Activity - Questionnaire Details

Hello,
I have an activity that has got a questionnaire attached with that. Is there a way i can find the linking tables between the Activity Number and Questionnaire Number ?

Hi Srivathsan,
To get the Instance ID for the Attached Questionnaire, get the Activity GUID from the CRMD_ORDERADM_H using the Activity Number. The PAss this GUID to field INSTID_A of table SKWG_BREL, also pass the following values :
'BUS2000126' to field TYPEID_A
'BO' to CATI_A
This will return to the Instance ID for Questionaire in field INSTID_B.
Also, if you are trying to this in a Program,Try class CL_CRM_DOCUMENTS. There is a static method called GET_INFO which will return a list of documents for the business object. It has been a long while since I used this class, but this will definitely return what you will need.
The Business Ojbect will need to be filled with the following
INSTID - <Activity Guid>.
TYPE - 'BUS2000126'
CA - BO
The resulting LOIOS, PHIOS table will contain the documents that are linked to the product master.
This technique will work with all business objects using CRM document management. Once you have this data you can also use the method GET_DOCUMENT to actually retrieve the physical document if desired.

Hi,
You can use a Listener class for track the sessions and do some logic when a session is created/destroyed. See HttpSessionListener interface. You can save the session IDs and session objects when a session is created, for example in a hashmap. Save the hashmap in application context. In your JSP get the hashmap and get its key/values. See thread safe problems if you are using a hashmap in application context.

Donot know the exact reason but when check the alert log found the error
ORA-1653: unable to extend table
and after allocating space the error was gone..

Enterprise Account activation - no details to enter?

Hi,
I've just received a BB Curve 9300 for 3 network and am on a price plan which includes 1000 MB
I am trying to set up both the Enterprise Account and the Blackberry Internet Service and am not sure where I have gone wrong.
Whenever I go to the enterprise activation page, which asks for an email address and password, it say the details have been given by the system administrator - where do I find this? Because of this I can't set up any other email accounts. I have a message which says 'Your handheld has been registered with the wireless network' but that is it.
On service status Blackberry Internet Service and Blackberry Enterprise Server are Not Connected and I can't use apps already installed or go onto Blackberry App World.
Not sure if it's worth mentioning, but when I received the phone and waited for it to charge, I put a different SIM card in to what I am using now. The phone was also sent as a replacement for a broken Sony Ericsson Vivaz, so not originally a contract for a BB.
Any help on what to do or who to contact would be GREATLY APPRECIATED

I don't believe Three offer BES access on their Blackberrys (something I'm hoping they will change soon!).
You can set up your BIS accounts at the Three portal - https://bis.eu.blackberry.com/html?brand=3uk - you'll need to register for a new ID on that site.
Make sure you have put your Three SIM into the phone and have received the message that the phone is registered on the network before you do the above.

How to fetch the active window details using system service

I am running one application as a service in windows OS. Its purpose is to fetch the all process name,process id and other details which are running currently by executing the tasklist /v command from Java and save the results in a text file.
I can able to fetch the all the details including window title when i run it in a user level.
when i launch it as system service,In a text file, it has process name,process id, username and all other details which are currently running in a Os but window title is always NA.
What is the reason ? is there any security limitation for that?

OEM - Active job details

I've 2 Production Servers with Prodction Databases which runs 24/7 basis. and One Test Server with Test Database, I was configured my test database with OEM (oracle 8i), and Scheduled jobs to take daily backup of my Production databases. It was working fine and mean while my Test database is CRASHED.
Try to recover my test database, but failed, then I reinstalled oracle 8i in my Test database and Re-created database, and also reconfigured my OEM in Test database, and again I scheduled a job (different) to take backup of my Production database.
When I observed in my production Database, i found that, earlier backup schedule is still running and it takes backup at a perticular time. Now, at present I want to stop that job schedule(before crash - earlier), but could not find where the earlier information is stored, I can see the present configured job schedules in my Test Database.
Now I want to know that when I schedule a job from my Test database, where this information is stored in my Production database, and how to stop perticular jobs in production database (without using my test database OEM).

How do we transport questions and questionnaires from dev to QAS or to PRD. Do you type all them again or there is process no. What is best process others do

As you must be aware, Questionnaires are updated from a Recruiter start page in the front end which cannot be saved in a change request.
At least Iu2019m not aware of any other way to move the Questionnaire details across clients.
I know that it is quite a bit of a task to repeat the activity of maintaining questions and response in questionnaire/s across clients, particularly When you have to maintain big questionnaires (with lots of questions & multiple responses).But As it is , Process templates, Questionnaires have been considered as a recruiters day-to-day administration task in SAP which has to be done from the front end even in live environment

Display sessions will give only active users details which are currently connected to the ESSBASE .
if you need this list ? or you need the total list of security active users list ?
if you need the currently connected to the ESSBASE
if you check one server At a time or you can check the application level also
1)server level
display session all;
2)application level
display session on application 'application name ';
go for the run command ---> essmsh-----> login;----->enter user name ----> enter password----->enter host (like server name ) then you need to you above 1 &2 commands

