog, specify Service.
At the top of the workflow, “Services receives selected…” should be set to text in Numbers.app. (You'll need to choose Other... from the pop-up and then navigate to Numbers.)
In the Library menu at the left, click on Utilities, then drag a Run AppleScript action into the main Automator pane. Delete all the boilerplate text from the script.
It should look like this:
Now copy and paste the script below into the Run AppleScript action.

Click the little hammer at the top to make sure that the script compiles (indents and colours in). If it doesn’t, you may need to sort out some line breaks in the copied and pasted script.
Now save the workflow as Go to date in Calendar. Quit Automator.
So what does the script do? Basically, it looks at the selected text in a Numbers cell and checks to see that the table name is “CRM” and the column header is “Next Action Required”. It then tries to convert the selected text into a valid date. If it can, it takes you to that date in Calendar. If it can’t, it takes you to today’s date. In both cases it switches Calendar to day view. You have to bear in mind that if you select all of “10/10/14 Call John re contract” it won’t understand that part of this is a date, and won’t go to October 10. You'd have to select just "10/10/14"
To run the Service, right-click or control-click on the selected text and go down to Services, then choose Go to date in Calendar:
Alternatively, run it from Services in the main Numbers menu.
You can set up a keyboard shortcut for any Service in System Preferences - Keyboard - Shortcuts. Post back if you need more info about this.
Tested with Numbers 3.5 (2109). This will not work with Numbers '09.

Please log off and log back in to your machine and the issue should be resolved automatically. In case that does not work, please manually run the msi installer posted here (may require reboot).

Email notification in human task: How to customize email subject.

Dear all community members,
I am using email notification service in human task to receive email notification if task is assigned to me. I have configured email notification in human task & I do receive the email in my inbox as assignee.
The default email subject is like [Action Required: TASK_TITLE], I want to remove this [Action Required:] from email subject.
I tried setting <%null%> in Notification Header in .task file but the email subject is still has Action Required.
Is there any way to customize email subject so that I can get rid of [Action Required:] [FYI] in email subject.

Email Notifications for Collaboration Tasks are Not going to Lotus Notes

Hello Everyone,
Email Notifications for the Tasks in Collaboration are not going to Lotus Notes. We are working on EP 7.0 SP14 with external ITS and backend r/3 4.7.
I performed all the configuration activities that are suggested in the below wiki:

Hi Ratan,
It is not clear from your question whether you are trying to trigger the email notification for the task or the lead, but it doesn't matter. You'll need to write a WF for the Lead/Task and trigger it when a new record is created and then in actions select the email notification.

Quotation, customizing of output actions for email

I am having a problem with the customizing of an output action for email for quotation:
In SPRO, SRM Server> Cross-application> Set output actions and output format> Define actions or document output
I set the following parameters:
Action profile: BBP_PD_QUOT
Action definition: ZCUSTOM_QUOT_PA
With
Action settings:
   Processing Time: Processing when saving document
   Processing Times Not Permitted: Selection report
   Sort Order For Display: Empty
Action determination and Action Merging:
Determination Technology: Determination using conditions that can be transported
Rule Type: workflow conditions
Action Merging: set highest number of processed actions
Processing types: Smart Forms Mail
With
Form Name: BBP_OUTPUT_COVER
Processing Class: CL_PD_QUOT_PROCESSING_BBP
Processing Method: PROCESS_BBP_QUOT_MAI_BCS
Archive Mode: Main only
The problem is that, when i accepts the quotation, there is no email generated, also in BBP_PPF there isn't any output generated.
Do anyone know what could be the problem? there is something missing in the configuration??

I'm facing the same problem of customizing the action profile BBP_PD_QUOT. My requirement is to trigger an Email notification in case an RFQ is rejected by the buyer. For that I have created one Event Control in- Define Event Schema" for "BUS2202". The Event Control which I have added is as-
Event                         Event category
"REJECTED"               Message(low priority)
Then in Action Profile BBP_PD_QUOT, I have created one Action Definition ZTEST with all the settings as described by Nicolos above except the condition in the BADI as I dont know the BADI name he is specifiying.
I'm unable to trigger the email in case an email is rejected. So, can you please let me know BADI name with the condition you have specified.
Also please specify if I'm doing something wrong.
Help is required urgent...

Actions configuration - Email to the Partner

Hi Friends,
Whenever service ticket status is changed and escalated to the different group. One email needs to be triggered to that group saying that the service ticket is escalated to them.
So i configured actions in transactions like created one action definitions,
Processing time - Processing when saving document and gave partner function(Partner Dependent).
Action deteremination and action merging
Determination Technology - Determination Using Conditions that Can Be Transported
Rule Type - Workflow Conditions
Action Merging - Max. 1 Unprocessed Action for Each Action Definition
Email is triggered for the conditions. Now my problem is, Email is triggering for each save. In crm 2007 we have save button for service ticket transaction page and Save and End(End) button in the top which is also acts as save button. So if user selects save button in the transaction page and end button in the top of the IC web it is triggereing two emails. How to avoid this?
Is there any setting in the configuration?

Thanks for the Quick Turnaround.
It solves my half of the problem. Its not sending emails for each save. Now its sending only one time.
But i have an issue here, Some statuses will be there multiple times for one ticket.
Example:
Service ticket created and set it as In Process and escalated to particular group. ANd then that group rejects(Rejected) and sent to the owner. And then owner will add some more info to the ticket and set to In process(Status again) and will escalate to the group.
So now In Process status is happening two times in this example. I need two emails to be triggered for this case. This is not working if i set Max: 1 , select radio button :Successful actions
Any help?

Sounds like a phishing attempt. They want your Apple Store information in a reply to the e-mail to steal your identity. Apple generally is good in their e-mails about spelling, spacing, and punctuation. Whenever you see something remotely unEnglish about an e-mail, suspect it to not be real. Verify with the store you ordered from that there is an investigation. DO NOT RESPOND TO THE E-MAIL directly or through links in the e-mail.

I lost my MacBook calendar when I performed the action required by 5 May although I have all information on my iPhone and iPad. How do I restore the data on my iCal calendar?

I have performed all the relevant actions required before 5 May to conform with Apple instructions. I have lost my calendar on my MacBook although all is still OK on my iPhone and iPad. I have tried various ways to restore the data including going to MobileMe but I have been unsuccessful. I have tried to merge the information from my iPhone but this did not work either. My Contacts and mail are all OK. Coincidentally I am also unable to access my external hard drive which is working in itself (it is warm and whirrs when activated) but my back ups are failing. Any ideas out there?
