Vendor Evaluation questionnaire problem

Hi experts,
                I am trying vendor evaluation in SRM...facing one problem in the vendor evaluation questionnaire..I have created a questionnaire for confirmation/goods evaluation..When I post a confirmation, I can see a seperate window for vendor evalaution which contains my questionnaire..Now I am also able to submit the questionnaire. But this does not show me the parameters I have added in the questionnaire..Like vendor name,PO No., Item No..etc..I am able to see the heading for these parameters but not the value. Ideally it should show me Vendor Number, PO no, product category, and Product Name..for which I have created a confirmation..also the confirmation number should appear in that sheet..
My question is- 1.How to add parameters to the questionnaire?
                        2.If I want those parameters to be displayed in the questionnaire  how can I do that?

Hi Kapil,
the form parameters are coming from the application library. In order to use
parameters, an library needs to be registered and then assigned. Use Trx UBDS
to create entries. As possible values, the system offers the different areas, like
SRM_VENDOR_EVALUATION. Via the linkage, the access to the tables is
enabled. For the standard questionnaires, somehow there needs no linkage to be
activated, why usually one does not come across.
I would recommend to copy an existing questionnaire and modify to your
requrirements. Then all the mentioned fields are working based on the available standard -
I think you are planning to use the same standard fields:
- Open the Survey "Survey for Confirmation"
- Change the active Questionnaire "Goods Confirmation"
- Save As with new Name via "Questionnaire - Save As"

    We are creating a custom vendor evalution solution in BI instead of using the ECC basic deliverables.
    We are also creating a custom questionnaire using the web survey cockpit - SRM_VE_SURVEY.
    My question is-------> can you create the questionnaire so that there is a drop down list of vendors to select from. For example, we will be creating a Plant Survey Questionnaire. A plant can evaluate more than one vendor. I cannot seem to find how to create the questionnaire so that I can have a drop down which will pull in all possible vendors tied to that plant which is doing the survey.
    If my question needs clarification, please let me know.

    You can use Supplier Evaluation in SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SAP SRM) to evaluate your suppliers by means of Web-based surveys. You can tailor individual surveys and questionnaires, and select the criteria to evaluate. You can then transfer the data that you gather from the questionnaires and surveys to SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence (SAP BI). You can use this information to help you select suppliers and negotiate conditions.

    SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SAP SRM) supports event-driven questionnaires for two specific occasions:

    The event-driven evaluation and the ad-hoc evaluation use separate InfoProviders in SAP NetWeaver BI. The InfoProvider that is used for event-driven evaluation is also used for evaluation triggered from out of the Advanced Supplier List.

    These events trigger a questionnaire, which pops up on the screen or enable a button to open the questionnaire. To carry out event-driven evaluation, you first have to specify in Customizing when and under which circumstances you want the evaluation to take place.     Ad-Hoc Evaluation: Supplier Survey Cockpit
    The Supplier Survey Cockpit is an application with which you can manage surveys to gain information about your suppliers. After completion of a survey, the survey data is transferred to SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence (SAP NetWeaver BI) for reporting. Analyzing the survey outcomes in SAP NetWeaver BI helps you to always be up on your suppliers' performance regarding, for example, reliability, quality, and service.
    The Supplier Survey Cockpit enables you to gather information independently of a certain purchasing event. With the Supplier Survey Cockpit, you can do the following:
    Set up a survey
    Assign a questionnaire to the survey
    Distribute the questionnaire via e-mail and
    Monitor the responses

    To access the Supplier Survey Cockpit, choose Supplier Evaluation and then Survey Management under Detailed Navigation.
    By default, you find three queries: A survey query, a survey package query, and a survey monitor query. Depending on the query you choose, the table below the queries displays different information.
    To manage surveys, choose the survey query. Click on Create to create a new survey. Select a survey from the table and click on Display, Edit, or Delete to display, change, or delete a survey.

  • Help...Vendor Evaluation Websurvey not showing

    Dear All,
    Im facing a problem in Vendor evaluation. I've done the following steps:
    1. Create Questionnaire and assign it to Survey
    2. Define Event for survey
    3. Activate SRM_VE_SERVICE and UWS_FORM_SERVICE in SICF
    When I create confirmation for PO, the survey page should appear automatically so I can fill the questionnaire. But it only show a blank page. Does anyone has ever experienced the same problem?

    1.To create surveys and questionnaires, make the necessary settings in Customizing for Supplier
    Relationship Management (SRM) under SRM Server Integration with Other mySAP Components
    Data Transfer to the SAP Business Information Warehouse Settings for Application-Specific DataSources (SRM)
    Web Survey Cockpit for SRM Supplier Evaluation .
    or you can use  this tcode  BBP_EVAL_SURVEY
    2. To create a Web survey, choose Survey Create from the menu. The name and the identifier
    can be chosen freely. The survey credentials are not used for calling up the questionnaire later on,
    but are helpful for categorizing the different questionnaires.
    3. After having saved a survey for the first time, you can add a new target group for mass data to its
    target group hierarchy. No additional user information (e-mail, user) is needed here, because user
    information is added to the questionnaire at runtime.
    4. To create a questionnaire, choose the Questionnaire pushbutton.

