Adding Characteristics to Drilldown vendor reports (FKI2)

Using transactions FKI2 and FKI5 I made a copy of the SAP standard drilldown report 0SAPDUEAN-01 (S_ALR_87012078) to meet our formatting needs for an A/P aging report. This report is missing  invoice date, payment terms, reference document number, due date. Is there a way to make these characteristics/master data available in my report?

Can you explain us how did you solve thi issue. Currently I want to add field BSEG-ZUONR in the Customer line item open items reporting.

    In SAP, Agewise Outstanding Report for Vendors report coming with Vendor Master Details  along with Address details in the report S_ALR_87012085 - Vendor Payment History with OI Sorted List  which is not really required. Hence we need to remove all un necessary details. We need only a signle line report for each vendor like below.
    Vendor Code Vendor Name  Due - 30  days  Due - 60  days  Due 90 Days  Due  120 days and more than above
    The selection of period option is already available in std SAP. We have to change the output report only. This is rquired for Audit purpose.

    Hello,
    The following example I have given is for customers.
    The only difference is in transaction codes. For customer you go to FDI1, for vendor you go to FKI1 (reports).
    For Customer you go to FDI4, for vendor you go to FKI4 for forms.
    Remaining all are the same.
    Hello,
    Go to transaction code FDI4
    Select Form Type RFFRRD20 Line item analysis
    Give your form name and description
    Structure (Two axis) - as defaulted
    Click on Create
    You will have lead column
    Delete the rows 2, 3 and 4
    Double click on column 1
    Enter the customer numbers from 1 to 999999
    First column double click  (A)
    Slelect following values
    Due date analysis 1
    Days for net due date 0 to 30
    Give the short name, medium name and long text for the column.
    Repeat this step in next columns like 31 to 60, 61 to 90, 91 to 120 and 121 to 99999 days etc in other columns and select due date analysis 1. (B,C,D,E)
    Create one more column by way of formula. To create a new column you need to double click on blue line. Put formula add all five columns you have created above. (F = ABCDE)
    You prepare one more column with
    Due date analysis 2 (G)
    Now you prepare one more column add (F+G) = This will be total open items = over due and not due.
    Now go to FDI1 and prepare a report - assign the form created in FDI4 to the report.
    Characteristics you need to select are
    Account Type (Select Account Type as D for customers)
    Currency
    Customer
    Document Type
    Special G/L Ind
    Company Code
    Change the output types and options according to your requirement.
    Refer FDI2 and FDI3 for other standard reports created.
    Refer FDI5 and FDI6 for other standard forms created.
    Save your report and execute.

  • Active vendor report

    Hi Guys:
    Is there any t-code or table i can check Vendor No, Vendor name and Date of the last payment made for all the vendors belong to one company code?
    In LFB1, i can find the vendor details under the single company code, but i can not find any field can stand for Date of the last payment made, which means i need to see active vendor report.

    in sap, if one vendor is given with the payment very long back, unless the vendor is marked for deletion either at company code level or purchase organisation level , it is said to be active.,Is it possible for you to search based upon this criteria at TABLES LIKE lfa1, ;fb1,lfm1etc.Or else better to check with FI tables .

  • Minority Vendor Report

    Hi Guys,
    We have been trying to create this minority vendor report in SAP. I tried using FBL1N to get the report, but FBL1N has minority indicator in the selection screen but does not display the Min Indicator in the report. So, is there a way i can get that into FBL1N, if not what is the best way to create a report. I tried creating a report with ABAP query, using the LDB - BRM, but it is taking for ever. I used creating the query with the vendor tables, but we were having issues with downpayment documents.
    Any one has a better idea or know the tables which extract the information which we want, please share.

    hi gurus,
    I am sap fi/co consultant, i have a doubt in vendor reporting. Their is any option to get vendor report like purchase material, ed, vat, withholding tax for a particular vendor.
    81 purchase material a/c dr
    40 ed   a/c dr
    40 vat   a/c dr
    31 vendor a/c Cr.
    Any standard report is available in sap please let me know.

  • CJE0 - Adding Characteristics - 'EXIT_SAPLPS01_002'

    i am trying to add a characteristics in the hierarchy report.
    tcode: cje0
    in this tcode, there are lot of reports, we can add the characteristics/selections and run the report.
    the req is to add a characteristics in the hierarchy report, which will used to filter the reports.
    everything works fine, i have additional charactertics 'COST CENTRE'.
    the report works fine and the code in exit  'EXIT_SAPLPS01_002' also works fine.
    but it fails to get the desc of the cost center in the report.

    to add a column in the hierarchy report.
    there are the steps to follow.
    add fields to CI_PRPS(these fields should be the new fields in the Maintenance fo the project)
    add fields to  CI_RPSCO_X(these fields should be the characterstics)
    write code in the exit, 'EXIT_SAPLPS01_002'
    maintain entries in tkaf(this will actually display the characteristics in the report)..follow FM doc for the values
    maintain entries in tmc73- PSPSR, STRUCR(these are table names), maintain the fields for these tables
    RUN FM 'RKD_SHORT_TEXT_GENERATE_30'
    if one of the characteristics is company code, when you select in the report it displays text to its right hand side. we will maintain key table and text table in TKAF TABLE.
    now the problem is i have a cost centre and the key table and the text table has two primary keys,
    after running FM 'RKD_SHORT_TEXT_GENERATE_30', it generates the code in 'RK2FGPKP' program.
    when i debug this program , the value of the controlling area is missign and that is the reason it doesnt pick up the text of the cost centre.
    Any ideas how to resolve this?

