Add price gorup to FBL3N report
Could any one help me to find where the ALV is called in standard program RFITEMGL of Tcode FBL3N since I need to add price group from table KNVV to the report?

Hello all,
I wanted to add vendor no in FBL3N report but Vendor no is not populating in the report.

Priyahi, I think that in that position of the document posted there is no vendor, you're taking accounts (S) and vendor is K so this is only possible with an abap report for example:
31 vendor a this position is in report FBL1N
40 Expenses this position is in report FBL3N
40 VAT this position is in report FBL3N
the thing in common is the Doc Number

Documentation:
This Event is reached when displaying line items. Following selection of data, and before the first list is output, it enables any amount of additional data on each individual line item to be read and transferred back to the RFPOS structure.
Structure RFPOS must be enhanced with an APPEND that contains the new fields.
The additional fields so defined are automatically available in line layout variants and can be used for functions like search, sort, and total.
By calling up the standard function module GET_GKONT, this Event can for example enable you to determine the offsetting acccount for a line item. By writing a similar function module, additional data from the offsetting item can also be determined and displayed.

Follow the below steps to find out what all BADI's are called when you press any button in any transaction.
1) Goto se24 (Display class cl_exithandler)
2) Double click on the method GET_INSTANCE.
3) Put a break point at Line no.25 (CASE sy-subrc).
Now
4) Execute SAP standard transaction
5) Press the required button for which you need to write an exit logic, the execution will stop at the break point.
6) Check the values of variable 'exit_name', it will give you the BADI name called at that time.
7) This way you will find all the BADIs called on click of any button in any transaction.
OR
Also one more option is to copy ME28 and, make modifications to the copied program. -
Offset account Description in fbl3n report

I have used the BTE 1650 (Standard Functionality) and brought the values of Offset Accountnumber (GKONT) & Offset Account Type (GKART) in fbl3n report... now the user want to add additional field " offset account description" in the same fbl3n report.. I have gone through the below link

ThanksFirst read documents like Note 984305 - Line item: Definition of special fields (T021S) and Note 1323512 - Line items: BADI FI_ITEMS_CH_DATA, add missing standard fields via Customizing in T021S or use an append for other fields as described in the note and Customizing documentation. (NB: The BAdI is better for performance, as it manages the full internal table, when BTE is called for each item)
Then append your zz fields to RFPOS AND RFPOSX and execute report RFPOSXEXTEND.

Special Fields in FBL3N Report

i need to add the Vendor and vendor Name in FBL3N report but i am able to add the LIFNR from BSEG Table through OBVU T.Code, but i am unable add the NAME1 field through this method but i heard using open FI function module to get info about offsetting account with its name, but i am aware about open FI function module please can you tell the procedure.

FBL3N is about G/L posting, you won't find any vendor in these BSEG lines (most of the time). What is your exact requirement, what the user would like to see?

Billing document number can be displayed in customer line item display
(FBL5N) and not in G/L line item display (FBL3N).
The value of VBELN is saved in table BSEG. So, this means, you
have to define the field BSEG-VBELN as a special field in table
T021S. Then you can use it in FBL3N, because then the report looks
directly in BSEG-VBELN.
For further information,please read the SAP note 207436. You don't have to
implement the coding corrections, if they are already in your system
with the hotpackage. But it explains very detailed the system
behaviour. The example in the note with field EBELN could be
replicated on your field VBELN.
About the MEINS field, please refer to 1-U_MEINS (bseg-meins field).
The SAP note 215798 may also be helpful.

U need to implement the BTE 1650 (trx FIBF)
-1) A copy the sample fm SAMPLE_INTERFACE_00001650 to your Z<function module>;
-2) Assign your your Z<function module> to the BTE 1650 (trx BF31 or BF34);
-3) Enhance to the structure RFPOS and RFPOSX with the field to store the name
-3) Run the report RFPOSXEXTEND
-4) Insert the code to get out the name into Z<function module>

wat all i did to add light is,
1) adding an extra field in the main structure.
2)create internal table with this structure as data table for alv report
3) add 'field name' field in layout
4) I have passed values(3, 2, 1) for green, yellow and red light resp, to the field(LIGHTS) in the internal table that is passed to alv function module.(Based on some condition)
5) pass the layout structure layout to alv function module
Thats it. If u do all this teps, u r done with it.

