    Hi Apoorva!
What do you mean with "Access Sequence"?
In CRM 7.0 EHP1 there is a generic framework-feature available which allows the defininition of the tab-order.
    Best regards

    plz reply me.

    Hi Nisha,
Prcing procedure configured in your service PO PO: ZVSTOT, Based on this pricing procedure system adopted the condition type in PO.
Please go through this below link to better understanding the MM-Pricing procedure
    http://it.toolbox.com/wiki/index.php/Pricing_Determination_Process_-_MM
    http://www.sap-img.com/materials/steps-for-mm-pricing-procedures.htm
CONDITIONS OR PRICING PROCEDURE or PRICE DETERMINATION PROCESS
We deal with the Pricing Procedure for vendors.
PB00 Gross Price (info record, contract, scheduled Agreement)
    PBXX Gross Price (PO)
    FRA1 Freight
    RA00 Discount on net
    RA01 Discount on Gross
    ZA00 Surcharge on net
    SKT0 Surcharge / discount
    ZPB0 Rebates
    MWVS Input Tax
    MWAS Output Tax
    BASB Base Amount
RM0000 Calculation Schema or Pricing Procedure
    (PB00 & PBXX)
RM0002 Calculation Schema or Pricing Procedure
    (PB00)
    PB00 --> AB00
Copy the Standard one and create new one (ours)
RM0000 contains all the condition types
    Pricing Procedure (PP)
We define the pricing procedure to define condition supplement for the material price. The condition supplement specifies the discount, surcharge, freight etc that we want a system every time to access material price condition records.
The total value of the material is calculated or based on all addition and subtraction i.e. discounts, surcharge, tax freight etc
    Condition Table
It is a table, which defines the structure of condition record key.
    Condition Record
It is a data record used to store conditions or condition supplements, i.e. condition like, discount, freight, and surcharge, Tax etc.
    Condition Type
It is used for different functions. In Pricing the condition types leads you to differentiate different types of discounts, in output determination, batch determination, difference between two output types, such as delivery note or order confirmation, between different strategy types
    Access Sequence
It specifies the order in which system searches or access the condition records from condition table
    Difference between PB00 & PBXX
    1. Condition maintained in PB00 is time dependent whereas PBXX is time independent.
    2. Condition type PB00 u2013 used for IR, RFQ, Contract, Schedule Agreement
Condition type PBXX u2013 used for PO.
    Calculation Schema
The main function of calculation schema is to provide framework of steps for the price determination process to specify the discounts, surcharge, freight rebate etc.
It also determines the sequence of conditions that are to be followed and in which sequence.
    Schema Group Vendor
The main function of it is to identify or to pick the right process and conditions for a particular vendor.
    Schema Group Purchasing Organization
Key that determines which calculation schema (pricing procedure) is to be used in purchasing documents assigned to the relevant purchasing organization.
    Schema Group
It allows to group together the purchasing organizations, which uses the same calculation schema.
    Steps: -
    1. Create Access sequence
    2. Create condition types
    3. Create pricing procedure or calculation schema
    4. Link pricing procedure & access sequence to condition type
    5. Create schema group for vendor
    6. Create schema group for purchase organization
    7. Assign schema group vendor-to-vendor master record in purchasing data view
    8. Assign schema group purchase organization to our purchase organization
    9. In inforecord purchase organization data enter condition types and pricing or calculation procedure
    CUSTOMIZE SETTINGS: -
    SPRO > IMG>MM>PUR>Conditions -->Define price determination Process
    1. Define access sequence
    2. Define Condition type
    3. Define cal. Schema
    4. Define schema group
    o Schema group vendor
    o Schema group purchasing group
    5. Assignment of schema group to PUR org
    6. Define schema determination à determine cal schema for standard PO.

  • Problem with access sequence

    Hi guys,
We have a typical problem.  When i verify a condition type 'A' through MM path, MM-->purchasing >conditions->define price determination process -->define condition types, the accesss sequence shown for the condition type is 'X'.  But when i go through the condition type through FI path, Financial Accointing --->Global settings -->Tax on sales and purchase -->Basic settings --> check calculation procedure it is showing the access sequence for the same condition type as 'Y'.
Why is it happening like this?  Is it a standard thing?  When we use this condition type, which access sequence we should use for maintaining the condition record?
    Please suggest me
    chintu

    Hi Chintu,
    1. The condition that you see in MM customisation is purchasing side Pricing Condition.
    2. While the one you see in FI customisation is for Taxation Sale and Purchase.
Both of the above have different pricing schemas.
Incidentally you have a condition type with same name defined in both of them. Hence the access sequence which has to be picked will depend on whether the condition is used in Tax Procidure or Purchasing Pricing Procedure.
So depending on your use of Condition type maintain the respective access sequence.