  • Hiding characteristics in the BEx reporting

    My query is Hiding characteristics in the BEx reporting.
    I want to see only query title, variable and result.
    I want Hide or delete characteristics ( which are free characteristics and rows in Design mode of query) at query level.
    can I do this ?

    Ok. I was thinking you were in 7.0.
    anyway, in your query remove all the characteristics in your rows and the query will show only the result then. (no drill-down)
    For technical name and variable info. in analyzer, go to Layout and choose Display text elements.

  • Sequence of the FREE CHARACTERISTICS that appears in report

    How can i change the Sequence of the FREE CHARACTERISTICS that appears in report.
    I changed it in Query Designer but they are not appearing in the same as it listed in Query Designer as in report
    In the report they are appearing in the alphabeatical sequence...but i want it to be in my desired sequence

  • Need to restrict users from adding or modifying folders or reports

    Requirement: Need to restrict users from adding or modifying folders or reports through Info view and to reflect the modifications only thriough LCM.
    Issue: Customer wants to restrict users from adding or modifying existing reports from Infoview and need to force users to do make the changes through Life cycle manager tool.
    As per my understanding LCM can only be used to to promote folders and objects from one environment to another and to schedule the promotion of these jobs on a daily basis.My query is:
    Can we add or modify existing reports or folders using the LCM tool?
    Could you please help me out in this issue and provide me your suggestions.

    You can not restrict that using LCM. Need to modify the rights at the folder level.
    Explicitly remove the following rights for the user group,
    Add objects to the folder
    Edit objects
    Delete objects
    Copy objects to another folder (check this if required)
    Once the above four are denied then users wont be able to Edit/Add/Delete reports in that folder.

    could u plz tell me what r the guidelines we have to follow
    while adding fields to the standard Report. (Ver ECC 6.0)
    in QA32 Tcode, after executing it will generate a report there i hv to add it.
    I could find structure of that main final table, i hv appended desired field also,
    Now im looking into Enhancement spot for it, is there any method to do it.

    this is the exact answer for your question.
    Go to the inclide RQALVF14 in this there is a perform  call_listviewer_f14, in this the output is displaying using REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY function module . before this do like this ..
    modify the output table p_object_tab like this .
    the output table is of structure QALS_D02 you can extend this by appending a structure with the custom fields and there is an enhancement ( i have checked it) in this routine call_listviewer_f14 in RQALVF14. Create an enhancement in this routine at the start of the routine and modify the output table using your custom code in it , then you wil get the data as well as fields into fieldcatalog,.

    Dear BCS_BPC,
    If you said "Drill Down", BPC will break a particular data from one line to be several lines and its data not comes from outside BPC. For your case you need Drill Through feature, BPC can retrieve data from BI /ECC base on BPC's parameter. I think that you do not use drill though feature from BPC to ECC, because SAP ECC saved transactional data from more tables so the performance of BPC will be run slowly.

  • Adding Characteristics to Functional locations

    I have a LSMW that creates Functional locations. When I get to adding characteristics, while recording the LSMW, I find that the program acts differntly than whnen using IL01 or IL02. When IL02, when I click on Charactertisics, the class type is already filled in. After that, once I select the class. I then get a list of characteristics.
    When recording the LSMW, I have to select the class type then the class. After that, I get an empty list of items.
    Can anybody tell me how I can add characteristics to a FL (either via LSMW or a Bapi)

    Hi,
         I agree with the point which sunil says.
    Also one more thing you have to commit using BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT. Then only the data gets saved.
        Also if you want to create the characteristics for the function location, you have to use the bapi BAPI_OBJCL_CREATE and for update use BAPI_OBJCL_CHANGE & then use commit.

  • Designing the vendor report

    Hi Friends,
    Pls guide me how to develop the vendor ageing report.
    In my query i have key figures 0creditamount , 0debitamount characteristics 0vendor,0companycode,no of days( current date - net due date ).
    In my report i have to shown ageing buckets in different columns like 0-7 days,8-30 days,31-60 days,61-180 days,181-365 days,> 365 days.
    ex:
    vendor        0-7 days                    8-30 days
    1000          $600(creditamount)    $1000(creditamount )
    Please tell me how to develop?