Deleted Items Appearing on the FBL3n Report for Open Items
Hi All
We just went live and I am facing a huge issue;
I deleted many migration entries from loads of GL Accounts for multiple Co Codes, but on the FBL3n report, whenI execute with the option of 'Open Items' only, I still see the deleted items with a green check sitting there.
How can i get those from being visible?

This is standard behavior. Your GL accounts are managed on line item basis hence despite of the fact you reversed the entries they will continue to be shown in open item selection criteria which in fact are not open items. It makes no sense to see a GL account in FBL3N on open item date since this account has been configured on the basis on line item management and i will continue to be shown as line item with green sign . Execute report FBL3N with open item or with all item (with date you give in open item) you will see the same figures and same line items. However you can exclude the reversed entries by fetching reversed with (BKPF-STBLG) field from menu ..settings...special fields and hence excluding the entries having this filed update.
I hope this will solve your issue.

FBL3N Report -not able to get all the transaction code details

when FBL3N report ran for one the expenses account (time paid off - project charges account) , only few line items are displaying the transaction code like CJ88 and CJ8G.
can you please tell me why all the line items are not showing the transactions codes and is there any know situation when the T- codes are not displayed.
What I need to do, to get all the T- codes in the report ?

Add fields in KOB2 & KSB2 report in selection screen as well as output
Dear All,
I have an issue in which i have to add fields in KOB2 & KSB2 report.
i need to add below fields to KSB2 report.
1) Internal order
2) Vendor
3) Purchasing group
I also need to add profit centre in selection screen for KSB2
Similarly for KOB2 i need to add below fields
1) Cost centre
2) Vendor
3) Purchasing group
I also need to add cost centre as input for KOB2 report.
I have gone through note 325546 "CO line item reports: Creating a user-defined field" which can be helpful.
However i am not sure as to how do i add fields in input screen as required.
Other alternative is to create a Z report however when i try and copy the report both KOB2 & KSB2 call same report "RKAEP000".
I am not able to get as to how do i differentiate the call of different screens when ZKOB2 is called or when ZKSB2 is called.
I could identify " c_item_group" field having different values however i couldnot get a proper logic as to how correct screen can be called based on input
Please suggest .

The note 747588 is good as soon as you are adding fields from the same table only.
When I have added additional table into KAEP_SCOVP selection view below COVP (just because the extra fields I need are not in COVP) they will show up in KOB1 as selection criteria, but not getting saved.
Any idea if any ABAP should be regenerated or what extra steps are required when adding more tables into Selection View?

scenario is like this--
APD will generate the BPS Daily report on Branch, Group, Area, Region and total company levels and then exports into a flat files stored in appserver
and i got the requirement to change the layout of the report. The client wants to need the one field extra ie. 'REPORTS RUN DATE '
and i am stuck here how to add this field in my report ..

Decimal point for Price value in ALV Report
HI,
I have created ALV report,
I have 2 price fields in ALV report
For first field i have to display in the below format.
If the value of the field is 3601152 then I have to display it as 36011.52
For second field I have to display in the below format
if the value is 2494 then I have to display it as 2495.00
else if the value is 3498.73,then I need not to do anything.
that means If there is no decimal point, then I have to keep decimal point.

concatenate value1(5) '.' value1(2)+5 into text.
Or value1 = value1 / 100.

I have a VB Form in VB 6 that call a report made in Crystal report 8.5 and I want add a column of a SQL Server 2000's table
inside this report called reportSales
I already Add a table inside this report clicking in Main report,......."aDD database to report..." etc.
and drag this column called col_1 to report in group Footer
my Vb 6 code is below :
When I make a Debug the variable ls_Location received the new table that I added to link 1 field.
but tha happened when I load the report is that just appear 2 columns an not 16.

thanks!!!If you still have a working install you can use regedit to get the keycode from the Local Machine key. Other than that you'll have to find the original CD packaging where you'll find the keycode on the packaging. Or check with your accounting department, they may have received an invoice with the keycode on it, I don't think we did that but worth trying.