    Vishal

  • Report by material/valuation type

Is there a report that shows usage of a material by valuation type? Thanks in advance.
    Eric

    Hi,
Check Report MB51 for Material and Valuation Type combination for different Movement Types.
Note: - For this you have to add filed "BWTAR" for program RM07DOCS for table MSEG and activate selection and output indicators.
Path: - SPRO > MM > Inventory Management and Physical Inventory > Reporting > Define Field Selection for Material Document List
Else check Report MB5B with "Non-Hierarchial Display" and double click on the line item to see the material movements and add Valuation Type in the layout.

  • Material with different Valuation types in WM Stock status

    Hi
If we are maintaining stocks of different valuation types in a Plant , and the Storage Location in the Plant is Warehouse Managed,  then how can we see the stocks in different valuation types in the Warehouse stock?
    thanks
    Raj

    Hi Keerthan,
It will not be possible to change or add valuation type after the material movement is performed for the material. Only option is to create new materials.
In case if the materials are not involved in any material movement, then you can change valuation type. Best thing will be executing via LSMW.

  • Customer filed in Access sequence

    Dear EXperts,
There is an requirement from the business that they want to add customer field in access sequence i.e.MEK1 apart fron the existing field combination such as supplying plant /material and supplying plant /plant. Now the business is asking to add another combination such as supplying plant/customer/material.
My concern is it advisiable to add customer field in MEK1, if we add what would be its implications on exisitng functionality from purchasing side.
    Kindly help.
    Regards,
    Prashanth

    Hi,
It won't impact much on Busineess.
Just add the condition table in Access sequence of same if you have already custom access sequence.
or Copy the existing access sequence & add the Customer table in to that access sequence. then maintain the condition record as your client want.

  • Use of the field T682Z-FSTST ( Processing type in access )

    Hi,
I want to know the use of the field T682Z-FSTST. The allowed values for the field is
(blank)     Field in fixed key part
A     Field in free key part
B     Key field to be determined in access
C     Data field from condition table

    Hi Abhi,
FSTST field helps as follows :
in sales when assigning the pricing conditions we go for a process assigning . means to say there will be many order type(s)like in sales order if u take there will be many orders . based on a type of sales order in va01 the appropriate taxes are to be levied . when a pricing procedure is to be assigned to a sales order which has to be on a order type then access sequence is allotted i.e predefined in the pricing procedure . when the process is run for pricing procedure then on the predefined pricing procedure and access sequence the taxes are calculated . here is the access sequence that plays a key role . so fixed key doesn't allow u to give values not defined in the range .
Hope your question is answered . Please assign some reward points if it is useful .
    Thanks.

  • Output type - Access sequence

    Hi,
I have created a output type for VF02 and my requirement is to restrict the output type to only certain company codes.
I have created a access sequence with table 502 and assigned this to the output type and also maintained the condition records.
But still I see that the output type is getting created for all company codes..Am i missing anything here.
    Please let me know.
    Regards
    Praneeth