  • Vendor Evaluation Report

    Hi All,
    We have a problem. The vendor evaluation report is not considering the rejections of goods and shows the quality as 100.
    The client has not maintained any scores for quality. This may be the reason, or is it mandatory to have QM module to evaluate vendors based on quality??
    Currently they receive goods into GR blocked stock first. If its fine, then they goods receipt it or else they return it using Mov Type 124. Please suggest.

  • Vendor Evaluation in SAP

    Hi SAP Experts,
    We want to implement the vendor evaluation system for all material and service vendors in SAP. We have evaluated the standard functionality in SAP and most of the requirements are met if we use the standard system. But we are facing few major problems.
    Firstly it is regarding the evaluation level. The purchasing team wants to do the evaluation for each purchase order raised for the vendor. As per my understanding, we can do the vendor evaluation at the most at the purchasing info record level. This might not be sufficient for us.
    Secondly, we have a lot of cases of Service POs where we dont have info records since materials are not involved. I am not sure if the standard system would work in evaluating such cases at each PO level.

    Hi,
    Evaluating the vendor at PO level meaning we want to evaluate the performance of the vendor for each PO / Service PO. We want a provision to enter the ratings for each criterion for each PO. e.g. Quality of material for PO 45_01 and PO 45_02 would be evaluated seperately. Then we would like to consolidate the data at the vendor level.

  • Info Record with  Vendor Evaluation

    Hi gurus.
    I'm activating Vendor valuation functionality at ECC6.0, so I have defined the following:
    Main Criteria . 05-Services
    Subcriteria           1- Quality Services with scoring method C
                               2-Services timeliness with scoring methos D
    Both subcriteria are semi automatic, means is possible include any score via Info Record and after that run  vendor evaluation via ME61.
    When I try to update info record (Me12 ) via Extras->Vendor Evaluation, no subcriteria is showed for change. I just get Main criterion 05-Service. I think any customizing is missing..
    please advice...

  • Confirmation date in vendor evaluation

    Hi Gurus,
                   Can you please let me know the settings to be maintained to get a score for the sub criteria Adherence to confirmation date during vendor evaluations.
    I've already maintained the purchasing org config settings like weighting and point scores for the automatic criteria.
    But when I run a vendor evaluation there is no score coming out for the sub-criteria Adherence to confirmation date.
    I'm using the confirmation control key One day acknowledge and confirmation category AB (Order acknowledge). Please let me know if anything is missing out

  • Vendor Evaluation - Issue

    Good afternoon!
    I need your help to resolve a claim made by the user.
    The user uses the 0PUR_C05_Q0003 report. In the same vendor evaluation displayed for a given period.
    The user is requesting that vendors are not displayed in R / 3, have the flag for deletion.
    I am currently using the DS 0MM_PUR_VE_01.
    The DS gets data from tables and ELBP, ELBK. Information for deletion flag is not displayed in these tables.
    Could you help me find a solution to the problem?

  • Vendor Evaluation Plant Wise

    Hi Experts,
    We have a problem, we have multiple plants against one purchase organisation. When we are doing vendor evaluation, system gives evaluation report at purchase organisation level, but we want vendor evaluation at plant level.
    How can I get this, is there any work around available.

  • Error - Inconsistent Situation in Vendor Evaluation

    I am following Vendor Eval: Config Guide Release 500.  I am on SRM_Plus 5.5 (Highest Level SAPKIBK007).  When I execute Vendor Evaluation from Vendor List - I am getting error "Inconsistent Situation in Vendor Evaluation".  Per config guide, it tells me to activate both EBP and the web survey service using SICF.  I have found EBP and it is activated.  However, I can find nothing in the tree that says web survey service.  Is there another name for this service?

    I have applied SAP Note 1078545.  However, I still get Error - Inconsistent Situation in Vendor Evaluation.
    When activating the new UWS_FORMSERVICE - it asked for a default user and password.  As I reviewed the old UWS_FORM_SERVICE and BBP_VE_SERVICE (EBP) - neither had a default user established.  I have set up a "service" user with authorization S_A.SCON authorizations.  This service user was per the Config Guide.  Is this the same user I should default into UWS_FORMSERVICE?  And, do I need it also for BBP_VE_SERVICE? 
    Here is what I know:
    I can execute the Survey and it's questionnaire using a static URL:

  • QM Settings for Vendor Evaluation

    Hi All,
    I am having a small issue with QM settings in Vendor Evaluation.
    Actual Scenario - My client makes use of "Weighted Charateristics" instead of "Usage Decisions" and decides whether the material can be used or rejected etc at the time of Quality Inspection.
    And, i believe that whatever the score or decision regarding the material was observed, it will be stored in a file with scores.
    Now, the problem is Automatic Vendor Evaluation is simply giving a single score of 82 for whatever decision they make. Please try to address my following queries
    1) Where the person responsible in QM needs to maintain the actual file with scores so that Vendor Evaluation can pick those scores for calculation?
    2) Is there any configuration involved in either QM or Vendor Evaluation?
    I came to know that all the configuration on the Vendor Evaluation side is OK

    In the MM side for QM criteria you have to make automatic only than rest will take by the QM module

    Complaints/Rejection Level
    This subcriterion is used to evaluate whether the materials delivered by the vendor are regularly found to be faulty subsequent to incoming inspection (for example, on the shop-floor) leading to additional expense and loss of time (due to loss of production, reworking etc.).
    The score (QM key quality figure) is calculated in QM Quality Management and the data passed on to MM Vendor Evaluation. This key quality figure is converted for use in the Vendor Evaluation scoring system.
