Urgent : vendor reports

hi gurus,
I am sap fi/co consultant, i have a doubt in vendor reporting. Their is any option to get vendor report like purchase material, ed, vat, withholding tax for a particular vendor.
81 purchase material a/c dr
40 ed   a/c dr
40 vat   a/c dr
31 vendor a/c Cr.
Any standard report is available in sap please let me know.

    Hi once you do the Down payment clearing only 1 & 3 line items will be cleared.
    but 2&4 line items will show as open items .
    This line items you have to clear  .Clear this in F-44.

  • **URGENT** - Vendor Line Item Reporting

    Dear Gurus,
    Need some “URGENT” help with regards to Vendor Reporting?
    Our business has requested for a Vendor Line Item / header Report, which will display ALL Vendor Items “NET” (before tax).
    At the moment our business it manually taking out Tax in FBL1n (Vendor Line Item Report).
    Please could you kindly let me know if there is ANY report in SAP which displays the Vendor Items NET & GROSS??

    Hi  Shridhar,
    All I want is a "net column" - Which will display the vendor invocie amount - BEFORE VAT (Tax).
    So on FBL1N or Another SAP-Vendor Report what I need is a
    Net Amount column and a Gross Amount Column.
    I hope this makes sense and someone can assist....

  • Active vendor report

    Hi Guys:
    Is there any t-code or table i can check Vendor No, Vendor name and Date of the last payment made for all the vendors belong to one company code?
    In LFB1, i can find the vendor details under the single company code, but i can not find any field can stand for Date of the last payment made, which means i need to see active vendor report.

    in sap, if one vendor is given with the payment very long back, unless the vendor is marked for deletion either at company code level or purchase organisation level , it is said to be active.,Is it possible for you to search based upon this criteria at TABLES LIKE lfa1, ;fb1,lfm1etc.Or else better to check with FI tables .

  • Minority Vendor Report

    Hi Guys,
    We have been trying to create this minority vendor report in SAP. I tried using FBL1N to get the report, but FBL1N has minority indicator in the selection screen but does not display the Min Indicator in the report. So, is there a way i can get that into FBL1N, if not what is the best way to create a report. I tried creating a report with ABAP query, using the LDB - BRM, but it is taking for ever. I used creating the query with the vendor tables, but we were having issues with downpayment documents.
    Any one has a better idea or know the tables which extract the information which we want, please share.

  • Agewise Outstanding Report for Vendors report

    Hi All,
    In SAP, Agewise Outstanding Report for Vendors report coming with Vendor Master Details  along with Address details in the report S_ALR_87012085 - Vendor Payment History with OI Sorted List  which is not really required. Hence we need to remove all un necessary details. We need only a signle line report for each vendor like below.
    Vendor Code Vendor Name  Due - 30  days  Due - 60  days  Due 90 Days  Due  120 days and more than above
    The selection of period option is already available in std SAP. We have to change the output report only. This is rquired for Audit purpose.
    Please help me in the above issue.

    The following example I have given is for customers.
    The only difference is in transaction codes. For customer you go to FDI1, for vendor you go to FKI1 (reports).
    For Customer you go to FDI4, for vendor you go to FKI4 for forms.
    Remaining all are the same.
    Hello,
    Go to transaction code FDI4
    Select Form Type RFFRRD20 Line item analysis
    Give your form name and description
    Structure (Two axis) - as defaulted
    Click on Create
    You will have lead column
    Delete the rows 2, 3 and 4
    Double click on column 1
    Enter the customer numbers from 1 to 999999
    First column double click  (A)
    Slelect following values
    Due date analysis 1
    Days for net due date 0 to 30
    Give the short name, medium name and long text for the column.
    Repeat this step in next columns like 31 to 60, 61 to 90, 91 to 120 and 121 to 99999 days etc in other columns and select due date analysis 1. (B,C,D,E)
    Create one more column by way of formula. To create a new column you need to double click on blue line. Put formula add all five columns you have created above. (F = ABCDE)
    You prepare one more column with
    Due date analysis 2 (G)
    Now you prepare one more column add (F+G) = This will be total open items = over due and not due.
    Now go to FDI1 and prepare a report - assign the form created in FDI4 to the report.
    Characteristics you need to select are
    Account Type (Select Account Type as D for customers)
    Currency
    Customer
    Document Type
    Special G/L Ind
    Company Code
    Change the output types and options according to your requirement.
    Refer FDI2 and FDI3 for other standard reports created.
    Refer FDI5 and FDI6 for other standard forms created.
    Save your report and execute.

    I am making a report in which i have to display the status of a vendor payment is done or not. I know that there are 2 tables which are going to be used i.e. BSIK n BSAK (for open items n cleared items) . i want to know is there any necessity of other tables such as BSIS n BSAS as they are the 1nes which are on the basis of g/l account (open n clear items).
    Plzz provide me guidelines for it as help will be deifnately rewarded.