    Hi,
If company code field is not available in condition table then search in OV24 T code from their you can take, it is called allowed field catalog.
If that field is not available their also then check below document and ask your abaper to fallow this process below and add that field then you can see this field in OV24 and from that you can use this field to crate condition table
In SAP condition records store the pricing values. These records are stored in condition tables. Condition tables name has three digits. From 1 to 500 are reserved by SAP name space and from 501 to 999 are given to customer space. In the actual database a persistent data base table is created with u201CAu201D prefixed to the table number .i.e. condition table 980 creates a table with name A980.
During the condition table creation required fields can be selected. Only the fields present in the field catalogue are available for selection in the condition table. Fields present in the KOMG table can be added to the field catalogue. By default SAP does not add all the fields of KOMG to field catalogue. KOMG table is a union of KOMP, KOMK tables. KOMK table contains the header information of the document (Sales order or Billing), KOMP contains item level information of the document (Sales order / Billing). New fields can be added to the KOMP, KOMK structures. To add the new fields to these structures, an append structure should not be created. To add a field to KOMP structure, field should be added to KOMPAZ structure, which is an include in KOMP structure. Similarly fields should be added to KOMKAZ structure.
If it is required to create a condition table with a custom field the following steps should be followed.
A.Add the field in KOMKAZ or KOMPAZ structure. If the field is at the header level, add the field to KOMKAZ, and if the field is at the item level add to KOMPAZ structure. This step should be done SE11 transaction.
    B.Activate the structure.
C.Add the new field to field catalog.
    D.Create the condition table.
Adding the field to field catalog and condition table creation can be done VOK0 transaction.
At run time the custom field should be filled with the appropriate value. To to this the following user exits should be used.
    USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK in RV60AFZZ .
    USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP in RV60AFZZ.
Below is an example to add sales representative , who is a partner at item level to KOMP structure.
    1. Go to Se11, and add the field WWSR1.
    2. Open the program RV60AFZZ using SE38 transaction.
    3. Add the field to field catalog. To do this go to VOK0 transaction. Then environment ? condition table ? field catalog.
    4. Create the condition table. To do this goto VOK0 transaction. Goto environment-> condition table create. Enter the condition table number 980 .
Once the condition table is created, this table can be used in the access sequence. Access sequence is assigned to the condition type. Condition type is inserted in the required pricing procedure. Condition records can be created in VK11 transaction. All the condition records are created with reference to the condition type. As the condition type is linked to access sequence, and access sequence to condition table, system displays all the condition table assigned to access sequence , in the initial screen. User should select one table, and enter condition records.

  • Error with Material type/Tax code access sequence in Tax procedure

    Hi,
I am trying to create an access sequence with Material type/tax code combination for my tax procedure. While I can generate the condition table successfully, I cannot create an access sequence. The access sequence gives me the pop up message " select a document field for MTART". I searched in the field catalog and its absent. However MTART exists in the table KOMG.
How can I include the field MTART ( material type) in the field catalog. The tax code field is shown as green. Please help.
    Thanks and regards,
    Soumya.

The field MTART was included as standard in the table . I didn't have to add anything. Further, i couldn't find any standard access sequence for tax procedures that include material type.
I am really stuck with this!!

  • Creation of new output type and its access sequence

    Hello Experts,
Issue:-How to create a new o/p type and assigning it to access sequence.I also want to know if this is purely functional requirement or does it needs ABAP involvement aswell. This will take how much time will it be more then 1 man day.
    Regards,
    Dharmesh

    Hi friend,
You can create a new output type using the path
    IMG->SALES AND DISTRIBTION->BASIC FUNCTIONS->OUTPUT CONTROL->OUTPUT DETERMINATION->OUTPUT DETERMINATION USING CONDITION TECHNIQUE->MAINTAIN OUTPUT FOR SALES DOCUMENTS--->
There you can define the condition types and the access sequence
Or else directly goto the transaction code NACE where you can define all at once , even the condition records.

  • Changing the Sequence of the Access Sequence for Pricing Condition Type

    Hi Friends,
We have an access sequence to determine the pricing. We have 8 key combinations for the same.
    Customer/Plant/Material/Batch
    Sales Org/ Dist Ch/ Cust Region/Plant/Material/ Batch
    Price List Type/Currency/Plant/Material/ batch
    Plant/Material/ Batch
1st 4 is with batch. and 2nd 4 is without batch.  At the time of implementation ie., before 8 years the 1st 4 key combinations were used.  But now based on the business need we are not using the 1st 4 key combination rather we are using the 2nd 4 which is without batch.
My question is that can we change the access sequence so that while the system fetches the price it need not go through the entire ( 91,02,401 ) records.
    If this is possible then
Will there by any impact during viewing of past data?

    Hi,
    There are two options.
1)Change the validity dates for those condition records to earlier date.
2)Usually the sytem checks from top to bottom. If it finds the record in first table then it will return that value and stop searching.
As your not required things are on the top, remove the condition records for them using VK12 T.Code.And maintain the records for what condition tables you are required.
    Regards,
    Krishna.

We also got the same problem with our client and escalated it to SAP.
they advised to use the access sequence <b>JIND</b> which consists of condition tables in the order given below
    <b><u><i>Step    Condn Table</i></u>
    10            354
    20            355
    30            40</b>
Attach this to your condition types.
    Rewards if it helps.
