Activity cost-for each activity of individual operation

Hi, in co02, cost view, analysis, shows the cost of each activity of all opeartions. say, if we have 6 opeartions, it will show the setup cost, machine cost, labor cost individually for all 6 operations. if we wants to see setup cost (etc) of individual opeartion. what are the settings req for that. pls help.

Dear,
KKBC_HOE or KKBC_ORD report you get all production order cost Plan /Actual.
Or for operational cost  you need to develop report with the help of ABAP.

  • How to analyse actual cost for each operation in Process/Production Order?

    Hi all,
IN SAP, I know that we can analyze plan cost for Operation in Process Order/ Production Order.
However, I can not analyze Actual cost for Operation .
I know the object when I good issue material is ORDER, not OPERATION.
But, as requirement of users, they want to analyze actual cost for each Operation.
    CAn SAP do this analyze?
If Yes, What should I do in SAP to have this reports?
    THanks in advance,
    Emily Nguyen

    Hi Emily,
as I see from one other message that you're using material ledger. Then your expectation is apparently to also see the actual costs of materials in your production order by operation.
This is not supported. Actual material costs are handed up in material ledger multi-level settlement from one material to the next, bypassing the production orders.
That means the production order will always contain the material costs valuated at plan price, not at actual price.
For activity prices that might be better, when you revalue the orders at actual activity prices with CON2. But even there I am not sure that it will always be assigned correctly to the operations.
There is currently an enhancement in development, the operation level costing. But that will affect more the planned cost side not the actuals. Might be interesting to learn more about your requirements and the use case behind.
    best regards,
                      Udo

Since your Mac probably came with 10.4, there is no longer a way to get 10.5 Leopard install media. IF it has the requirements, you may be able to upgrade to 10.6 Snow Leopard by buying the boxed install media at the Apple Store for $30.

  • Getting Total Order Cost for each order

I have a fact table, order lines.
There are two dimension tables, customer & Product.
For each order i want to display on a pivot table:
    - the cost of the line.
-the cost of the total order.
Is this possible? I have been playing with ALL & All except but have not found a solution yet. some metadata is below
    CustomerID CustomerName
    1 john
    2 mary
    3 jim
    4 kevin
    ProductID ProductName Price
    1 pen 5
    2 cup 4
    3 car 7
    4 phone 3
    OrderLineID CustomerID ProductID Quantity
    1 1 2 2
    1 1 3 2
    2 2 1 4
    3 1 2 5
    3 1 2 4
    3 4 4 6
    4 4 4 6

    Hi Winston,
Could you kindly provide an example of the output you'd expect based on the above data? Also, I've noticed that there is no OrderID column in the order line table. How would you determine which OrderLineIDs belong to a single order?

  • Report for production order with actual and target cost for each

    Hi
Is there any report that gives me the list of all production orders in a month with its respective actual and target costs?
I can use COOIS to get a list of production orders, then double click on the prod order, then click on goto and then to cost analyis.. but can i avoid going through all this and get a report with the details i need?
    thanks in advance

    Thanks a lot for that.
I'm a little confused with the columns in the report.
Which columns should I keep for my requirement? -
    Production Order
    Total Target Cost
    Total Actual Cost
    Total Actual Qty
    Total Target Qty
    Thanks

  • Shipment cost for individual deliveries

    Hii there
I have a scenario wherein a shipment has multiple delivery and it has a shipment cost document made for that.
This shipment cost document will have shipment cost for all the deliveries in the shipment.
What i need to find out is individual shipment cost for each delivery. Is there any way from where we can fetch this amount.
    Thanks & Regards
    Gaurav Manocha

When creating the billing document the individual cost can be copied from the shipment cost doc to the billing document, see http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/5f/e411bb044411d2bf5d0000e8a7386f/frameset.htm

  • Updating With Resource-Costs for Corps

I have a P6v7 schedule created with the cost for each activity as a resource (rather than Expense, so that it can be used to create an SDEF for QCS input). The 'calculate costs' and 'auto compute' ticky-boxes are ticked. When I update the activity percentage (physical), both simply in-progress or complete, it clears the dollars out of the budgeted cost in the resource (setting it to $0).
I understand that P6 is unequated (dollars and durations will not run off the same entered percentage) so I already know I'll need to enter each update twice. But I'd really like to have the budgeted total stick around so I know how much it is without flipping back and forth to a previous schedule. How do I keep the resource-loaded budget from clearing when I update?

    Hello Masa,
Yes this is correct. One User works the other not but i checked it like 100 times they are configured exactly the same.
As you can see the App is working fine for UserB:
And for UserA the Live Tile on the Launchpad is also working fine:
But as soon as I start the App i get the Error mentioned at the beginning of this Thread and the View is not displaying any Data:
Im also not able to search manually for a Customer because the App is not issuing further request to the Backend after the Error occured.
Here is the Screenshot for the Track Sales Order App for UserA:
This is really giving me some headaches.