Exercise Details added via Windows 8.1 App not showing correctly in the HealthVault

I Add my Exercise details in the Windows 8.1 HealthVault App, but when I display the exercise details in the HealthVault most of the details are missing, but If I select the activity the details are displayed:
However If I select an activity I see the detail the Distance Duration and calories burned is displayed

Ah. The Windows 8.1 app you're using is the Bing Health & Fitness app, not the HealthVault for Windows app. That clears things up.
Unfortunately the unsatisfying answer I have for you is that there is a known issue that Bing's app stores exercises in a way that HealthVault can't properly display. The Bing app team is aware of the bug and working on a fix.
I wish I had a better answer for you.

Vendor Evaluation questionnaire problem

I am trying vendor evaluation in SRM...facing one problem in the vendor evaluation questionnaire..I have created a questionnaire for confirmation/goods evaluation..When I post a confirmation, I can see a seperate window for vendor evalaution which contains my questionnaire..Now I am also able to submit the questionnaire. But this does not show me the parameters I have added in the questionnaire..Like vendor name,PO No., Item No..etc..I am able to see the heading for these parameters but not the value. Ideally it should show me Vendor Number, PO no, product category, and Product Name..for which I have created a confirmation..also the confirmation number should appear in that sheet..
My question is- 1.How to add parameters to the questionnaire?
2.If I want those parameters to be displayed in the questionnaire how can I do that?

the form parameters are coming from the application library. In order to use
parameters, an library needs to be registered and then assigned. Use Trx UBDS
to create entries. As possible values, the system offers the different areas, like
SRM_VENDOR_EVALUATION. Via the linkage, the access to the tables is
enabled. For the standard questionnaires, somehow there needs no linkage to be
activated, why usually one does not come across.
I would recommend to copy an existing questionnaire and modify to your
requrirements. Then all the mentioned fields are working based on the available standard -
I think you are planning to use the same standard fields:
- Open the Survey "Survey for Confirmation"
- Change the active Questionnaire "Goods Confirmation"
- Save As with new Name via "Questionnaire - Save As"

In AFRU.. we can get activity confirmation....suppose if we have many activity which unit are HR.. then we can not differentiate which activity have confirmed .
i want activity type and its confirmed

ASA 5520 Activation Key Help

Hi All,
we recently installed a activaiton key for the Anyconnect License on our ASA 5520. We have a pair runnning, in Active/Standby mode, on IOS 8.0. The Activation/License was installed on the Primary ASA. Once installed the all failover configuration was removed, and we were left with 2 ASAs running in Active/Active mode. This cause haoc across the network. I would like to go back and recover and reinstall the old activation key. Is this possible?? If so how would I be able to achieve this. Or do I need to ontain a new license key. Ultimately I would like to get back to the stage before instlaling the Anyconnect License, where we had a 2 ASAs running in Active/Standby mode.

If you upgrade your ASA software to a bit more recent image first you can share the AnyConnect license (activation key) across both devices. Otherwise you would need to install a separate activation key on the second unit.

How to Create New Activity Type for Assiged to work centre Costing in Acti

We have four activity type to assigned in workcentre Costing Activity. Details are as under

SULZER     2010     SULZER
in addition one more loom is comming in our unit and require new activity type.
How can i create new.

Dear ,
To create new Activity Type , you need to follow the below steps :
KA01 - Create Primary Cost Element for the new activities type.
KL01 - Create Activity Type tied to the primary cost element.
KP26 - Change Activity Type/Activity Price Planning - maintain the Variable price
Assign the activity type to cost center using T code KP26.
In the input screen of T code KP26 ,enter version as 0, from period 1 and to period as 12 and the Fiscal Year as 20xx.
Click on Overview tab on top and key in costing details in this screen.
After performing this ,while creating the work center ,this combination of activity type & cost center should be assigned.
At work centre level , you should have
1.Create Standrad Value Key -OP19 and Formula Key in OP49.
2.Create Formula Parameters in OP7B or u can use existing one to assing in the Standard Value Key
3.In CR02-Assing the Standard value key in Basic Data and select the Formula Key in Costing tab with cost centre assingement .Save

Concatenate values in an assign activity

Hello
Basically putting it, I have an assign activity and 2 variables (var1 and var2).
In my assign activity, the variable var2 needs to be assigned the value of var1 || '_.csv'.
But I can't see any way of doing this. In the object details of var2 I can bind var1 to it, but I don't know how to concatenate '.csv' onto it.
Any ideas anyone?

Hi Ansel,
In the Assign activity Object details set variable parameter attribute binding to "var2" (varible that will hold result), for value parameter value attribute set to "var1 || '_.csv'" and attribute Literal set to "false".
