Add Selection Ranges to KE30
Hello -
I was wondering if anyone knew how to add the selection ranges (single values, ranges, exclude single value, exclude range) to a KE30 report.
Through the use of variables, I can add single values and ranges, but I would like the full functionality seen in other reports to be able to exclude a value, etc.

Select option variables in CO-PA-IS are defined in the following way:
you can enter only single values or intervals and you are not allowed to use any excluding functionality and greater than or less
than functionality. This decision was made by the application CO-PA-IS because of performance reasons.
The functionality you are looking for is not available this way in CO-PA drilldown reports. The 'NOT EQUAL' selection is also not
available in higher releases.

I would like to add a side-question to this topic. My client is using CIC0 on CRM 4.0 to create sales orders, complaints and some customers. The functinality is limited (low number of orders & customers created like this, most are created in R/3 directly) but still it is there: customer-specifc IC WinClient profile, workspace, class etc...
My client wants to upgrade to CRM 5.2 and then CRM 2007 (SAP recommends ot do it in 2 steps), would that mean that the transactions wil not function anymore? Or would that mean that the transactions will function but will not be changeable anymore?

Hi Experts,
I have to write a report to pull data from a table BUT000 for a selected range of BPEXT field values in selection screen.
In the table BUT000, the BPEXT field is type char. Now what is happening is that if the user gives a range in selection screen from 1000 to 1010 the query pulls all the records where teh forst character starts from 1.
For example if the table has
BPEXT
1
10
100
101
1000
1001
1002
1005
1010
20
200
2000
Then my query pulls
BPEXT
101
1000
1001
1002
1005
1010
Instead it should pull only
BPEXT
1000
1001
1002
1005
1010
My guess this is because the BPEXT field is of CHAR type instead of numeric.
What shall i do to solve this problem? Kindly help please!

Sure, you need to define your selection screen as a subscreen, then embed this into your subscreen area on the dynpro. Here is a sample program.

Not able to add Select Supported Document Types

Completed till 5.3 - Task 2 (Add a User in the Oracle B2B Interface)
And the Next thing,
I am not able to Add Select Supported Document Types.When I click on the "Add supported document type for the selected user", i can see "CUSTOM", "EDI_EDIFACT" etc... but in that screen my "Add" Button was disabled.
Please let me know how to proceed with this.

I have one big wav file of segued tracks as a mixdown and inserted CD markers where I want marked tracks. "Export audio of selected range markers to separate files" icon is grayed out in Markers window. Tracks show start times but no end times, yet duration is calculated. Why can't I export these marked portions as separate files?
the markers durations need to be configured, there is an easy way to do this using your existing markers. click the start time of marker 2, this should change to edit mode to type in a new number, just copy the numbers cmd/ctrl+c. then click the end time of marker 1 and paste, cmd/ctrl+v. now repeat for the rest of the markers, and on the last one enter a value for the end time or click and drag on the duration to manually extend it. once all the markers have a duration, the button should be active to export.

Multiple selection ranges reversed when I append on storyline
When I append multiple selection ranges in a clip to the storyline, the order is reversed on the storyline. I've found others with similar issues and no solution aside from deleting FCP preferences in the library and/or reinstalling, both of which i've done to no avail. It is excruciating and doesn't seem to make much sense as to why a shortcut would have been created only to force me to rearrange the clips on the storyline and waste the time that's supposed to be saved. I've also tried it on another computer, and the same issue. Supposedly the clips are arranged in the order of the selections but they are always placed in the reverse order in which I select them. I am trying my best to become accusomted to FCPX after switching to Premiere CS6 by default upon FCPX's release but so far seems to be a waste of a purchase....
AnthonyThank you for your response and attempt to reproduce this issue, i've since pinpointed that I only have the issue when I attempt to append multiple selections I have made in list view in the event browser. Whenever I append these multiple selections in list view, they will always be in the reverse order that my selections were made, but discovered these workarounds:
1) after making the multiple selections in list view, switch views to filmstrip view and then append
2) once the selections are made in list view, press F to rate them, and then select the subclips and append them to the storyline
That is the only way I can get them to appear in the order I intended. I have found users to be polarized on this issue, having found only a few editors on other forums with this issue and finding most who seem like my issue is a freak occurance (even got the great Larry Jordan to respond on his forum and not being able to replicate the issue). So i'm hoping an upgrade will fix the problem in the near future. I've tried deleting preference files however did not uninstall and reinstall on one of my machines since I already tried doing so on another machine to no avail...

Add selection-screen parameter in HUMO
Hi everybody,
I need to add selection-screen parameters in transaction HUMO.
I tried to create an new specific program with a subscreen. This subscreen is a copy of subscreen 2050 of program RHU_HELP and I had my news parameters to it.
But the problem is that I don't know how to call my subscreen instead of subscreen 2050.
I see in debug the structure ORDER_CRITERIA which contains the value of program and screen but there is no enhancement point in "AT-SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT" so I can't replace the program and screen values by my specifics.
I set it in the "INITIALIZATION PART" but it function only one time so it is not good.
Have you an idea to solve my problem or another way to add news selection-screen parameters in HUMO?

Use implicit enhancement option.
Desplay the report in se38.
In Menu, go to Edit > Enhancement Operations > Show Implicit Enhancement Options.
The system will show you lines (in color) where you can add your enhancement.
This function will allow you to add business rules, substitute fields, do extra calculations, and other unique, non-standard requirements.

Add select-option fields in report category (PNP)
Hi,
I am trying to create a new report category based on the logical database PNP.
I noted that the fields available for select-option for report category come from infotype 0 or 1. Is there anyway to include fields from other infotypes ?

Due to the structure of the logical database you can just insert selection fields that are bestowed.
However, as Charles mentioned, you can add selection fields special to your program by coding a selection screen at your program whose fields are inserted just after the ones added by the report category.