  • Production Order and Internal Order for each item of the sales order

    Hi
I am developing Make To Order Report where I have to display the MTO Line Items and non MTO Line Items. For non MTO Line Items I have to display Internal order with Planned and Actual Costs and also Production Order with Planned and Actual Costs. Could anybody tell how to get the Internal order no and production order with Planned and Actual costs for each line item for a sales order.
    Thanks
    Naga

    Hi,
You can get the Production orders, Planned orders, Internal orders generated for Sales order item from AFPO table (use fields KDAUF-Sales order number & KDPOS-Sales order item). Then to identify the order type use order category (AUTYP) from table AUFK.
Once you have the Production/internal order, you can ge the cost from COSS and COSP table. Use the object number from AUFK to get the cost entries from COSS & COSP.
You can use the following sample code as reference.

  • Costing for activity types in CS

    Dear All
Hope you all are doing well.I want to perform costing on service order based on activity type for Customer Services. These activities should be assigned to service material. How can activities assign to service materail? Currently I have configured  valuation catagories , assign cost elements to value catagories, define activity types,Price planning for activity type and assign these activity types to work center.
Your immedite response is higly appreciable
    Thank you,
    Nomi

    Dear All
Really sorry for late reply! DIP Profile helps a lot in Configuring Quotation and Billing document. What I did was
    1. I create activities with the help of CO consultant and give price to the activities type.
    2. Setting performed for DISPLAY OF COST in Maintenance and Service       ProcessingBasic settings for these activities.
    3. Assign Cost element for these activities.
    4. Assign these activities type to the work center.
    5. Define Services Materials for each activity type so that they can be displayed in my quotation and billing document.
    6. Assign services materials to DIP Profile as such:
u2022     Define planned cost u2013 Total Record as source.
u2022     In Material Determination for profile I assign each of my service material to Transfer cost and Quantity and assign respective cost and revenue element of that activity type to the Service material.
When I create a service order with revenue u201CSM02u201D.I do not specify service material. I assign my activities types in operations and when I calculate costing it sums up all the revenue in costing for planned costs but when I create quotation and billing document for the service order it shows individual material for each activity type and its amount on item data and total is displayed in header data against EK01 condition type moreover planned and actual cost are displayed in service order.
The problem is, I have not create any condition record nor assign these condition type to my pricing procedure as value is arising from activity type.
Which condition types can be assigned to pricing procedure so that they can pick up the value of the activity type?
    Thank you
    Nomi

  • Need to find cost for activity

    Hi,
I am an ABAPper. I created an ALV report to show costs by period. I think this part of the report is correct. I joined tables COSS, COKA, CSKU, PRPS, PROJ. I found the cost by period in COSS. The report is sorted by the secondary cost element.
Now my user wants to "drill-down" on a period and for that period (and SCE) wants to see the detail (in dollars). I know that the individual activity is stored in AFRU, and I found a view which joins AFRU to COBK, COEP. I tried this, hoping I could get the detail, but the amounts don't match against the totals I see in COSS.
Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

    Sreekanth,
I load activity from the external system through a different program I wrote.  I use the same activity type to set the rate for each record.  In addition, my client wanted me to "blend" the rates, so that in my example of $800 of straight time and $400 of overtime, (assuming an hourly employee) I would divide $1200 by 40 hrs, to get a "blended" rate of $30.  I would then set the activity rate to $3 and load the hours the employee worked.  Because my client wants this, I cannot change the design.  Besides, it was a 'fixed bid' installation of PS, and I don't have time to rewrite the programs.
I have limited understanding of PS (this is my first project with it), but it is my understanding that activity type only retains the current value.  Is there a history of what was the type was set to (and when)?  If so, then I could (re)calculate using that times the AFRU hours.
You have told me much more than the functional analyst I'm working with, so I awarded you partial points for pointing me in the right direction.  I appreciate your help.
    Regards,

  • Plan cost for activity element

My internal activity can calculate plan cost from a workcenter properly , but while I append a activity element(internal) and add the same worcenter and data the activity element does not calculate plan cost , but if I confirm the activity element it gives actual cost.
What possibly be the problem could any one tell me? is there any setting seperately for activity element?

    Hi
Thanks. I am using CJ20N and then selecting the activity element I am following the path edit>cost>Plan/actual
When I try to recaulutate the cost by edit>cost>update cost then I get generic error :
    "Object was not costed
    Message no. CK060
    Diagnosis
The system could not find any entries that are relevant to costing.
    System Response

    Procedure
Check whether the following objects should be flagged as relevant to costing:
    Items in the BOM
    Display BOM
    Operations in the routing
    Control key in the routing
    1. Look at the message log.
    2. Check whether a quantity was specified in the confirmation."
But while calculate cost for an internal activity it is calculating cost.

  • Capacity Utilization by network activity for each period

    Hi all,
How do i find out the capacity utilization at the network activity level. My requirement is to findout the remaining requirement/capacity of a workcenter for each period, which will be the cumulative value of the non utilized resources/hours for the previous months, based on distribution key.
The same functionality is there in CM07, but what is the exact functionality and how it can be reimplemented in a report?

    Hi,
Check if table KAKO helps. You may have to calculate the remaining capacity from available and utilised.