    This thing is making me confuse that the necessity of the tables as i have to display the payment  of the vendors accoring to the MIGO ( in which the  vendors are mentioned. for this thing i am taking XBLNR field from MKPF as it the common field b/w BKPF and after that taking the BELNR and XBLNR from BKPF to the BSAK n BSIK table.
    Plzz tell me that i am using correct relationship among the tables also.It is really urgent to me .

    Is there any report which will give me the vendor balance carried forward and the line items during that period.

    thanks for the response, but i have already tried those transactions.
    FK10N will give me the periodic bal statements and NOT line items display which will also have balance carried forward.
    F.41 and F.43 again gives the periodic and line items...but i want the vendor balances to  be in the format given above..
    like say, account statement.

  • Urgent!!! 1099 vendor reporting issues.

    Hi SAP Gurus,
      I have few issues on 1099 reporting I wonder if anyone could help address these below issues.
    1. I did all the configuration for 1099 reporting on vendor master and I am running RFW1099M and RFIDYYWT programs to see the cleared vendor line items but I can see only few vendors cleared line items and the other vendors items are not getting displayed. I double checked the vendor master the settings are exactly the same except WH tax codes.
    2. The 1099 Minimum amounts on the RFW1099M program doesn't seem to work coz it displays all the items which are less than the 1099 Minimum amounts mentioned in the selection screen for example it was mentioned $600 on selection screen of the Minimum amounts field now it displays items which are less than $600.
    3. There are 9 specific Return types (Business specific) along with WH Tax codes and the  combination of both leads to 1099 minimum amounts. How to achieve this requirement? for example see below.

    Fields like KOSTL, PRCTR, PROJK are only filled in the G/L items you can only
    display them with FBL3N (G/L line item display) and not in FBL1N and
    FBL5N (Vendor and customer line item display).
    WBS ELEMENT   = PROJK
    Cost Center   = KOSTL
    Profit Center = PRCTR
    Do you find the field "WBS element" (PROJK) filled in the vendor
    items for the documents where you see this problem ? Or do you only
    see the field filled for the G/L items ?
    If you see the field filled for the vendor items in the documents I
    will ask you to create field PROJK as a special field to see if this
    will help you.
    In the Line item Display list in FBL5N follow this menu path: Settings
    -> Special fields, and add field PROJK from relevant table (I suppose
    BSEG).
    You can now choose field PROJK from the Line item Display list follow-
    ing this menu: Settings -> Display variant -> Current. From the hidden
    list you can now choose the field. If the technical name is shown for
    fields, the special fields are all starting with '1-U_'. It's important,
    that you add the Special field, if the field also exist as Standard
    field. The Special fields are shown in the bottom of the Hidden list.
    Please also read the solution part of note 215798 for some very import-
    ant steps to be aware of. And note 984305 for further inofrmation.
    But, for having a field shown in the Vendor Line Item  (FBL1N) the
    field has to exist in the Vendor Line Item. If this is not the case,
    you will evt. be able to see the field in FBL1N by using Offsetting
    account info using Open FI Exit 1650.

    1)Hi in my scenario I have to generate a report with Vendor ,Inbound iDoc Number ,iDoc Date ,iDoc Status: 51 or 68 ,PO Number ,Invoice Number,Invoice date ,Invoice Amount ,Error Message: For multiple errors on a single iDoc, multiple records should be shown.
    2)The mandatory field is lifnr and date(the date specified is sydatum-60 is the from field and sydatum in the to field).Have fetched the idoc in the particular range of date
    3)Using idoc_read_completely have found the status and control record.
    4)now have to find the idocs of  status 51 0r 68 and then have to proceded?I have completed till the 3rd step only.The segment in which the vendor is present is E1EDKA1 and field is partn which is LF.Please help me to code further its urgent?

    By joining the tables edidc and edids get all the idocs in to it_idoc by passing the idoc type, message type date range and status.
    get the data from the table edid4 into table it_data for all entries in it_idoc.
    loop at it_idoc.
    read the the table it_data with key docnum = it_idoc-docnum
                                                       segnam = 'E1EDKA1'.
    v_sdata = it_data-sdata.
    check for your vendor in v_SDATA.
    ENDLOOP.

  • Vendor Report

    Is there a standard report that shows vendor balances (open items, cleared items) with cost center, WBS element, project, business areas and Internal Order. I checked FBL1N and FK10N but they don't show the CO objects. I even checked some other reports for vendors but could not find the report that fulfills all.

    in FBL1N there is option available to see WBS element and Cost Center for CO object, in FBL1N report go to application toolbar there is icon called Change Layout (Ctrl + F8)click on that and select CO object and copy into report . you will get WBS , Cost Cetre etc.........
